The person at the front desk was very friendly. The floors were dirty in the room and walls too. The TV was not working.We found a cockroach on the floor. The swimming pool is not working. Would not recommend.

Changes in 2023 make this a lousy place to stay. I have stayed here several times. I liked the secure feeling of an interior courtyard where my room is next to my vehicle. It felt safe. This time (January 2023) there is a notice on the office window that the facility has been converted to employee housing for Fresh Harvest Inc. It's a dump. The trashcans outside were overflowing. The few cars there were derelicts. I was given a room outside the quadrangle and the fence enclosing the place was knocked down, so anyone can get at my vehicle. The door and lock were flimsy. I asked for an more secure room and the indifferent person in the office told me they'd given me the last room. There were dozens of people hanging around the parking lot smoking. This should be a $30 room, not a $110 room. If I hadn;t pre-paid I would have left. ORBITZ: STOP OFFERING THIS PROPERTY. IT IS DANGEROUS AND UNPLEASANT

SPRAYED OFF BUG SPRAY in my room because I felt bugs and then after I sprayed they were gone. The photographs look nothing like the property. The rooms are completely different and they look like prison chambers. The pool is non-functioning and according to the staff that I spoke with it has not been working in years. There is no breakfast. And all of this is advertised on their ads and Expedia. The photographs of the rooms on the ad look warm and inviting. But in reality they are nothing like that. And you can see the tan paint still under the white paint that they have used. Is amazing that America's Best value inn is still letting them use their name. I couldn't stay the second night because of the conditions.

Windows lock was broken, I do not think the bathroom had been cleaned, bad seal at the bottom of the room door, and a dead mouse under the bed. There is nothing “Best” or of “Value” about this motel, yes motel. Do not be fooled by the name.

This place was absolutely terrible. Had a long drive to LA and needed a place to rest for the night. The room was filthy with dead bugs. Live cockroaches running around. Don’t feel safe with interesting characters. Checked in at 630 left by 830. With dead bugs and live roaches couldn’t sleep as there was no piece of mind.

Pictures look better than the actual thing. Bed was comfortable. The place just needs upgrades and some TLC and it would great. Staff very friendly. Place seems safe and is quiet. Beds comfortable. Room has a problem with the TV and Remotes. Bathroom needs a good upgrade and paint job.

When i checked in it went great friendly staff and super helpful. I got to the room the first thing i realize that i got a normal room instead of the suite like i ordered. The second was that the pictures on hotels.com are no where near what the hotel looks like i would go as far to say its false advertisement and last but not least although not a major thing when i first stepped foot in my room i was hit with a wave of heat that rivals how a stove feels when you open it after baking it took about 4 hours for the room too cool down to a normal temperature.

Do not base your room decisions on the pictures. That they have available for your selection. There is no room with a couch, for as much money they charge if not using hotels.com you'd think they would update there room selection.

Do not stay here. The front desk clerk was rude (having a bad day-whatever). “No further charges” doesn’t include pets- there is an unposted service charge. The room was basic, but Zero hot water. Seriously NONE. No lock on the door except for a flip lock. And my favorite-there were roaches in the room. Yuk. Bad experience.

The property was clean and well located but very basic. Did not provide any amenities despite being listed in the category of having breakfast when id not not even have a coffee maker in the room. It did not even provide facial tissues. Lady at the front desk was very nice but could offer no amenities.

From the outside, I knew I made a mistake. Run down and very shady looking. The reception area smelled like curry. The room, smelled like they've been trying to use a gallon of disinfectant to try and cover the smell of something that ended it's days in that room. The door to the bathroom had peeling paint. I knew I couldn't get a refund and just checked out and went to the Best Western around the corner. And paid double but I could t be happier!

The rooms were clean at first glance, the beds were well made and was supplied, but the floor wasnt mopped and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. The a/c took a while to cool down the room, and there was no continental breakfast in the morning.

They advertise breakfast, but it’s not provided. Room was clean enough when I got there but they never cleaned during my 5-night stay. Floor was a bit broken up and the shower door kept sliding open. But it was a cheap place to stay and that’s what I was looking for.
