The One Alma Paris

The spa and rooftop terrace were both under construction and unavailable for use. We booked for the terrace and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known it was closed. Disappointed.

Beautiful room! Concierge was excellent, booked me a reservation for the best Coq au Vin. Breakfast was excellent everyday on the rooftop.

Lovely hotel. Not really comfortable to relax in the public areas, rooftop too hot to hang out on and everytime I went to the rooftop for a drink I couldn’t find anyone to get me one. Good service. Okay location.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi pool and sauna and steam room it relaxed my leg muscles after walking around Paris.

A equipe da recepção é muito incrível!! Desde o momento que entramos, até qualquer passagem e por fim check out, a equipe aqui foi sempre muito atenciosa, amigável e gentil com dicas da cidade. Infelizmente parou por ai. O atendimento do café da manhã e do “bar” era muito lamentável. Era uma falta de vontade em atender, mesmo com tudo vazio. Fingiam que não tinham nos visto ou mesmo pouco amigável na fala. A exceção aqui foi uma moça/ senhora do café da manhã - a única gentil. Mas todos os homens ali eram tristes em atendimento. Falando em café, outra decepção. Nada digno de um hotel 5 estrelas, com variedade limitada e o pouco que tinha era ruim. O típico croissant francês, por exemplo, tinha que ser solicitado (mas você precisa descobrir sozinho, pois nenhum atendente te oferece) e ainda vem bem ruim!! Sendo que qualquer boulangerie encontra-se um produto de qualidade superior. O café era de uma máquina e todo industrializado. Infelizmente não parou por aqui. O que era aquele quarto escuro e inútil?! Juro, essa impossível se arrumar no final do dia ou circular pelo quarto porque simplesmente não tinha qualquer luz de teto!! Tinha que se virar com 2 luzes fracas em cada lado da cama + um abajur. Era para ser chic? Ficou pior que hotel 2 estrelas. E fique esperto com o banheiro: eu queria chuveiro, como nas fotos, mas veio banheira com aquele chuveirinho horrível.

We stayed here for our 14th wedding anniversary, and it was a decision we are extremely happy we made. The location was perfect, the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. A special mention to Mr. Adel — he is very approachable, and his customer service is top class. The spa was the perfect finishing touch to our stay. We would definitely stay here again, especially when we visit Paris as a couple in the future.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious - with a view of the Eiffel Tower! The spa area could do with a little updating (for example fixing the jets on the jacuzzi). I unfortunately left a cardigan at the hotel and I’ll update my review once it’s been found / returned etc.

The location of this Hotel was excellent to the Eiffel Tower. It was a 10 min walk. Unfortunately, the reason I booked this hotel was for the rooftop terrace and we were told we could go up after check in. However, after check in was told the terrace was under construction and we were not allowed up. I was very disappointed since that was why we booked Juliana. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The room was nice and the bathroom had a great shower and towels.

I recently stayed at Juliana Hotel, a five-star hotel that, unfortunately, failed to meet even the basic expectations one would have from such an esteemed establishment. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its prime location, which offered easy access to the city's vibrant attractions. However, the positives ended there. Service was terrible we were greeted by 2 men (unbelievably unprofessional) who looked like they did everything in the hotel. From tagging our luggage, bringing it to our room, checking us in, and getting an iron to the room. It made absolutely no sense. When we arrived at our room we were greeted with a lack of cleanliness that was simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be of such a high standard. There was a bug on our floor with maggots. Disgusting. There are no amenities. The rooftop is terrible, the bar is self-service, and just overall terrible. It is amazing that this establishment can call itself a 5-star hotel. Despite the hotel’s luxurious branding, the overall atmosphere felt more chaotic than serene, which is not what I envisioned for a high-end experience. In summary, Juliana Hotel was a massive letdown. With so many options available, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a truly luxurious experience. The location may be great, but it’s not enough to make up for the poor service and lack of attention to detail. This hotel is certainly not deserving of its five-star rating.

Wir sind sehr spät im Hotel angekommen und mussten trotzdem fast eine Stunde auf unser Zimmer warten. Vorab hatte ich Blumen bestellt, die mir zugesagt, aber zunächst nicht bereitgestellt wurden. Das Zimmer auf der 2. Etage war sehr klein, das Badezimmer hingegen angenehm groß. Leider haben wir beim Ankommen im Flur Mäuse gesehen, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal sehr freundlich reagiert hat und uns sofort ein Upgrade angeboten wurde. Man merkte jedoch, dass die Mitarbeiter etwas überfordert waren. Die Blumen wurden schließlich doch organisiert, allerdings ohne den gewünschten Text. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ansprechend und schön. Trotz der positiven Aspekte konnte das Hotel die vorher gemachten Versprechen nicht einhalten, und insgesamt entspricht der Aufenthalt daher nicht dem Niveau eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.

