Como informado anteriormente, segue considerações: Não é um apto e sim algo montado. Fica muito claro e em uma das janelas sem cortina, o banheiro é muito baixo impossibilitando um banho adequado, os ralos não dão a vazão necessária, o vaso sanitario ruim. Não há elevador, entrada bem ruim ao apto, parecendo com sinais de arrombamento. Pontos positivos: localização espetacular e o administrador Gregory impecável. Pelo valor pago foi decipicionante.
