Front office staff was friendly snd accommodating At ladt minute i asked fir 1 level room. She had just one, a room for people with some type of disability but it was actually quite nice, very quiet and easy to access from parking area If you arrive late parking close to entry could be a oroblem Overall i was happy with the facility Not much to do in the neighborhood but if your just passing through like ne, its fine

Our room was not a “suite”. It was a studio. The hotel was in the middle of a major remodel project. The shower head in our room was incredibly LAME! It took twice as long to bathe because there was so little water coming out.

Remodeling lobby common areas but you don't hear the noise on the other floors. Staff keeps dust confirmed to construction area. Guy at the front desk was very helpful even with my funky reservation. Loved the larger shower and the mirror that doesn't fog. Close to the mall and restaurants. St Als is close by and easy to get to.

The room smelled like mildew and the shower head was not attached to the wall. There were pubic hairs in one of the bath towels and one of the other towels had black stuff on it resembling mold. The sign out front by the street had a massive hole in it. One thing cheap hotels always skimp on is insulation between walls and floors, making it impossible to sleep. This place was no exception. Next time I will spend extra money and go elsewhere. I won’t book here again.

The room smelled absolutely disgusting. This was a non-smoking facility, but I’m pretty sure somebody lived there for 20 years and smoked it the entire time and then they just gave it a quick wipe down and put me in there. I checked the room for bedbugs, and when I pulled the mattress off I found a used condom and a bunch of hairs. I looked between the cushions of the recliner and found toenails and pubic hairs, and chewing tobacco pouches shoved down in the corners. I couldn’t run the air conditioner because the stench was so atrocious, it drove me out of the room! I ended up leaving at four in the morning and cancelled my second day and got another hotel.

It is an older motel and the wear is very noticeable and most visual in the rooms where the carpets need a good and complete cleaning. I hated to walk on the carpet without shoes because it was very dirty and stained. The floor in front of the dishwasher was sticky to the feet. will not stay there again.

Very nice and had a tiny kitchenette. It had a small stove top, dishwasher, full fridge, and was stocked with cook ware and utensils. The room was nice, I wish there was a bathtub for my kids but all in all it was a great place to stay. If I ever need a hotel in the area again, I'll be staying here.

This pic to the left is the room or at least the same layout i had. Absolutely loved the room, it was clean and had everything i needed and more. I was not expecting a kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, fridge i just booked this room based on price and location. If i return to the area i would stay here again in a second. Staff was great also, no complaints what so ever. Another bonus was the local supermarket was very close and the same chain i use at home in California.

Nice modern decor. Large room and kitchen. Water pressure very poor. Hard time rinsing off soap and would never be able to wash my hair. Toilet handle sticks in on position leaving water running. Very helpful staff.

I was willing to overlook that because I was in town for a festival and I was out most of the time- however BOTH nights I paid for, when I came back to my room my key wouldn’t work. I had to go back down both nights to get a new key. When I asked if I was entitled to any sort of refund for the amount of inconveniences, on my birthday might I add, I was told because I booked through Expedia they couldn’t help me.

We were assigned a small room with a rollaway bed which we did not reserve. It was so small we had to move the table and chairs to accommodate the rollaway so the bathroom door could open. We were told a larger group came in so they had to give our room to them. Staff was very apologetic so they knew it was a crappy situation. Won’t be staying at a Candlewood small room Suites again.

Flickering lights, shower curtain with someone else’s hair on it, broken top to the air conditioner, couldn’t keep the fan going constantly which was a huge problem because there was a generator or something next door that was INSANELY LOUD. Bad experience.

I enjoyed our stay while my husband was in St. Alphonsus hospital, it was close and convenient to the hospital and shopping! They were great to work with, not knowing how long we would be staying. They were also dog friendly! I also stayed there for a Catholic Women’s Convention and was great! Recommend for anyone!

The hotel was clean and very nice. I had booked a king bed suite. But on arrival, the room with the king would not be ready until later in the day. We really didn't need a king size, it was the only size available at the time. The conceirge was polite and switched us to a queen and got us checked in. I would choose this hotel again

I enjoyed our stay while my husband was in St. Alphonsus hospital, it was close and convenient to the hospital and shopping! They were great to work with, not knowing how long we would be staying. They were also dog friendly! I also stayed there for a Catholic Women’s Convention and was great! Recommend for anyone!

Was surprisingly nice. Right across the street from Town Center shopping mall. Not that I walked over or anything. Employees were fantastic, hotel was a pleasant surprise. Maybe was Boise vs. the hotel itself but really enjoyed.

Recommend this hotel. A very well run, clean and friendly establishment. Loved the kitchenette and boy this it came in handy as there was not much around to eat. Headed up the street about a kilometre and found a fab grocery store and assembled a healthy dinner. Biggest bugbear was that the bed was very small - but apart from that the hotel was great. Astounded at the cost of hotels in Boise given the lack of dining options around. Buts that’s a Boise thing - the rate at this hotel was fair enough.
