Our stay started off rocky due to our room not being ready when we arrived. Check-in was said to be at 3 and we werent able to check-in until after 430. Nowhere was it mentioned that they were under remodel. The pool and fitness center were closed and that was not stated anywhere. The outlets in the room were missing the faceplate covers, at one point we were completely without water due to them shutting it off and we werent notified. The breakfast was lackluster, there was a dip/hole in the floor under the carpet when exiting the elevator.

Black widows in our hotel room, pool, hot tub and fitness center not in service. Razor blades on the side walk, nails all over the “dog area”. Hotel is under renovation but you can definitely tell it wasn’t cleaned or maintained well. Communication from the check in person regarding pet fees. I paid online in full, out a card down then after I check in was told there is a fee. Save yourself thr trauma and spend more money for something decent.

The surrounding property was not taken care of. It is supposed to be pet friendly but the dog stations were empty of bags so many dog poop all over as well as trash. The ice machine out of service on second floor. The third floor loose tiles by ice station. The elevator on first floor the up button was missing and no documentation of reporting the issue. Very friendly staff and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Would have been nice to know that the building was under remodeling. The paint smell gave you a headache. The pool was closed and I have kids so that is why we picked the hotel. Our door to our room wouldn’t even close unless we slammed it shut with all our weight. The bathroom door didn’t close either.

Could have used a little bit more upkeep, the tile on the bathroom floor was uneven, hallways had a musky smell to them. Staff was great except I did not see the breakfast person smile once. Loved the 24/7 coffee and teas, that was a plus, the hot tub was out of order which was why I chose the property to begin with, to use the hot tub.

When I opened the door to the room I was hit by a terrible odor. Upon inspection, the bedding for one of the beds had what appeared to be blood stains, not only on the comforter but in the sheets as well. The toilet was stained as if it had not never seen a toilet brush. The shower would not drain because the drain was full of hair, soap scum and if you can believe it, mint wrappers. When I complained and asked for a different room I was as told there were none available. The staff felt very bad and offered to change our bedding. They also came and sprayed the room to mask the stench.

It was the dirtiest hotel. No room service. Tiles from restroom in our room were broken. Toilet was broken as well. We asked for towels and they said they didn’t have any clean ones to just use our same ones.

This place was straight-up nasty. My boyfriend and I booked two nights at La Quinta, and honestly, we regretted it the moment we walked into the room. There was mold growing in the shower—yes, actual mold—which is a huge health hazard, especially for someone like me who’s asthma was exacerbated by it. That alone is inexcusable. But wait, it gets worse. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dust, grime, and to top it off—stained bed sheets. Let that sink in. We literally had to sleep on someone else’s leftover filth. How does that even happen in a hotel that charges people to stay there? La Quinta, do better. Basic hygiene isn’t a luxury, it’s a bare minimum. This was not a getaway—it was a biohazard. We couldn’t relax, couldn’t shower, couldn’t even sleep comfortably. Wouldn’t recommend this dump to my worst enemy.

The property was in very poor condition. Hot in the lobby. Tv did not work and we couldn't get it resolved during our stay. The bathtub and toilet had very bad stains. Tiles on the floor were loose. There was bad layers of dust and dirt everywhere. Noise through the hall and walls kept us up. They were renovating on the floor we occupied and had to navigate past plastic drapping.

This had to be the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was so filthy that I went to the store to buy disinfecting wipes and a candle, because it also smelled like mold and mildew. I didn't take a shower for 2 days because the shower was so repulsively disgustingly dirty. Every surface was filthy. The mini fridge was unplugged, so my food was ruined when the ice melted all over everything. Everything. Also, the ice was disgusting and had chunks that I had to deal with before I even put my food in there. It was horrific. And nightmare. And I had the pictures and video to prove it, but this site is not allowing me to upload them. There were two nice employee, but everybody else was useless.

The rooms were very dirty! The room was not clean! The sheets had blood markings. The tub had mold on the tub and ceiling. We will not stay there again!! I wish I could give it a zero star rating.

It was very peaceful. The sheets had blood on them as if the sheets were not switched to clean and there was food in the room cheetos and french fries. The restroom floor was sticky and hair on the restroom door. I didn't want to make a scene. I will not reserve a room there again.I would like credit if possible please for dirty room.

