Holiday Inn Oxnard - Ventura by IHG

The property is right off freeway that makes it convenient. Property is well maintained. Staffing was minimal which you had to wait bit nothing patients should handle. Room was clean. Price online wasn’t too bad for all they had like pool, jacuzzi, work out room and places to just sit outside and relax.

Room was very nice and it was quite which was very welcome.

Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the TV was not connected to the WiFi and could not use any app and I love to watch Netflix and relax. I let the hotel staff know and even sent a text message to the number they text you how everything is going and if you need anything to make your stay better and they just said someone from the maintenance department was going to contact me and they never did. We left and no one cared to make sure and ask if our issue was taken care of. And this is one of the main reasons we choose to stay there. I could have chosen other hotels cheaper if I’m not going to have what I’m looking forward to and it was for my birthday too. I’m also to complain directly to the hotel.

After an 8 hr drive wanted to stay at a hotel that offered food services. The website stated it had a restaurant..... what it had was a menu board that you ordered from then when and sat down and waited for your food. We felt like we were at an Airport. When we checked into our room the refrigerator wasn't even cold, you'd think if you were checking in that day a staff member might have turned it on as a courtesy? For $200 a night stay they could offer at least bottled water at the coffee maker? We will not stay again, too much penny pinching!!

Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay here very much! Food and drinks are extra pricey.
