The room had electrical issues. The bathroom door kept getting stuck all the time. The facility is falling apart. Weather was 112 degrees and we wanted to use the pool to cool off and enjoy our stay. Swimming pool was advertised and we expected to use it but it was unavailable due to construction. This place had a lack of amenities and not worth the money I spent! Very upsetting!

Building was unkept, falling apart. We expected the swimming pool to be available as advertised but it was under construction. The room has electrical issues and bathroom door would get stuck every time. I would not go back there. It was a lot of money for lack amenities overall issues.

No luggage carts— I’m disabled and had to make 4 trips from out front of the lobby to my room 1/4 mile away (per my GPS watch) before I was finally informed there was an entrance 2 doors down from my room. Bathtub wouldn’t hold water. Had to put a folded wash cloth over the drain to take a bath. The pool and hot tub were freezing cold. It was 85 degrees that day and it was my 3rd day of driving and was really looking forward to soaking my aching back in the hot tub. The Dish satellite quit working during the night for most, although not all, channels. Strange. The walls could have used a coat of paint as they were pretty scuffed in areas. When I complained about the room, the manager offered me one on the 2nd floor. No elevator and, being disabled, I would not have been able to make 4 trips up the stairs with all the luggage. He also lied and said there were no other rooms as they were very busy and were fully occupied. Strange….there were still rooms available online!!

Basic, clean hotel… used the fitness center for some weights and cardio… quiet place, easy parking… the grab and go breakfast wasn’t much, so I wouldn’t count on that alone. Next door there’s a Denny’s that had a kids eat free promotion from 4-10pm which we didn’t take advantage of, but would be a good option for families with young children. In all, a good experience for the price.

I booked your motel because hun lovely outdoor pool and was hoping to get a little morning sun but for some reason your pool is not open till noon. Check out is at noon. I wonder if you're just trying to keep people out of your pool. Can't check in till 3:00 and the sun goes down at 5:00 so it most your pool gets used for 2 hours in the afternoon and that's if people can get checked in and get out there in time before the sun goes down. Kind of feels like a slap in the face.

The front desk staff member was wonderful and welcoming when I arrived. Although the property was a little old, my room was big, the air conditioning worked well and it was really nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer. The gym was also decent and a good temperature.

Got bitten several times by bugs that took several days to stop itching and swelling. The back door next to my room (rm#119) didn’t latch. Was wide open for anyone to walk in. Told both of these issues to front desk but she seemed disinterested.

Hallway smelled terrible, room had a funky odor as well, bedsheets didn't smell clean, I had to go to CVS to buy lysol spray. Alot of debris on sidewalks and men roaming around the parking lot. Didn't feel very safe.

Cockroaches in the lobby when we checked in! The front desk guy was sweet and helpful and just wonderful, but there was a cockroach right by the front entrance (inside the doors) when we checked in, and it was still there when we went to leave the next morning! The matress was horrible, brathroom tiny and toilet seat needed repairs, sink was cracked at the faucet and leaked all over the counter. Shower curtains were dirty and moldy. Only saving grace was the customer service of the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in.

Loved the cleanliness of the Inn - every day cleaners in hallways and smelt fresh. Breakfast croissants and coffee included was ok- but Denny’s is connected to Inn so always great food available. Love the little gym - pool and spa closed as winter but looked nice and well maintained. Felt really safe and private with security doors and in hotel room doors (unlike other places I stayed with room doors on car park). Staff were very friendly and professional.

This place was ok for 1 night stay. It is next to the highway so can get a bit noisy. The rooms could use some updating. There were some stains on the ceiling corners that looked like water damage and the AC did not really work so I couldn't imagine staying in the room in the summer time.

The room and the mattress were comfortable. Amenities are limited (bring your own shampoo and conditioner). But this is not the place if you need to have Zoom meetings during your stay. The Internet was not sufficient for online work.

Very friendly staff and quick check in. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. This property is older and could use a refresh, but it is great for a one or two night stay. Denny’s Restaurant is right on the property, as well as a gas station with convenience store right beside it. We would definitely stay there again - good value for our money.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are clean. This visit we were listening to loud music being played at a home since the hotel is near a residential area. Music played until 3am and then it finally went off. Overall it’s a good place to stay and Denny’s restaurant is adjacent to the hotel.