This was the 4th time staying at this location. All previous stats were great.. this time not so much. Window frame was broken, AC needed some love, bedding had holes. Front desk was great.. check in was fast and easy. Location is great.. my assumption is that staffing is a challenge and standards have slipped a bit

Bought 2 queen beds and they gave me a king had to get that fixed then air conditioning doesn’t cool down enough. Had to sleep with sheets only. The ac was so loud when it kicked on it woke everyone up. Not a good sleep at all

The staff was excellent. There was a lot of work going on at the hotel, but I was in a separate area, where it was quiet. It's in disrepair because of the work now, but hopefully it will be better in the future. The room I was in was well-maintained and spacious.

We were just traveling thru and rooming for a night. The location was very convenient. Everyone working there was very pleasant and helpful and had good ideas with recommendations for things that we might enjoy. The room was very comfortable and clean. And Quiet! It was a good choice for a stop on our road trip.

I arrived at 12:30pm my room was not ready,it wasn't going to be ready antil 3pm,at 3pm,my romm wasnt ready..i have to wait 1 more hour or more..the manager didnt try to give me other room.not intersted in helping the client..so i cancel it..went to hother hotel..disapoinment,i been a client with the quinta for more then 10 years and these is the second time these happens ..so sad.

I reserved two king deluxe rooms three weeks ago. Three hours before check in, I was informed that they were overbooked. Because of that, they changed one of my rooms from a deluxe to a basic king. When I asked if I would get a refund since my room has been downgraded, they said no that the room was the same price. It is ridiculous that they downgraded my stay yet expect the same amount of money for it. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. They obviously do not respect their customers.

The gentleman at the front desk on 12/10/2024 was incredible, friendly and super helpful. I wish I remembered his name. He was such a delight. Place was clean, breakfast was good, overall a great experience. I was even asked if I wanted a room that could view the mountain. This place is a hidden gem for the rate. I will stay again on my next travels in January.

We had an incident where we were locked out of our room for nearly an hour. This required the attendant on duty to contact the manager for access to “special tools” needed to service the lock. The manager had “left to the store” and when she arrived she didn’t bother to acknowledge us or apologize for the incident, but eventually did fix the issue. When she was done she very dismissively walked away. Additionally, there was a vehicle parking in the driveway that allows access to the main parking lot area (including handicap spots). Come to find out it was this same manager’s car the whole time.

We only stayed one night but the hotel is right off the main road and easy to get in and out of. The La Quinta provides a quick getaway for us desert dwellers to get up to the mountains and enjoy the cool mountain air!

The hotel is extremely run down: peeling paint from the walls, rust on the door frames and sprinkler heads in the pool area. The gym was closed "sorry for the inconvenience." In the room: There is rust around the bathtub drain, nasty looking toilet, dirty carpets, trash under the pull out couch and crumbs when we opened it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were hard and some of them were dirty. The chair in the room looked like it belonged in the dumpster. The faux leather was crumbling apart. The breakfast food was tasteless and overcooked. The juice was actually water with dye and a little bit of sugar. The cream cheese tasted horrible and the bagels felt like bubblegum. The photos of the place are definitely NOT what you get. This hotel may have been beautiful once but it is not so today. I would have asked for a refund if I could.

We had a nice stay but our room was to Close to the elevator. Breakfast was from 6-10am. But you had the lady cleaning up the breakfast at 9:15. So we didn’t get to enjoy breakfast. The sauna was cold probably broken but other than that we had a nice stay.

Motel was under renovation. For the most part we were not disturbed by it. We had room 212, nice and clean but... Door would not close properly, top hinge loose One bath towel although clean was torn at one end. Left side curtain blinder off track and could not close. Again, under renovation and am sure will get fixed. Great breakfast selections and coffee available 24/7.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was below average for a free hotel breakfast but, always clean and fresh. Rooms did not feel clean, pool area was subpar at best, and there were many areas of the hotel that need repairs. I feel like $99 a night is pretty high for this property. Would potentially stay here again, only because animals are allowed

It was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in 40 years. Room was not cleaned or towels changed in 3 days despite asking for it. Last day I got sheets and towels myself from reception and did it myself. The room was disgustingly dirty. See attached photos of food on the floor, snot on the walls and a red bloody looking towel in a cupboard. Breakfast was inedible. TV didnt work - all in all an absolute nightmare! Hotel promised discount - that never happened!
