Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino

Awesome stay great rooms

First time staying here for EDC. We booked at the Masquerade Tower in the King suite. Loved the renovation and loved how spacious the room is. We had endless side tables and were provided a couch, a fridge and tv. Wish they provided a coffee maker in the rooms though. Restroom/tub still need an update. Our knobs were popping off when we washed our hands but upkeep was fine. It was clean nonetheless.. We also loved the views from our 31st floor! Black out drapes and floor to ceiling windows are awesome. This weekend it seemed busier and elevator waits were long the first 2 days ( we stayed for 4 nights) one elevator seem to be down making the wait times 15-20 mins! The pool got shut down due to extreme winds so that was a bummer. We got a bucket of drinks which we had to bring back to the room. Food options were great, no issues at any restaurant in the Rio. Ride-share close and free parking for cars. Casino lively and fun. Overall definitely would stay again in the future!

The Masquerade tower is fine, cheap and dated. The hotel itself is huge and - if something goes wrong in getting into your room (as happened with mine) - your only option is to either go back down to the crowded front desk area or call the hotel's number which is only AI-bot staffed. It was really, really frustrating calling and getting the AI bot and not having any assurance a person was going to help me.

I come every year to RIO for the Vibe, today was not the day, early morning at 5AM I asked Jeff the Casino Manager for assistance with getting help with my luggage or with myself since I just had toe surgery and have difficulty walking, he was very rude and said there is nothing he could do

I came to this hotel after having a bad experience at another hotel for cleanliness and it was 4:40am in the morning and all I wanted to do was just sleep. Thankfully one of the host helped me out and got my room in the morning when I got there! This is the second time I been here and it has been nothing but great!
