I really enjoyed the Plush beds & blackout curtains. My daugter enjoyed Breakfast & pool (but no pool towels!). Business Center was helpful too, however we could not access colored printing. While $7 is a reasonable parking price, it seems silly as they didn't even request my license plate, and there is nothing posted stating parking fees are required.

This place has 102 rooms but only 2 luggage carts and none available when we checked in. We had to make 4 trips to the 4th floor. My husband is a disabled Veteran and it was very hard on us. The room was nice except that the window blinds didn't work. Found out that it had been reported before and was on the list to be fixed. Good breakfast, staff okay.

Great location in wine country and near Sonoma State. Only minor drawback was the hotel insistence on charging $5 to park overnight in their parking lot. Feels like a bad management decision imho.

Hampton has lost a step in the past decade. Beds used to be very comfortable but last two stays feel like sleeping on a blanket covered sidewalk. Pillows are like marshmallows though and that's a good thing. Bath area was spotless. TV is large with a crisp picture. Remote is simple to navigate by touch. Basic wifi was adequate for light duty. Blackout shade is good at keeping room dark. Floor noise was minimal, even with our room next to elevator. Breakfast. Ive had worse, and I've had better. Eggs are still being served; scrambled, hard boiled, and cheese mini omelette depending on what's on the warmer. Sausage patties or links. Same taste-greasy pepper, or crispy translucent meh bacon, and there was biscuits n gravy one morning that were fillingf. DIY vanilla or strawberry waffles that are pretty good. Coffee is good, juice is institutional concentrate that will spike your glucose. Snack shack was pretty bare. No sodas, no beer no wine. Fitness room was clean and kept up. Ice was clean. That all said, it is definitely a good price for what you get, and I'll choose it over best western, rodeway, and motel 6 all at about same price point.

The breakfast needs improvement and being a guest, I shouldn’t have to pay $7.00 to park my car on the property after paying as much as I did for the night, doesn’t make any sense.

Hotel needs some work, blind did not work on the window, also got charge $ 7.00 per night for parking??? just another way of getting more money and you do it when you bare checking in not when you make the reservation. will not ever stay at a Hilton hotel again.

We walked in and dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor, they were discolored and smelled like they had mildew growing on them. We had to keep the room window open for 6 hours just to air out the smell, the staff seemed rather unconcerned when we told them about this. We asked for new towels, and they gave us damp ones from the dryer. I tried to PAY for wifi, and none of the staff knew how to find the page that would allow me to give them money. VERY disappointed.

Shower was dirty and squeaked if you moved in the shower. The “clean” towels had hairs on them. The room smelled like someone spilled an entire bottle of perfume. Staff was nice. The rest of the property was clean. The breakfast was good. It was quiet.

Rooms were clean. However: Updates not up to a real ‘Hilton’ standards. In Bathroom: All bathroom towels very thin, scratchy and not enough. Needed more hooks. Needed an electrical plug on other side of sink. Needed more shelves on both sides of sink. Plus areas to place hair dryers, flat irons, etc. Needed a long rug in front of sink. More lighting needed on other side of the long dresser/refrigerator. We did like: The bed, the decor, a functional microwave and refrigerator. Ice machine was close by. Staff very nice. Available parking near front door entrance. The Breakfasts were Great!

When getting room, staff had to go with me to room to see if it was cleaned or not. The first room was not! One bed was not, there was tissue on the counter. Made me uneasy about cleanliness. Then there was a guy that tried to get in room, told front desk, cops were called and they let him stay there.

Overall stay was good. Unfortunately our room was right by the elevator and some people just don't know how to be quiet out of respect for others especially late at night and early in the morning!! Our beds were not comfortable and the pillows were very flat.

It was great. I will admit that I could not completely shut the window so I'm not sure if that is a known problem. Also the wall unit was constantly blowing and I had no control of it the buttons would not control it it seemed it was on a set schedule of some kind. So I had to turn up the thermostat more than I normally would due to those two things. Other than that the room was very clean and I like that. The bed was tough on my back but tolerable.

The property itself is clean and conveniently located. A major disappointment was that the rooms have hardwood floors and the noise was horrendous because of the guests walking around. There was a constant thumping sound which was extremely annoying. I suggest the owners place carpeting or much better insulation between floors. Also, the free breakfast was decent, but I was told to go into the gym if I wanted water. I suggest placing a a couple of spa water glass containers in the dining room. It would add convenience and a touch of class.

