Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast included is nice. One note: Expedia states there’s a 24/7 business center which isn’t true. It’s the public area where breakfast is served you can work there, but if you are working remote and relying on a business center for privacy or quietness to work, be aware.

While this property is clearly trying to upgrade some rooms by removing carpet and putting in LVT, the installation job is miserable. Large gaps that contain dust & dirt, finish work not done so that the space under heating elements are open to the subfloor and contain dirt, paint splashed all over the floors, etc. Whoever they hired to do the new floors should not be paid...they did a crappy job which makes the entire property look cheap. I had to call the front desk on arrival to have someone come reclean the floor as it was littered with dust bunnies and a fingernail clipping. Our friend's room next to ours had similar issues, minus the fingernail, but their floors had not been cleaned either but they declined calling. Breakfast was adequate for the price. Pool was decent but needs upkeep done on the pool & hot tub edges as some of the brick is worn away and rough. On the plus side, beds were comfortable, room was dark & quiet and location was good for our 1-night stay. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Was impressed with the amenities for a reasonably-priced stay - updated bath fixtures, nice wood doors, clean and spacious pool and hot tub. Hot breakfast was good with waffles, sausage, etc. It was well worth the money and I would go back again.

We walked in a side door and the first thing I smelled was dog pee. The room and bathroom were dirty. Only thing that was clean were the beds. The male front desk staff at night and in the morning were unfriendly like they didn't want to be at the job. I would never stay there again.

The entry doors are very dirty and dusty. First impression is not good. As you start to look around you see dirty everything, dirty carpet, dirty chairs, dirty hardwood floor, dirty tub, dirty elevator, just needs an overall deep cleaning.

The floors are very dirty. They also made the beds without changing the sheets. The floors in room 437 are so bad the toilet leans. The floor behind the toilet is disgusting. I felt like I was going to fall through the bathtub when taking a shower.

This hotel was cheap but it was not worth it. Wouldn’t stay here again. Room was dirty, floors weren’t clean, woke up to a puddle of water all over the floor leaking from the AC. Breakfast was average for a cheap hotel. Pool area looks nothing like the pictured and was overall pretty gross and dirty. Elevators stunk and weren’t cleaned. Hotel staff were okay, my fiancé had an unpleasant interaction with front desk at check out. Wouldn’t recommend!

The property looked nice but everything was very dirty and left out socks black on the bottom. The building and our room especially smelled bad and like old smoke despite not being a smoking property. We avoided the shower as it had many stains and visible grime. Overall the facilities were nice, but need to be maintained better.

We arrived Friday evening. Check in was easy but heading to our room we noticed the carpets were dirty, our floor smelled like a nursing home, our room had crumbs on the couches, the tub bottom was discolored and worn, the beds made noise anytime you moved, mattresses had a sway in the middle, heaters/van really load, no housekeeping came on Saturday, pool got very rowdy-daughter got hit in the face with a ball. We ate breakfast on Sunday and it wasn't bad, average.

This hotel is about what you’d expect for a 2.5* hotel for the most part. I liked the lobby, continental breakfast, and pool area. The check in process was quick. The room was a little dirty, the bathroom lighting was really quite terrible, and the bed was kind of hard. The continental breakfast staff didn’t keep up with refilling certain things. For the price, I’d stay there again.

Overall above average hotel. Stayed here for about two nights. The good: -Room is relatively clean (no obvious dirt or mold) -Breakfast was good (biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage) -Had decent amenities (pool, laundry, etc.) -Decent price -Bed was very soft -Staff makes checkout fast and easy -Towels are quite soft in comparison with other hotels -Sound proofing is really good. Barely heard anything from the other rooms. The not so good: -Far away from the main area, and unless you have a car it is not easy to get around, even to the shopping center which is across the highway. -Outlets were loose, making it hard to plug anything in -In-room fridge made a loud ringing sound often. Made it hard to sleep Nitpicks: -No main ceiling lights. Lighting in bathrooms comes from the mirror, and wall lights in the main room. So you need to open the window otherwise lighting is pretty poor -Sign in the bathroom indicates the fan will turn on automatically, but it never did -Ironing table is in the bathroom

Friendly front desk staff. Bed was comfortable. Would have preferred to have a mattress protector covering whole mattress. Tub/shower needs update. Vanity and toilet were updated. Bring ear plugs. Noise from the freeway was bad. Love pets but not when dog is barking at 6am.

The lighting in the whole place was horrible. Pretty much seemed like in a dark bar. Bathroom the only lighting was around the mirror. Beds were small and uncomfortable. I swear I reserved room with queens these seemed like a double. Breakfast was ok

On Saturday of my stay, housekeeping made up my room, but left the door ajar, for 10 hours while I was out of the hotel. Security is a non-negotiable for me. When I reported it to the desk clerk Saturday night, the response was, “sorry, was anything stolen?” I reported it again to the desk clerk when I checked out on July 1. I was promised a call from the property manager. 5 days later, crickets. Obviously, no one cared/cares.

The staff here is always amazing I love the staff breakfast is great it's far enough away from being quite downtown and all the busy areas that it's peaceful and out of the way but close enough to go shopping enjoy medicine it's just fabulous

The hotel was fine, no complaints about the property, room, and amenities. The front desk staff was absolutely rude!!!! Im not sure what the staff name was but he was on duty 6pm on 2/17. He talked over the customer that he was with asking us our name before he was finished with the person in front of him. I spoke, he ignored me, looked at my partner asked again for our names. I, the paying customer responsed. When he was finally done with customer in front ofbhim. He asked again to my partner, "what is the name on the reservation" I responsed again. Than he finally acknowledged me and proceeded to be rude to me the entire check in. I have stayed at La quinta Inn before. so I know they could do better. My stay was fine, but that staff made me never want go back to this Laquinta Inn.

This property is in a very quiet area and I felt safe walking my dog! It’s a little ways away from a lot of food, but when you head towards town there’s a lot to choose from. The room was clean and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Overall, a great place!
