Remodeling was going on so there was plastic all over floors. Also pool and hot tub were not available as they couldn’t get the door open and couldn’t tell us if or when it would be fixed. Later that night the desk clerk said she’d try to get in another way and was able to so we were able to use it the last hour of the night. I paid more for the room for the use of the pool and hot tub.

Overall great stay. Newly remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have the breakfast but it smelled delicious. The pool was awesome. The gym is stellar. Highly recommend!

This property is undergoing a MAJOR renovation and we should have been told when we were booking the room that we would have limited access to areas, only 1 of four ice machines worked, phones in rooms did not work, internet was intermittent, and several other unsafe conditions with construction debris/materials in hallways and exits.

The hotel is under a lot of renovation and did not have pool or spa access and one of the ice machines were out. Some of the reasons why we wanted to stay here was for the pool services and the overall Hilton experience which we did not receive. This message was not given to us ahead of time, and when we came into the lobby, there were pieces of paper taped on the walls to notify the customers. It was too late to cancel once we checked in. The elevator and flooring was very run down and just such a turn off. We were super disappointed; especially because we spent over $300 (that's with the discounted rate) to stay here for one night. Even the rooms were dingy and the walls were still peeling and falling apart. The only positive thing about this establishment is the friendly front desk staff.

Incidentals charge (which was NOT detailed on Travelocity). $75. we will see if that all comes back or if they find a way to keep that Parking fee: $10 (they charge for parking but say that they aren't responsible for things that happen to your car - if they are CHARGING then they should be responsible. They did not have the warm cookies they advertise at check-in, although when you step in the elevator the first thing you see is a huge sign that advertises them as well. Also their bar and restaurant were closed and this was the main reason we chose this hotel, so that we would not have to drive anywhere while in the city. There was no deli option as stated, there were basically chips and candy available. The pool was not accessible due to construction. As far as what they're calling newly remodeled rooms, they were absolutely terrible. They were fairly clean and the one thing I can say is the bed was comfortable; however, there were no holders for towels or toilet paper on the walls. You had to step out of the shower and out into the room to get a towel. Because the drainage was terrible in the walk-in shower I fell going to get a towel because there was probably a half an inch or more of water all the way to the door and over to the toilet as well. Also in the room they put the coffee maker in a small alcove and there's absolutely no light there, so I had to get a flashlight in order to see to make coffee. And back to check in, the gentleman who checked us in was fairly pleasant but when I came back about the bar the woman there was an absolute word that I can't use here. This was by far the worst stay I've had in all my years of travel!!!!

Staff was very nice and kind. Check-in and the person helping said, out loud, you are in room 206. Seems like room number should not be said aloud for safety reasons. Go to our room, open the door, the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest! Poop in the toilet, towels on the ground, bed slept in from previous guest. Went back to front desk and given a different room. This room was clean, thankfully. Hallways in hotel are freezing! Construction work being done and open air from the outside. Really cold! Breakfast was cold, need a better heating system to keep the hot food (eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage) hot. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is right next door to a strip club.

The room size was sufficient, I always feel more comfortable when I’m not in a tiny space. As far as the cleanliness I would say it was sub par. It was evident that the room has gone through some renovations. In which I will mention on that as well a little later. So the carpet and LVP are on the newer side. However there were various stains throughout out the room. As for the Quality of the renovations the installer clearly cut some corners and the final product was not good to say the least. In the bathroom the towel rack was off the wall.

Add said rooms were newly renovated. They were not… our room was noisy inside and out… outside with traffic inside the bathroom it sounded like a generator was running… ALL NIGHT… bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat. Stains on carpet… elevator is tiny and very rough. Maybe they are renovating but they need to keep going. The stay wasn’t great.

The gal who was at the front desk was very nice, pleasant and helpful. The room was supposedly remodeled. But carpet had all kinds of nasty stains. The bed linens were dirty I had to put a blanket over the bed and sleep, plus the bed was not very comfortable kids running in the hall was very. Loud and the road noise was hard to sleep through.

The hotel was easy to find. We had originally booked a King room. When I booked the room, I had sent a message asking for the ground floor, or as low to ground floor as possible. Check in was easy and they found our reservation. We were given keys to our room on the second floor. We were given fresh cookies (my wife is gluten intolerant and they gave her a gluten free cookie). We went up to our room and found it to be a double queen. I called the lobby and told them the issue and the had us come back downstairs. They changed the room for me and I mentioned I had asked for a ground floor. She said, she did not see that on the reservation and gave us a ground floor room. Our room was not one that was recently renovated ,but that was not an issue. The room was very spacious and clean. The TV was a 40 inch flat screen and had Direct TV for its stations. I was not pleased with the channel selections offered but it did have nice HBO movies. The room should have had a guide of some sort that said what channels were available for easy access. The guide on channel one was awkward. The room had a large shower when I liked as well as a main shower head and a hand held. The amenities in the bathroom were very nice, they were pump shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Poor water pressure though. We were disappointed we had to pay $15 each for breakfast and there was a $10 a day fee for parking in their lot. The pool and sauna were great. Great Ice machine too.

