Yes, allowed to drop luggage but wary, cleaning lady directed us where to leave them, including a much needed refrigerated med ( injectable Semiglutide , new vials med for 4 weeks) Upon return to room, medicine gone !! Reported immediately to management Denial from cleaning gal ! Honesty is very important ! Mistakes are made, possibly that it was tossed thinking it was from last guest? Honesty is always appreciated and accepted Lies are not, and gives an unfavorable impression of management and their employment !! We will have to report loss to our providers see if replaced at extra cost of 90.00 & 150.00 dollars!! Gave few days for management to discuss with their cleaning gal !! Nothing resolved ! Now, washer / dryer fiasco!! Unit has a Beko combo not labeled in English settings translation can be used !
