Crown Regency Hotel & Towers

Employees are amazing, room was great. Lots of construction which is needed to upgrade exterior of hotel. Limited hot water was a pain in the....pool being updated, needs good cleaning!!

The staff are very helpful and attentive, fulfilling many of my small requests such as being neighbours with a friend and having breakfast boxes made for early tours. The hotel itself was nice for Cebu, the rooms were modern and not lacking in anything. There was a good pool and gym available for use. The area is busy, near a major roundabout so there will be honking 24/7. My advice would to be to stay on the 19th floor and below because there is a split elevator system which can be inconvenience to use. I stayed in the 27th floor and would have to change on the 19th. Otherwise great location with a supermarket, street food and laundry nearby.

I would review this property good but its confusing due to the reconstruction thats happening. There is so many things that is closed and some of the staff are not well knowledgeable about the hotel.

No water, toilet disgusting and sink bowl the water is block,dangerous fire exit its been blocked, tv no remote control even i request, swimming pool its dirty and smell urine and no light...

Place was in a good location , walking distance to the mall .. Would be nicer with a pool more updated & a lil deeper for adults..Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.. price was affordable . I'd prefer not to go beyond the 19th floor as a change in elevators is required for 20 & up

Good value - walkable to night spots. Pool itself was fine, but pool area on roof was a bit shabby. And many features of the hotel on the website aren't open (e.g. rooftop zipline, etc)

Check-in procedure was very smooth. Passport copy, address & email info with a small deposit and voila! The staff members were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I was greeted with warm smiles and kind comments from the security staff and check-in crew. They have a crazy "no visitors" policy, and they charge you if you have guests after 10p. Not mentioned on the website. Hm The building is old and needs a little TLC. The reviews about the shower draining slow are true. Additionally, the sink in unit 2507 leaked water onto the floor when used. The A/C unit was cold enough to refrigerate food. (Not quite cold enough for ice cream though.) I attempted to order room service shortly after check-in (7:30p) only to find that they didn't have burgers or pizza available, but they are the prominent items displayed on their menus. Fortunately, there are several restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, but the 27" TV was quite small. There are wonderful unobstructed views from the 25th floor. This building has an observatory level that was closed during my stay. There is a casino located on the 3rd floor, and a pool and fitness center available for those interested. Transportation is available right outside the front door, but there are times when the grab taxis are not in the area and you have to keep trying, or use one of the local taxis stationed out front. Check-out is straightforward. Turn in your key, wait for room inspection, then receive your deposit.

Arrived and checked in late at night. It went smoothly. Nice view of the city from our room. Room was spacious so it was good. However, hot water in the bathroom is available on certain time only. With regards to their parking space, we had no problem except we need to request a validation slip in their front desk to be given in parking tollboth every time will go out of the building aside from the parking card they give once you enter their parking area. Outside condition of the building when you look at it is not maintained and seems an abandon building. Exciting amenities no longer operational. Overall rating would be 6. Their location from the tourist spots is good. Staff are nice and would be a plus point if they would greet guests to feel welcome at their hotel. Hot water in showers at all times is a must for me. Hassle free in and out of their parking area would be better. I think parking card itself will suffice their monitoring and validation slip should be abolished. Outside appearance and look of the hotel will greatly affect and attract future clients.

At ine time, this WAS probably a very nice and fun hotel. They had thrill rides on the roof. Upscale club, etc. Sadly, this place is so run down and in life support. The pool area was falling apart. Only the mail pool was open. Tiles missing around it, an empty spa pool full of scum. Same for the hot tub. Empty except of mold in the bottom. In my room, the first thing i saw was two long black hairs in the sink. And theres no hot water!!! They offered a refund if i left. I stayed two nights, only long enough to find a decent hotel (Quest Hotel is where to go in Cebu!). The staff are SO KIND AND FRIENDLY, HELPFUL. I feel bad for them. They need jobs, and the owners have given up, leaving the staff to face the guests who are disappointed. Expedia should remove this hotel from its list.