I have now stayed at the Juliana Hotel a few times. Each time has been delightful. This has become my go-to hotel in Paris. The location is great. The hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable. The staff is lovely. Emily and the rest of the team are fantastic.

Our stay was fantastic. The room was large by European standards and well appointed. The location was excellent. It was also on a quiet side street but still very close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall the Hotel was very nice. Our issues were the inside lighting in the room was not very good and the sink in the bathroom does not allow for holding any of your bath items. The bathroom looks very nice, but is not very user friendly.

The hotel and room were nice but it did not seem like 5 stars (4 stars tops). We also did not receive any VIP property perks. The room was smaller than we expected but it was nice and very clean with a comfortable bed. However, the bathroom pipes kept making a terrible noise. There were dead plants outside the windows. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating, although we would get asked for our room number 2 or 3 times each day. The breakfast area also had a view of the top of the Eiffel tower which was nice, but it could be seen on top of a noisy building construction. The construction could also be heard from the room. It would have been nice to know of the construction ahead of time. One person at reception promised to make reservations for dinner but forgot. Another one had to pick up the slack and managed to make it short notice. We did not have time for the spa.

Poor value at $600 per night. Coffee maker in room did not work. Bedside electrical plug was very difficult to access. Soap dispenser in shower did not work. No nearby coffee shops.

The Juliana suite we booked was perfect for a family of 4 with living room and two separate lockable guest rooms attached to it. All amenities, linens and fixtures were fitting of a solid 5 star boutique property. The Grohe showers were awesome! The Hotel Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch service all the way around. Great little bar with excellent cocktails, fireplace, curated art and comfortable furniture throughout. Upon return to Paris, this is what I would book again! Thank you Hotel Juliana for a great stay!

The hotel is amazing. Everything in the room was built for comfort and relaxation. It was clean quiet and the bed was exceptional. It was medium hard which was great as I have a bad back. The only issues (which is very small) is that the room we were in did connect to the hotel WiFi. But as soon as we went outside the door it connected. And the check in and check out was a little time consuming as we had to provide evidence that we paid the city tax to say for a couple of nights. Other than that it was amazing and we will definitely come back!

The rooms are extremely small with not enough lighting to see in your luggage. It took > 30 min to get an iron and 4 calls to the front staff. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a 5 star experience

It was a great experience the staffs were very pleasant and friendly, especially Clara, Louis, Adel and Dorianne.

Phenomenal 6 night stay here in March. The staff is exceptional and attentive to every possible need. Our standard room was spacious for the EU and spotless. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood , bistros are a block away. All major attractions are a 15 min cab ride away. Being so close to the river provided great walks and the taxi stand is at the corner. Our rate included the delicious and freshly made , hot and cold breakfast. The attendant at the breakfast buffet was lovely and always made sure the tables were set and ready. This top floor area was a nice space to relax in with a great partial view of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended!

From the minute we arrived it felt special. The concierge was very welcoming and helped us with our lunch and dinner choices. The front desk staff on multiple days were very helpful and friendly too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Great location too; close to the ET and metro.

Very friendly front office staff bar staff let the down. It’s a nice property but needs some maintenance which I think is coming since it was only recently taken over by new owners. Has potential to be excellent

Amazing staff. Adel was a super concierge. The ladies at the front were friendly and made use feel welcome the entire stay. The late night staff was fantastic in relaying messages to the day crew. This place is in a perfect and are location. Jay, miles and Alex in the bar and breakfast crew might be their best employees. Great advice on where to go and a good time.

Overall great stay with very engaged staff. The first day they ran out of key cards which made things a bit difficult but after that it was great.

Hotel Juliana aka Alma One was perfect! The location is excellent, literally walking distance to all the best Paris has to offer. For those looking for luxury, authenticity and charm, this is the spot. Don't be dissuaded by the outside, it's a small hotel with an incredibly big heart and 5-Star service. Note, there is a lovely breakfast buffet on floor 7. Be sure to check it out!

The service was excellent, I can't complement the front desk concierge service it was impeccable. The Hotel is beautiful with views of the Eiffel Tower from the 7th floor breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable! Great location close to Tour Eiffel and many shops and restaurants. Close to the Metro too!

Fantastic spot, short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower but on a nice quiet side street. Also 2 blocks to the Seine and an easy walk down the river to a lot of the big sightseeing locations. Very comfortable bed! Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!!

Hélas pas de service de cuisine sympathique , des propositions de plats surgelés lourds ….. Un bel hôtel davantage 4 étoiles plus, que 5 étoiles, une eau minérale en chambre seulement le 1er jour , sinon payante ce qui ne devrait pas être la cas . Un personnel gentil .

Instalaciones muy lindas y bien ubicadas. Algunos detalles: 1. el desayuno no es bueno (mejor salir a desayunar a cualquier a de los cafés de los alrededores), y 2. El wifi es malísimo y lentísimo. El concierge es sensacional y ayuda muchísimo a organizar tours y visitas
