Everything was wonderful except parking. I tried to park on my own using the app but it was down and no one seemed to know how to work it. We were forced to use valet which became a huge inconvenience. We had to wait minimum 20 minutes to retrieve the car even when we text 10 minutes in advance before heading to valet area.

The hotel and staff were excellent. We were upgraded and were gifted complimentary breakfast vouchers every day. My ONLY complaint is that the in room coffee service was poorly maintained. By the final day of our 5 day stay, it was bare minimum. Other than that, we loved the Westin.