The rooms and hotel are very dated and old but they do the most they can for the age of the property keeping it as clean as they can it feels safe and comfortable. There’s a dennys attached along with a 7/11 which is convenient.

The tv did not work in our room. We called the front desk, and were told they would not have a maintenance man until 6:30 p.m. TV did not get fixed. The next evening, we again personally went to the front desk to report the TV not working. We were told they did not have a maintenance person on duty. We were offered a different room, but decided not to repack and move for just one night. The room was clean, but absolutely no frills. There was only a soap dispenser in the shower and at the bathroom sink. Not even a plastic bag for dirty laundry! Very Spartan furnishings.

The bed was comfortable. And two comfortable chairs. The carpet and curtains were shabby, and it smelled very musty. Seemed clean enough, except for the smell, and a small full trashcan there when we arrived. No local tv channels I could find, or streaming services. Clanky AC, although it did keep us cool. Decent price, but had to pay $40 extra for our two small doggies. Not worth it for us. I wouldn’t stay again.

It is an older property, but the room was in decent order. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well and wasn't too loud for a wall unit. It has black-out curtains, and the room was pretty quiet. On the negative side, the handle to change from tub to shower did not work properly, so some pressure was lost, but still manageable. I did not realize it until the morning after, so I only told management upon check-out. Internet speed remained below 2 Mbps, which is OK for browsing, but not so much for streaming video or Zoom meetings.

I was very disappointed. The manager Louis Herrera was rude, when I asked for a room with OPEN view, although I reserved BEFORE he said I could then cancel reservation and go somewhere else . Next day, I asked the counter staff to extend 1 hr of my check-out time as I had a presentation, they refused. All hotels I ask I always are respected. The microwave in the room did not work, I did not tell them as all were rude. The toilet cover seat was moving. I stayed in room 206. It was a nightmare stay. Trident to check in at 2:53 and was told that check in was not until 3:00 with no other comment. Walked around for 8 minutes and then was allowed to check in. If there was some reasonable explanation like “the computer will not allow me to check people in until 3” I’d have been fine with that. Or any other reasonable explanation. But no explanation. Room was not particularly clean, tv did not work, “breakfast” was a cup of coffee and microwaveable danish. I was super happy to find that my car was not broken into as there was zero security in the parking area.

The property was fine. The evening front desk associate Annabel was very very good. She really helped me out when my reservation was messed up. The morning desk guy very unfriendly. I said hello. The property was fine. The evening front desk associate Annabel was very very good. She really helped me out when my reservation was messed up. The morning desk guy very unfriendly. I said hello. Was rehabilitated nicely, room was small but nice. Coffee maker with those prepackaged coffee. Really weak coffee. Nice pool and hot tub. Denny’s is right next door. Floor tile sticky. Otherwise clean. Didn’t have those little shampoo bottles. Had soap dispenser. Rooms are interior. There was a breakfast room but didn’t check it out. Very happy with room. Also refrigerator with freezer and microwave.

Since new ownership cleanliness has seriously improved and rooms have ben to some extent remodeled and repainted. Rooms were very clean. Ad on google mentions breakfast..well not really. Egg sandwich in a bag and coffee only-no juice or breakfast cereal or hot plates..but there is a Denny's next door and you get 10% off..so yes we will stay there again

Basic, clean hotel… used the fitness center for some weights and cardio… quiet place, easy parking… the grab and go breakfast wasn’t much, so I wouldn’t count on that alone. Next door there’s a Denny’s that had a kids eat free promotion from 4-10pm which we didn’t take advantage of, but would be a good option for families with young children. In all, a good experience for the price.

The hotel smelled like dead cats at night time. The breakfast was a honey bun. The coffee tasted like soap. The breakfast sandwich was cold. The gym had little to no workout equipment to use. I do NOT recommend a stay here.

Regular no frills hotel. The only caveat is the to go breakfast. It would be nice if they have an area for sit down breakfast with hot items, after all the hotel price isn’t cheap. Nice and quiet hotel.

Good place to stay for the price. Much nicer and cleaner than some of the other places in the area. Breakfast should be an actual service station rather than getting a brown paper bag but that’s my only complaint.