Staff front desk. Very unfriendly unfortunately we stop by to find out what time we can check in. We are there early around noon heading to Graton. Tintin Said she will call me back when the room is available around 1 pm she never call back. I called someone said it would be ready in an hour. We wait until close to actual time to check in. 3:00 pm. The room is still not ready. We have to wait in the lobby until 4pm very disappointed. Poor service. Tintin from front desk. Just give the room to whoever checks in and ignore us. Until we talk to Jennifer and finally get a room. After a long wait in the lobby. We’re not treated fairly for the first time. I will never forget this day. Never book another one ever. Bad experience

The staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Rohnert Park is top notch. I’m in between apartments at the moment and have stayed quite a few nights here as I’ve yet to secure a new apartment. The staff here is friendly, hard working, organized, quick… I can’t say enough about how great all of the staff here is. It makes for a great stay.

I texted them as my mom (who the reservation was for) fell at the airport and ended up in Hospital. They never even relied. So yeah that’s terrible service. We didn’t actually end up staying there.

I will ALWAYS stay at this Hampton when Im working in the area. I had a noise issue in my first room (not at all the fault of the hotel) and I was exceptionally pleased with the professionalism, attentive customer service, and absolutely kind attitude shown by Kash when i brought the issue to his attention. He immediately made arrangements to secure me another room (same style/layout and on the same floor) and he had me moved into my new room in under 10 minutes. It's rare to find this level of hospitality, even in very high end hotels, and Kash made what could have been one of my toughest work trips into one of the best I've ever experienced.

Very clean, comfortable hotel room. It was extremely quiet, best pillows I have ever used at a hotel. We were checked in very easily by a gentleman named.Rian and he was exceptional at check-in. Wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. He is definitely the perfect employee to have representing your company.

Rian Rian (Rhianna) is someone that every hotel needs! Rian was the absolute best! Every day he checked in on me and made sure my birthday stay was ewverythjing and more. He even sent me a birthday card and a package of goodies. This man needs a promotion to the top!!! Our room was exceptional and the bed was so comfy. Our new spot every time!

I booked this hotel through Expedia. I work in Santa Rosa and live in San Jose. I report to work in Santa Rosa twice a week and work remotely for three days. There was a scheduled change at my work just for that week. I called Expedia to adjust my stay for the next night. Expedia called the hotel, and they refused to adjust the booking. Mr. Misrav, the General Manager, wouldn't budge. I went in person to talk to him. At first, he said there wasn't an available room for the day I was trying to change my booking to. I said I was on your website, and there were plenty of rooms available. He was making all kinds of excuses. I lost one night because of this General Manager's attitude and lack of flexibility

The hotel was close to the casino where our event was, so this was super convenient and the room was super nice. Loved the size, cleanliness, it was quiet and I liked it had a microwave, fridge, closet with extra supplies. I would definitely go back.

Just OK. Comfortable room and bed, nothing special. Charge for parking, I think $7 but still no reason too and is not included in your total. Breakfast - well depends what you like. The eggs were TERRIBLE and insult to the chicken who laid them. Please management, try them. I don't think you'd serve them to your family. The rest - cereal, toast, PBJ, muffin, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc. standard - meh. Even the waffles wee just OK and I usually look forward to them. Was really thinking that McDonald's would have been better.

The room was clean and the coffee was good. The eggs were very watery and as I was preparing my breakfast, one of the staff kept shutting the doors to the dining room room every time I tried to go in there and it was before 9 AM.

Ourbroom was fine other than a few wet spots on the floor I have no complaints. However, at 2am two people tried breaking into the room across the hall and woke us up banging on the door yelling at the person inside. When we called the front desk the woman came upstairs and told them that she received a complaint from our room!!! So I was to scared to sleep the rest of the night. Also the breakfast is horrible. Powdered eggs, microwaved sausage, very little to choose from and the restock was very slow.

Checking in at the property was a breeze. The front desk person, Desiree was very courteous and directed me very well on what to expect. There was free coffee 24/7 which was a bonus. You don’t get this from other places where the rate is similar. There were available parking spaces in the area with an extra charge of $7 (it says “free” on Expedia). The free hot breakfast was also a treat. Scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, boiled eggs, variety of cereals, fruits, bread, etc. The dining area was not enough but I guess this is to deter people from staying longer than they should which is fine with me. The room was spacious, comfy bed & fresh beddings & towels. The bathroom was fairly new. Strong water pressure. I’m a huge fan of their soap & shampoo dispensers. This reduces waste of half used bottles to be thrown in the garbage. I loved my stay at this hotel! Highly recommended!
