The room was clean and the bed was so dang comfortable. Better than the one I have at home. Parking was so convenient. My only disappointment was that the picture on your website is a bit of false advertising. It shows a suite when in fact it was only a regular room. You might want to update the pictures that will show what you are actually paying for.

Restful night sleep. Convenient to my place of work. Rate 98.00 for night far in excess for a very clinical room. I actually pain less at Comfort inn the previous 6 weeks. No continental breakfast. For the price--a few amenities would have been nice.

Parking was not good. Every car besides mine and one other was a huge white work truck so TONS of men. Did not feel safe as there was not one parking spot open on either side of motel. Had to park in another businesses parking spot. Men smoking weed right outside our door.

Could hear every step the guest in the room above us made. Definitely nothing special, No in room coffee OR even a hairdryer, and the thinnest bedding ever.

Stopped in Abilene for a 1-night stay and chose this hotel for the price and customer rating. The service and check in was great and the staff is friendly. The room was not as clean as I would have liked, including some of the towels that were paper thin and needed to be bleached. The parking was also very crowded, and I could not park in front of my room which worried me some. Other than that the stay was fine, and we got some rest while traveling.

All in all if your just looking for a place to rest your head at. It’s not a bad hotel. There is a lack of accommodations such as no microwave. No refrigerator. Laundry room detergent dispenser took my money. Elevator out of service. Ending machines out of service. Room is clean and that’s about the only good thing about this hotel.

The shower was covered in mold. I had to scrub it before I could shower. I am a female and I was taking a shower the first morning and a man with housekeeping knocked, I told him to hang on. Within about 10-15 seconds later he opened the door while I was naked. Luckily I had the top lock locked that kept him from seeing me completely. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Booked here after seeing terrible reviews for most of the inexpensive motel options in Abilene. This had the least bad reviews. Nothing fancy, but the bed was comfortable and both the A/C and the WiFi worked. Laminate floors meant no smelly carpet. Even the coffee in the lobby was pretty good. I had lowered my expectations at this price point, but they were exceeded here. Most importantly, housekeeping was excellent. I always came back to a room that had been serviced with the bed made, fresh towels and emptied trash. I've stayed at plenty of more expensive hotels where housekeeping was spotty, inconsistent or nonexistent. If you don't want to — or can't afford to spend $200+ a night, this is a good option.

WOW. I was super surprised by the condition of my room given other peoples reviews. The room felt dirty and dingy--and despite being nonsmoking someone DEFINITELY smoked in that room. I could smell it in the pillows, the bed. It was horrible. I didn't even shower because the shower had mold and rust in it. Very disappointed and will not be back.

It earned its 2 stars. Room needs a deep cleaning - walls, doors, lights switches, mildewy tub. My fridge was full of someone else's old food. Ick. This place is a lot like the old Motel 6 and nothing like the ones that have been all renovated. Decrepit dumpy place that's overpriced only because there must be a hotel shortage in town.

In the room there were TONS of carpet beetles. In the morning when I went to the bathroom, there were at least ten roaming around the floor. The person in the room next to us had the tv on all night and was so loud we could hear exactly what was being said. At 2:30am, someone beat on a door next to us and was yelling, “Fu**ing let me in you ni**er!” This lasted for 5 minutes. Then at 3:30am, someone else was outside talking very loudly on his phone. The floor was so dirty in the room that our socks were brown on the bottom from walking on the floor. To pay $172 for ONE NIGHT in this piece of trash place was too much! We will NOT be back.

Very noisy. Thought they were doing construction in room above me. 11PM and 5 AM. Not pleasant. There was blood on sheets of bed I was going to sleep in. Luckily there were 2 beds. Use some hydrogen peroxide, it is cheaper than bleach.

Female traveling alone with teen daughter…the room felt very unsafe. The lock on the door wasn’t very secure and the screws holding the bar at top were so loose it would have taken little effort to shove the door open and rip the screws off. After trying several tricks to make the room more secure, we were so uncomfortable that we checked out after 20 minutes and found a different hotel 1/4 mile away.

the TV went out after a rain storm and the screen showed no signal...went to front desk and the gentleman that ran it said he would be up (as we were on the 2nd floor). a few minutes later he showed up and tried to get a signal but could not..don't know if anyone else had same problem...it was off all nite and then when I checked out I told the woman on the morning shift about the problem too...she wrote it down....also like to mention the entry door did not shut all the way...there was an 1/8 of an inch opening...it was locked from the outside and we put the inside latch across in case...the deadbolt would not fit into the frame...the ac/heater unit ran and ran...did not matter if you turned the air up or down plus the on/off button was broken out but you could put your finger in the hole to turn it on and off (could possibly get a shock if there was a short)...no other problems to mention....thank you....

This is a good budget hotel, nothing fancy. When we checked in our TV had sound but no video. They had to replace the TV which did not take too long. The staff was friendly. Did a good job getting us a TV that we could use.

Arrived to check in nobody was behind the counter for about 20 minutes. Then when finally someone showed up they couldn't find my reservation that was already paid for in their computer system so that was another 20 minutes having to wait for them to figure it out. Hotel.com sucks and so did this motel 6.

Got here near midnight, very appreciative of late reception, then they gave me a refund for the extra day I accidentally ordered without making a fuss about it. Easy to park directly in front of our room, makes it easy with the little kids. Will be back to this spot.

We were in town for the birth of our granddaughter and it was very convenient for location of the hospital and their residence. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly, great hospitality . We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

It was so bad we left and found a different hotel. Bed broken in the middle, no remote in the room and front desk unwilling to bring another. Smelled like greasy food and cigarettes, Dirty and gross, so glad we left this disgusting hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE

We were in town for the birth of our granddaughter and it was very convenient for location of the hospital and their residence. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly, great hospitality . We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

Parking was not good. Every car besides mine and one other was a huge white work truck so TONS of men. Did not feel safe as there was not one parking spot open on either side of motel. Had to park in another businesses parking spot. Men smoking weed right outside our door.

Worst Motel Experience Ever: The location was not easy to find; it is set back from the rest of Abilene, which I found to be unsettling. The staff did not ask for any kind of verification; she was very friendly but not very thorough. The room was not clean at all (stains on the comforter and hair in the sink). I also got very little sleep due to the doors slamming all night or worrying about the safety of my vehicle as party music continued to play from the parking lot all night by a group of people who wanted to drink and cook out from their pickup bed.

Microwave in the room was not cleaned before check in. Did not have enough coffee available in the AM. It was only made available from 6-10AM frequently ran out. Bed pillows were not comfortable. Shower did not have shampoo. Bathroom did not have Kleenex tissues. Only chair in the room was not comfortable. Large TV was a nice amenity.

Restful night sleep. Convenient to my place of work. Rate 98.00 for night far in excess for a very clinical room. I actually pain less at Comfort inn the previous 6 weeks. No continental breakfast. For the price--a few amenities would have been nice.

Nice enough place. Large room with the kitchenette. However, I could not believe there were no cups, no hooks for towels, and worst...no water pressure. Also, the bed spread was stained. Hopefully, sterilized or cleaned but gross, none the less.

the room was okay, no TV that was working, there was no soap shampoo either. the shower floor wasn't very clean...we wouldn't use it. ot seems like there's a lot of regular tenants living there making for an uneasy feeling. the pool water was dirty and the pool was full of furniture and the water was cloudy too. it was an okay experience.

The room was just ok, I'm not saying good or great, has a smell of humidity in the room, I believe this comes from the bathroom due to the shower curtains absorbs the shower water and the humidity stays inside, no ventilation.
