The VIEW!! It’s close to restaurants and there is a walking path all around the area. The bed was comfy and we had a balcony we could sit on to watch the boats in the marina and all the walkers. The narrative on the Hotels.com website stated there are laundry facilities. There are not. Beautiful place. We loved it!

Great place right on the water in the harbor. Rooms are big and each have their own balcony. You do have to pay $12.50 per night for parking which I didn't know until I got to the property. Parking seems limited, but we were able to find parking on the premises.

No guest laundry even though in 2 places at least on Expedia it showed as having one! The best part of this property was the views overlooking the harbour, it was great to wake up and see the sealions playing and watching the various boats come in and out. The breakfast was quite limited and not very appetising looking with the scrambled eggs swimming in liquid.

Stayed for our trip to Channel Islands and definitely prefer Oxnard vs Ventura hotels. Nice room with balcony overlooking harbor and water is clean (unlike Ventura harbor). Staff attentive and property clean and well maintained. Only things that could have been better are: Air conditioner noisy and not so effective, water pressure weak, annoying parking fees for on property parking.

The breakfast was really good. The pool was dirty and there were huge gaps in the room doors so you could hear everyone having conversations in their rooms or walking down the hall.

Loved my stay here! Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a little better than typical. Hotel was quiet & I felt safe. Very close to beach, restaurants & shopping. Free parking! Loved the balcony overlooking the harbor! Pool was very nice & heated! Was an amazing stay. I will be back!

When I booked my room at this hotel, I was never told there was construction and that the room that I had was a pet room. There was dog pee on the chair and all over the floor and human hair on the sheets. It smelled like bad.

We stayed at tje 2nd floor and as you exit the elevator to 2nd floor the carpet smells so bad, feet smell, dirty . Room was excellent but the Hall had a really bad smell.

The hotel was very nice. When we arrived we were told check in was 4 pm which was ok but when we got into our room, the toilet did not work, the couch was completely missing the upholstery on the large and just showing a piece of foam and the door screen did not work well. However they quickly changed our room. The hotel was clean, view was great. Views of sea lions and animals were terrific. Overall stay was really nice. Beach was about a 1 miles away.

This was a gem of a place--we weren't going "to" Oxnard, particularly, just passing through, but it was appealing to be on the water. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and in great condition, and had a balcony overlooking the harbor, which was lovely. The hotel was in walking distance of several restaurants on either side of the harbor. Highly recommend if you are going to spend time in the area or are just passing through.

Surrounding area is great and beautiful. The hotels itself is just OK. One annoying thing is that it seems to be wood construction, including floors, so logs of noise from rooms above you

What a great experience. Adriana at breakfast was awesome, very friendly and attentive. Matthew at check in was great. The view from my balcony was beautiful. My room was cozy and comfortable. I slept well. The hotel was clean and very secure. I returned from dinner with coworkers around 9:30pm and security was walking the parking lot keeping us safe. I will definitely stay again.

The location, staff and modern updates make this an ideal place to stay for everyone. Special kudos to the staff lady that manages the breakfast and the outside maintenance man. They are very friendly and make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Well done all. Great job!

Nice hotel, wish I knew the front desk agents name when we checked in, he was very nice & welcoming. Free continental breakfast was good. We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice stay. This will be our "go to hotel" when we visit Oxnard.

The young lady that checked us into our room was so friendly and professional. She gave us information about all of the food and entertainment options that were close by as well as informed about all the perks of the hotel. She answered all of our questions and she wore a smile the entire time. It was very welcoming!

The property itself is nice. Breakfast was fine, not great but good. But, the Expedia description did not indicate there was NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, only every 4 night. We had to make our own bed, wipe down the bathroom counter, … we did get fresh towels daily but when I asked for one additional towel ( 3 times!) I was told yes, they will send one up, but NEVER got it. I would not recommend.

Had to pay to park at the hotel. Breakfast was hectic many thing were running out without being replaced such as coffee, proteins etc, cereal was generic and old. Friendly staff. Pool is small, only had 2 towels for a room that had 4 people in it. Seemed clean, there was active construction outside my window early in the mornings. I will probably stay again but will look for better options before committing.

My girlfriend and I live about 45 minutes away from this hotel and we just wanted a little getaway to celebrate our one year anniversary before we are both back in school. We both completely loved this place. Clean rooms, beautiful view, friendly staff, and actually a pretty great breakfast. The parking lot is relatively small, but even parking at the furthest spot is only a couple minute walk from the car to the room. At the end of our trip we talked about how we would both love to come back to randomly stay a night here. I highly recommend this place! I suggest getting the marina view rooms because it is such a beautiful added touch. See you guys soon!

Very quiet place. The good restaurants are to be found downtown Ventura. Although the hotel is nice and quiet, the breakfast is way too overrated. It is a simple breakfast without possibility to order eggs or anything else. Even the toast machines are simple household toasters The plates are disposables like the plastic cutlery. In a Hilton hotel we expect at least metal silverware and decent plates and cups.