Love this hotel, the construction is your original high quality material that's hard to find nowadays - strong and solid. The room was quite spacious and enjoyed the awesome views from the upper levels. They have a fully fitted gym that was a pleasure to use as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Location is an easy 3mins walk away from Robertson Mall. Only major issue we had was the occasional cold showers and low water pressure we encountered from time to time.

Bathroom sink got very hot water. Bathroom drain was very slow. House keeping was very good but not available on Sunday. I thought this hotel was a good value for what I paid.

The bathroom sink is clog, no hot water for shower and did not provide drinking water even we asked for it.

The check in counter folks and staff were so nice and polite but … on the second night… There was a RAT in my room… it crawled over my feet and hid underneath my bed… I left, they forced me to move rooms… but there was no way I’m staying at that place… Sad part too is that they did not refund me for the remaining days of my stay… That place should be condemend… The shower was not draining water…and the elevators would only take you to a certain floor… you have to step out in the middle of a dark dimmed level to hop on a different elevator…this place is run down… This place is filthy - DO NOT STAY HERE!

The property needs a major renovation. The glass windows are dirty, the room needs upgrade, had sinus infections due to the muggy smell.

Very nice room with incredible view. Grand Parade no longer goes this way. Very disappointing but perfect for circle and shopping.

Food was bad. Wifi cut out every 10 minutes. Aircon didnt work. Staff was no help. No hot water. Kids playing in the hallways even after complaining to staff about it.

Booked the room for Sinulog. Perfect view of the parade from the 32nd and 9th floor (pool). Super easy to run down to the parade, wander around, and get awesome food. The room was very spacious, two full size beds. Very clean. Nice bath, no hot water…but not unusual in Cebu. Very clean and updated. The staff live up to Filipino standards: cheerful, helpful, and polite. Price was well worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel for any future guests, especially for Sinulog. Only snag was parking in the garage as there is a hotel and a casino. Staff not aware who could park where. That was easily remedied with the concierge desk.

Good service

The checkin was painless and the room was very clean and nice. All amenities were very close which makes it nice.

I stayed for 2 nights The ‘hot’ water was only 6-10 (am&pm) the temperature was lukewarm at best. I needed two lifts to get to my floor, which was inconvenient & a lot of waiting No help with bags (someone is present to open a door at the entrance) When I asked for a bottle of water the staff said ‘no.’ And directed me to a shop. Then when I questioned there being no water in the hotel the staff said it’s complimentary only and I’ve had my bottle. I then was able to pay extra for another 250ml bottle. The toilet was practically falling off the wall, swaying if I sat down. The staff said they’ll let maintenance know when they’re back. Was served a gone off salad and told the lettuce is off bcs the dressing…. I had to seek and drag a subbed with the male staff free & watching me struggle Breakfast was trash. Near a shopping center which is good but busy ‘city’ area. Safe but not a holiday destination Very old facilities & difficult to turn the tv off Good sized room I was able to make a call through the reception phone which was helpful so they don’t get a terrible rating.

I like the city view room I was in. Location of hotel is very accessible. Breanna of the frontdesk is superb.

The property is somehow different now compare in the past management, they doesnt have toothpaste or even brush. Aircon is not that cold, i still need to contact with the maintenance to have it fix. We havent stay there on our first night because my uncle was upset about the check in time. We were so tired at our flight and its more than 2 pm still rooms are not available yet. The staff are nice and very accommodating

Walkable to places I want to go.

Crowne is great hotel with spectacular views of sea or mountain. Breakfast was good, beds clean and comfortable. Close to shop and massage within the building area. Walked 5klm morning around area and safe, although had beggar last night asking for money in a drugged stupor, so just be aware when walking locally at night. Howe r you have Robinson mall and other shops in area so it still is our go to place in Cebu.

Everything was great, except for the morning, Buffay food. The food was not very good. It all seemed stale and old. Other than that, everything was great.

Hot water not available and water leaking outside shower make area outside shower wet. Beakfast not good for price. Just sausages and rice plus coffe.

very convenient to walk around.it was clean but no hot showers and the food for breakfast was not western friendly. it was purely Asian.

Biggest problem was that they clearly said breakfast was included but when we went to the breakfast we had to pay and it was horrible substandard food
