when it is written that the hotel has parking, it means the guest automatically gets a place for the car. when we arrived we were told that there were no places and there wouldn’t be any. And that parking must be reserved in advance. We encountered such a situation for the first time in many years of our travels

Yeah, I stayed here only because there's a photo of a giant parking lot in front of the hotel. I got to the hotel, and there's no parking, it's full. I guess you have to make some sort of reservation, which who knew. It's not in the city center so this seems crazy. They literally tape people's names on parking places. So, I spent an hour of my life trying figure out the stupid street parking. It actually ruined my whole day and was a giant hassle. These people don't seem to care and did nothing to accommodate me. Don't stay here, go somewhere near downtown. It's chill and relaxed as far I saw, parking wise. The room is nothing special and these muppets leave the hotel at 8 p.m. literally there's no one here. Whatever, I should've stayed somewhere else, and you should as well.

Preis / Leistung passt nicht. Für ein 17,- Frühstück kann man mehr als lasche Wecker erwarten. Parkschilder werden plötzlich verstellt und man muss über einen recht hohen Randstein zum neuen Parkplatz fahren. Nicht sehr Reifenschadens.

A very pleasant stay with ample breakfast, lovely staff and easy walking to the centre of Salzburg. Parking was €15 per night. The only downside for us was that our room was located in the eaves and the sloping ceiling made it feel very small. However we would definitely stay again, but maybe next time would pay extra for a non-eaves room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Room was perfect for my needs as a solo traveller and I felt very safe my whole stay. The room and bathroom were modern, in like-new condition, and I especially liked the addition of an AC unit. The breakfast area inside and outside were lovely, and the breakfast was good with many options. It is a 15-20 minute walk to city-center in a beautiful, safe area. Definitely recommend staying there!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel wurde wohl kürzlich renoviert, alles ist sehr neu und sauber. Es ist zu Fuß gut vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut. Werde es weiterempfehlen!

Wir (2Erwachsene und 1 Baby)haben ein Zimmer mit KingSize Bett gebucht. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, hatte das Bett 160x200cm. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption meinte die Dame dass dies in dieser Unterkunft KingSize sei. Nach erneuter Reklamation haben wir ein Familienzummer mit größeren Bett bekommen. Teile des Parkplatz müssen über einen Randstein befahren werden. Wir hatten das Glück und erwischten einen Parkplatz ohne Randstein.

It was unusually very warm in Salzburg and the air conditioning for the entire building was not working during our stay. We woke up to bugs crawling all over our bed and the entire bedroom flooded after taking one shower. The front desk staff is extremely rude and refused to accommodate us. We only stayed one night as we were forced to find another hotel for the duration of our trip to Salzburg. I would not recommend this hotel.