The blind meant to block outside light wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom ceiling vent was constantly running with a loud, industrial-like noise. Fabulous stay at a really nice Doubletree! The room was comfortable and large, and the shower was great! There were only a few needs inside the room: the shower gel container was empty, the freezer compartment of the small fridge was almost completely frozen over so nothing could be placed in it, and there was a stain on one of the sofa cushions.

Overall great stay. Newly remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have the breakfast but it smelled delicious. The pool was awesome. The gym is stellar. Highly recommend!

Hotel was adequate. Clean, comfortable beds, nice lobby/bar area. But rooms keys did not work even after exchanging several times. Frustrating when you have to go back down to lobby and wait for help every time you can’t access a door. We were not the only ones to experience this as other guest told us they also had to request a new key several times

Very accommodating especially when they were having some troubles getting myself a handicap room for our entire stay. They were so happy to help me with some portable grab bars and a shower chair which ended up working perfectly for me. Overall great hospitality and great service. We will definitely be back :)

Friendly, helpful staff. When the neighboring room was extremely loud, the staff was notified and IMMEDIATELY remedied the problem! Beds and room very comfortable. I would recommend this Doubletee to any traveler.

Clean rooms- the entire hotel was under construction. Right off the freeway, loud street racing at night. 6 cars were broken into in the parking lot over night and security cameras weren't working due to the construction. For $325 a night this place was a joke.

I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is convenient and close to freeway. I would have liked to have known about the construction going on in the lobby, but I was on the 3rd floor and did not hear anything. I will be reserving a room later in December.

The property was under construction and located next to the freeway entrance. There was homeless encampments across the street. We also saw someone walking in the parking lot late at night with a large flashlight that was not security or part of the hotel.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff were great but sadly I can’t recommend this hotel due to its location. The hotel is right next to the freeway. It’s extremely loud late into the night (midnight or later). It’s also next door to a strip club as well as tons of homelessness. Not a location I will return to.

Incidentals charge (which was NOT detailed on Travelocity). $75. we will see if that all comes back or if they find a way to keep that Parking fee: $10 (they charge for parking but say that they aren't responsible for things that happen to your car - if they are CHARGING then they should be responsible. Breakfast buffet $15/person for a motel 6 style buffet (4-5 hot items). NOT a fan of all the charges but I suppose that is to be expected for a Hilton property.

They did not have the warm cookies they advertise at check-in, although when you step in the elevator the first thing you see is a huge sign that advertises them as well. Also their bar and restaurant were closed and this was the main reason we chose this hotel, so that we would not have to drive anywhere while in the city. There was no deli option as stated, there were basically chips and candy available. The pool was not accessible due to construction. As far as what they're calling newly remodeled rooms, they were absolutely terrible. They were fairly clean and the one thing I can say is the bed was comfortable; however, there were no holders for towels or toilet paper on the walls. You had to step out of the shower and out into the room to get a towel. Because the drainage was terrible in the walk-in shower I fell going to get a towel because there was probably a half an inch or more of water all the way to the door and over to the toilet as well. Also in the room they put the coffee maker in a small alcove and there's absolutely no light there, so I had to get a flashlight in order to see to make coffee. And back to check in, the gentleman who checked us in was fairly pleasant but when I came back about the bar the woman there was an absolute word that I can't use here. This was by far the worst stay I've had in all my years of travel!!!!

The room was large and clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. They charged $15pp for breakfast that would typically be included with the stay--serve yourself coffee, fruit, bacon, sausage and potatoes. They ran out of eggs so only charged us for one breakfast. I'd have rather gone and spent my money at Waffle House so someone else could make my waffle and pour my coffee, just sayin'. My spouse was already eating though. Also got charged $10 for parking--the location is right off the interstate. Just felt a bit nickle and dimed.

I was traveling with family who were sick so I specifically reserved here as it ha a restaurant an bar which was not available as it was closed for remodeling. i think that this should have been noted on the site.

We booked online, the price was reasonable and the location was great. The rooms were clean, remodeled bathrooms, and the front desk service was great. We had two late events and the restaurant said they would be open until 11:00 so we planned to come back and eat at the hotel but we got back at 10:05 and there the lady said the kitchen was closed so we have to drive around to find a place that was open on a Saturday night. * when checked out we discovered we were charged 3 breakfasts. They had hotel breakfast that they charged $9.00 a person. * we also discovered they charge $10.00 a night to park in the hotel parking lot. The second night we had to park next door at the STARS STRIP CLUB because the hotel parking lot was full. Due to construction, there was less parking than normal. POSITIVE: the beds are comfy and the pillows are great.
