Hotel smells like smoke and mold. Beds are hard, rooms are outdated. Pool was out service, ice machines were out of service, breakfast was less than a normal hotel. Front desk worker said she couldn’t print me a receipt would have to email them to get one.

The check-in manager was very nice. Facilities were tired and worn. Appreciated the breakfast, but it was from 7-9:00. Would have liked it better if it was open at 6:00. Ice only available on the first floor. Morning manager was very kind.

The remodeling was happening. Bathroom was very small. I just wasn’t impressed

My son has asthma. The entire second floor smells like smoke even though they required us to sign a no-smoking agreement which is a joke ...when walking through the door it smells like smoke. Expedia rates it as a 7/10. That's a stretch at best and Expeida should update their rating. We sprayed as best we could to eliminate the smell. The maintenance gentleman who helped us lives on the second floor and clearly smokes. Took 5 trips back and forth for the keycard to open the room. We asked for another room. There were none available. There is clear water damage in the second next to our room 207. The hotel is damp and I can imagine riddled with damage because of it. Worst choice of a hotel stay in my travel experience. I won't make this $177 dollar mistake again. I would like to be compensated. It is not as advertised and is clearly in need of renovation.

The hotel itself was ok. If you're like me and noise is an issue talk to them first before you book. We were a few doors away from the ice machine and a side door that would bang shut every time a person went through. The hitel is right on a main road so lots of traffic noise. Outside the side door seemed to be a dumping grou d for some people. Lots of garbage and cigarettes. The breakfast was ok. Same items both days. The eggs were watery and the sausage tasted boiled and was uneditable. Had a waffle the second day. Was just more a little something so we can get on with our day quickly. The in room coffee was atrocious tho. Room was ok. The extra latch on the door was barely screwed on. There was hair on the toilet, tub, and sink when we first got in the room. Not many options in that area and feel this was the cleanest choice.

Room was not ready at 7:00 pm when I checked in. Was told to wait 15 minutes. I said no, find me a different room. Hair all over bathroom counter.

Bathroom vent did not work so there was mold on the ceiling. Beds are full size and not queens-this was more an oversight on my part since I thought queens were the standard. Also the air conditioner/heater was so loud. We didn't check in till late 10pm(ish) and we were exhausted from driving for 12 hours with 2 kids that I didn't have the energy to inquire on something different. Just made it work for the night.

The room had no towels, hairdryer was ripped off the wall, it had blood on the toilet, air conditioning didn’t work, and the phone had no connecting cables to the wall so it didn’t work either. I had to complain to management because I could hear the neighbors having loud sex and was unable to sleep. Guests sat outside the hotel entrance door at night making the parking lot feel unsafe as well. I felt like they were scouting out who to follow to rooms or which cars to break into.

The staff were friendly and courteous. We were on the second floor, which smelled like old cigarette smoke. Our room had a weird odor but was otherwise clean. We had a second room for our large group, which was not as clean. There was hair on the bed and an unknown brown substance smeared on the wall. The staff promptly cleaned it when we mentioned it, but it was something that should have been noticed and cleaned up before giving someone that room. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The conditions of this hotel is unacceptable and should be shut down. The first room had a smell of mold and urine when walking into the room. The bathroom had mold spots on the ceiling and around the toilet. The towels were dirty, not stained but never changed. So, we requested for another room. Once going into the second room, again mold spots, no towels, and the bed sheets were dirty. It had food smeared along the side of it. This room also smelled of mold/mildew. My family immediately left the hotel. Don't be fooled by the "we are renovating" sign it was already completed and the finish product is still unsafe for people to breathe in those conditions. This hotel should be condemned. Although,the staff was nice, but blamed everything on housekeeping not doing their job as to why the conditions of the rooms were unacceptable. In reality it's management who doesn't care. Please take your money someone else, DO NOT STAY HERE.

The whole floor smelled like food and smoke. Our room had a very tiny bathroom - the door to the bathroom stuck and peeled off paint every time we opened it. Room got cold but was very humid the whole time. Saw a front desk host when we checked in but never again. Would not stay here again.

Im not sure why this hotel is rated good. This place is a dump with visible mold amd stink every where. The windows dont wven open to air out the stinky misty room. Do not book!!!

I’m 72 years old and I checked,,, I don’t have stupid written on my forehead! I was put in a room right beside the elevator and in front of the ice machine.. I could hear every time the elevator door opened. I ask girl at front desk if I could switch since they were not full. She said I could but she’d have to charge me for another room. I’m done with Baymont! Never again!!

This property is old and not taken care of. The breakfast choices were poor. Room was very noisy from the street noise. Extremely disappointing.

There is a need to update as for as recharging phones, etc. Walls are thin and we could hear things we would rather not hear during the night. But not road noises. Everything else was fine and clean and convenient.

The shower handle was broken off making the water difficult to turn on. The door to the room had a lot of space around it letting an extreme amount of light show through that made it difficult for me to sleep. Had to roll a towel and put it along the bottom to get the room darker.

This room was okay for one night; however, for the price I would not stay more than one night. There was huge gaps around the door which let in light and sounds. The beds were terribly hard.

The people in the room next to ours were extremely noisy and we could hear everything. We actually left the television on while going to sleep to drown out their conversations.

This was a quaint hotel, a bit old but comfortable.

Staff was very nice and check in was quick.Room was very nice and clean,we loved being on first floor.Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.Would stay here again

Staff was very courteous and helpful. One of our rooms had water damage. We were staying for an event so I had made reservations almost a year ago. Our rooms were on different floors.

Mr. Patel greeted as soon as I arrived and checked me in promptly answering questions as I thought of them. He also let me know the local restaurants offering meal discounts.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our only complaint would be the very minimal breakfast.

Great dedicated staff and management, convenient to stores, eateries, gas stations, and downtown Community, safe environment and a smooth drive to get back on the highway to one’s destination.

I have stayed at a Baymont that was not this bad. There was an unpleasant smell to the property. The room needed work. The beds were not comfortable. The carpet in the room was pretty good. Props to that. The rest of the furniture, not so good. Broken off handle on closet and ripped office chair, which was too big for the space. Not a fan of the sink outside of the bathroom due to having no room to put things in the bathroom. Hook was broken off the door and the toilet was a bit loose. Towels could be better. Door to room did not fit well because you could see the hallway light through the gaps. Breakfast was OK but needs to be replenished more quickly. There was not enough room for people to sit. Perhaps breakfast could start at 06:00am on Sundays instead of 07:00am. Too many guests, not enough seats. Not to mention there is a sign stating you could not bring your breakfast to your room. Also, it was raining when I arrived and there was not a covered portico to unload your car. This hotel was way overpriced for what you get, $139 + tax. This should have been way less than $100. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was okay for a small town hotel. It could’ve been cleaner in my opinion, especially for the price we paid and breakfast served could’ve been longer than two hours but all in all, it was okay.
