Quick one night stay for ball tournament. Charming hotel. Guy at check in excellent. Older. Needs updating. Bed not comfortable. But pillows were. No elevator. Steps. I was upstairs next to a handicap room. Odd place for handicap room.

the room was clean, the king size bed was a bit on the soft side and there seemed to be a dip in the center. The double bed was comfortable. It was a handicapped accessible room and was very well designed.

Was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing that needs fixing, the doors leading to outside/inside were not secure. We did not have to key card in from outside the building . Anyone could come in at the side stairway doors. Any other motel I’ve stayed at, you had to have your room door card to use to enter the doors on the back or sides of the motel. That really needs to be fixed. Thank you

Well, to be honest, the hotel was pretty sketchy. And obviously note: with the outdoor doors, it’s a motel, not a hotel. My room wasn’t very clean, but I didn’t complain because I was only there a few hours, hence why I purposely stayed in as inexpensive place as I could. But you get what you pay for. It was also noisy with guests and their young kids playing some sort of violent video game at 11pm a few doors down. Finally, which irked me…while, yes, it’s a pet-friendly hotel, there’s no mention of an additional pet fee ($15 per per night), nor another $60 hold on your card when you check in. Had I known that, I would have spent more effort finding somewhere else to stay. The only saving grace was the person who checked me in was very pleasant.

Mold on the walls by the bed, on floor corners, and shower area. My room smelled like days old dry urine but I didn’t complain since I was staying for only one night by myself and I wasn’t from that area. The complementary bathing gels only had scrapes left in the bottles. Toilet paper was near finished. I wonder if my room was actually cleaned or just got the sheets fixed and that’s it. The rating on here before I booked a spot here is wild to me because I did not experience that rating.

Room was nasty! Stains, floor was soaking wet constantly, cob webs, dirty mirrors. Never got extra towels or toilet paper. Wouldn’t recommend!

The hotel was not horrible, but it did lack cleanliness. The carpets beside the chairs had visible food crumbs and chips, which was disappointing. The beds were acceptable, though not particularly comfortable. Overall, i would say it's worth this price if you just need a place to stay. However, if you're looking for something nicer this may not be the best choice

Very dirty shower full of mold and mildew and soap was in dispencers and not individual bottles. Sheets was yellow and not white. During my stay in kentucky this was the most expensive and the dirtest of the hotels.

The desk clerk was the same all three days and was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. The room had a slightly unpleasant odor but was clean and a good value. The mattress was a little firm for my taste but a high quality. Great A/C! It was hot that weekend!

It’s typical lower level motel get what you pay for. Main complaints beds need updates and better linens and blankets. Pillows were decent. Prostitutes and sketchy people staying there. 1.4-2.0 star tops

I rented a room because I have been without hot water for quite some time and I desperately needed and wanted a shower and to wash my hair. It’s a long story but I also needed a good night’s sleep because my bed is unavailable and I was tired from sleeping on my loveseat. While the employees were professional, polite and helpful, the mattress was so hard that I was unable to sleep comfortably, even with 4 pillows. I have back problems and a mattress this hard did not help at all.

Excellent stay. We've stayed here before several times and they keep maintaining the quality of the facility and service. My wife lost her iPhone. We reported it to the front desk and left without it. We retraced our steps from the day before and came up empty handed. Before leaving town I called the missing phone and the front desk answered. "We were getting ready to call you. We obviously have found your phone, buried in the bed covers!" We are grateful for an honest operation at Richlands Inn Columbia, TN.

We use this facility at least twice a year but the transients that stay at the back of the property are a problem. Begging for money, asking for rides, banging on door at 2:30 in the morning.

We arrived during a very busy season for traveling so we were very happy with the prices, the cleanliness and the convenience. Yes! Great places to eat on either side of the motel, actually all around. The only reason for 4 stars - we don't need new linens every day but we were there for 4 nights. They replaced towels once which was great but no clean sheets. It was very hot during those dates.

The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The breakfast was fine - but in very limited space. Property facilities are in poor condition. No updates. All they had left was a Smoking room so odor of smoke permeated everything. The TV had many cable stations - but couldn't get a basic CBS station (to watch NCAA tournament).

Our room was dirty and looked like they were doing renovations, but we’re allowing people to stay while doing it. The baseboards were off and there was dirt and what looked like mold along the bottom of the walls. There was also a strong smell of something we couldn’t identify. The breakfast was also not very good. The only thing we felt comfortable eating was some cereal which once we found that everyone had to share a gallon of milk we passed on, bagels, and yogurt that was just about to expire.
