A huge amount of garbage and remodeling debris lying about. There is a large amount of unsavory type people hanging out or just passing thought. Feels completely unsafe. The lobby is a complete disaster.

Location was good for restaurants. No noise problems. Request for ground level room was available. There weren't enough parking spaces available in the area near our room. The room had an odor and stains at various locations. The Air Conditioner did not work, and this was a stay in the summer on a near 90' day.

Overall decent and to be expected at the price point. Never did find a trash can in the room, but it was more or less clean. The overall outside of the hotel wasn't the cleanest and it wasn't easy to get a parking spot. Relatively easy check-in/check-out.

I believe they were fixing some areas of the property. there was trash that could’ve been put in dumpsters. And the room that I received a lot of air was coming through the bottom of the door because it was missing a protector to cover against trash going in or out. but for the price I paid it was OK

The only thing I could say I really liked was the price and they had a smoking room. There was absolutely no parking and I found garbage under the bed and behind some of the furniture. But for the price you can't really beat it

I like a bargain but the Budget Inn showed me what's below my bargain standards. Stains everywhere, dents in wall, carpet filthy, weird sticky stuff on bedside tables. on the plus side the bed wasn't too bad...a least no bed bugs...it was that kind of place.

It was fine. The rooms are very small. The bathrooms are tiny. It's very close to a lot of stuff so if you just need an affordable place to rest, it will do. Don't expect any frills or amenities.

I expected cheap and I got more than that. Typical things for the cheapest hotel in Sonoma County: stains on sheets and comforters, broken/chipped paint and all kinds of items, tweakers roaming at all hours. What crossed the line for me was my room waa freezing, so I went to turn on the heater. Thing looks like it's 50 years old. When I turn it on it started smelling really bad like ozone and making a loud annoying buzz. Left it on for 5 minutes but the smell got worse and I shut it off. Temp got down to the low 40s outside if I remember correctly. Not sure of temp in the room, but I was cold.

The room was in pretty rough shape. However the bed and linens were fine, as well as comfortable. The TV also was fine. Rooms are a bit noisy from nearby road noise, in spite of newer looking double pane windows.

I was on the top floor at the south end of the building alongside Rohnert Park Expressway and Highway 101. There was a lot of traffic noise on a Saturday night. If possible, try to get a room on the north and/or west side.

Checking in was a hassle and unprofessional. Room Was received with a window that was open with no screen. Window was not lockable which is unsafe and room was sold to have a king size bed but was given a queen size bed. Their excuse was they were replacing the mattresses and They could drag the old one back in if I wanted to which is extremely disgusting. I signed up for a budget hotel and was placed in a roadway inn with now warning ..All extremely unprofessional

The night clerk tried charging me $30 more then what i booked the room for. I showed him my confirmation,he said he didnt care. After seeing no other hotels had rooms i tried paying the extra $30 abd said hes refusing service. I slept in my car that night.

Booked online while driving though when we decided we needed to stop for the night. When we arrived, a sign on the office window directed us to check in at the Rodeway in next door. The clerk couldn’t find our reservation, and I realized that my mistake was that, since it was past midnight, the booking was actually made for the following night. He did his best to find a room for us, which we definitely appreciated. The first room hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had already been checked into by someone else (found out when we were both trying to enter it at the same time). Finally he put us in a room over at Rodeway which was basic but clean and comfortable. This hotel seems a little bit disorganized but we really appreciated the clerk’s helpfulness given our booking mistake.

At check in time, a person that was behind the counter was very rude In the room, there were blue stains on the carpeting Not sure what it was Very noisy People going up and down the stairs were very loud At approximately 11:30 PM sound like there were somebody fighting outside in a corridor Terrible stay

Great rates, awesome staff, helpful and polite n I stay every month for at least a couple of days, nice break away from my everyday life. ,the staff are extremely helpful and do their best to please their customers/ clients! Love the Budget Inn!

This hotel is right off the freeway for great access, but also road noise. My room was on the road side. I requested a smoke free room, there was a stifling strong smell of smoke. The room was perhaps clean but it was beat up pretty bad. It is a good lesson for me to stay above 3 stars. Thankfully I was by myself. NO way my wife would've stayed.

The best priced accomodations in the area, safe as any motel in the area, appreciate the mini fridge and microwave, casino a mile away and 24-Hour diner across the street. Easy freeway access and have stayed several times without any problems. That said, not bad to sleep, shower and do whatever else might do when passing thru.

I stayed a week at the Budget Inn. The staff is helpful and allows early check ins. You get what you pay for here and that is why the room costs $60 a night. I appreciate the location and ease of checking in and out.

I think this hotel is a homeless shelter. People outside their rooms that seemed to be living there. The smell of pot permeated the air. Room was ok. Tub looked dirty. Am breakfast did not exist. Front desk did even try to apologize for not having a breakfast as advertised. Definitely not worth the $125/night. When I walked into the room thought I’d be better off sleeping in my car. People hanging out in the parking lot. Kept looking out the window to make sure no one was breaking into my car. The surrounding area was nicer than where I was staying.

If all you want is a cheap place to stay, this might work for you. Other than that, there was no remote for the TV and staff was indifferent to my request for one, saying in broken english their tech was not available. The beds felt like they had a sheet of plywood between the mattress and box springs. Place was very noisy with people coming and going outside very late at night. The hotel listing said coffee and breakfast was included, but in the morning, when turning in the key card, was informed that was not the case.

It was a motel. It was good. The water got nice and hot. The ice machine worked great. Coffee in room was good. A/C worked good. Panda Express was across the street. What more could I want? :)
