Only issue was that air conditioner was SUPER loud. Like a freight train going on and off. It allowed room to get hot, would clunk on very loudly and cool room. Cycle repeated all night and was very noisy. Only have on elevator so prepare for delays getting to room.

I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning! On the other hand, the staff was wonderful! They held on to some things I had left in my room. I was so glad to go back & find my stuff waiting for me!

Property was quite old - pool area dirty and pool was to be heated - heated to 76 degrees only - most heated pools are 80-82 -so very chilly No hot tub - big hole Breakfast was decent selection - no daily housekeeping if staying for more than one day you ask front desk for needed items

The Hotels.com listing stated this property has a indoor pool & hot tub. We were told after we checked in that the pool was out of order (chemicals) & the hot tub was permanently closed. The front desk staff said the corporate management didn’t want to pay the fee to update the information on Hotels.com

Quiet, spacious rooms and excellent hot breakfast buffet. Indoor pool pristine and towels available, lovely. Walking distance to Brown Park trails and play area. Small suggestions: clean the breakfast tables during service; allow a 20 minute “grace period” for checking in.

Hot tub is nonfunctional and they have no intentions of repairing it. They offer a pass to the gym across the road that has one, not very convenient. Breakfast bar is amazing! Very clean everywhere.

Incredibly out dated. We went out for breakfast everyday because of the quality of breakfast. Ended leaving early because on what was going to be our final night we watched a roach scamper across the floor from the Korean to the closer (that had no hangers by the way). This property just needs a major overhaul. The only upside is it's proximity to lot to do in the St. Mathews area.

The front desk attendant did a good job but was spitting periodically into a plastic bottle. Disgusting! When we got to the room it was stale with no air flow. I changed into my pajamas and went to sit on the bed when I noticed a dark speck on the linens. I got my magnifier out on my phone and it was a bug that looked like a bed bug. We immediately packed up our items and called the front desk. They did move us, but I DID NOT sleep well.

Bed bugs !! Bed bugs !! Had adjoining rooms and all 4 beds had bed bugs and eggs. Family members got bit. There was a used eye contact on the bathroom floor. The carpet was wrinkled and out dated and the air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep.

Our room was dirty, with detritus on the floor and stained carpets. When we asked the front desk, they said we could change rooms but that they had no one on site to clean. When we attempted to actually change rooms, they informed us that they didn't have any other rooms of our type available, and we would have to pay more for a different room. Given that the lobby was also dirty, we had no confidence that a different room would be any cleaner, and chose not to switch - instead we checked out. Would not stay here again, even if it were free. The hotel we checked into instead of this one didn't have any cleanliness problems, so I'm pretty sure this wasn't just us.

Our room smelled gross - like rancid chemicals. The carpet felt disgusting under our feet. It felt both damp and like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom floor was dirty. The sheets had rips in them. The pool was DISGUSTING. The pool deck was green and grimy, and the pool water was brown. The only good thing I can say about this place was that the staff was friendly. I will never stay at a hotel managed by the Wyndham group again.

Room was still dirty from last guest. After we requested the room to be cleaned, upon our return the floor still was not vacuumed properly. The breakfast is not worth their effort or yours and the coffee was weak. It's obvious the employees do not like working there and it shows. Also the down stairs lobby bathroom in the middle of the day had no toilet paper, and not kept up. No class!

The room was clean, for the most part, but the carpet in the room felt gritty under my feet as if it hadn't been steam cleaned in a long time. The fridge was much larger than than most hotel refrigerators, which was great except for the freezer compartment that didn't have a cover so my ice cream melted a little. The staff was friendly and helpful, but for $150/night, I expected it to be a lot more upscale. The carpet was old and very worn in places, especially by the elevator. The doors were scuffed up. The furnishings were blah but the bed was very comfortable. Overall, though, it wasn't much nicer than a Holiday Inn, which cost half as much.

Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was really cold when needed, but loud. had to shut it off at one point. We brought a noisemaker to help because of the loud air conditioning in other rooms. Carpet felt matted but looked clean. Water pressure good and shower gets as hot as needed. Food was hot and good. Check out was fast.

Nice place. Rooms are clean and quiet. My teenager was thrilled he had his “own” room. The sitting area had a fold out couch and its own tv and a door he could close between that and the bedroom. Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. many dining options close by along with a large mall and shopping center. We were in town going to the KY expo center. It’s less than 15 mins away. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the beds were too firm for me but everyone has their own preference.

We couldn't get the key card to work, then we heard a voice from inside telling us they were in the room. We apologized and said we would go back to the front desk. We were given another room. Next day the key failed & clerk had to correct room number. Without apology we were told we were all set. Customer service lacking.

I stay at this hotel multiple times a month for work and I am never disappointed. The bed is so comfortable, it’s quiet (and I work nights), the staff is accommodating and kind, and the breakfast is decent. The place could use some upgrades but I can’t complain. I always leave rested and looking forward to next time.

A Jet crashed in Louisville shortly before we were suppose to check in and we were diverted to another airport. When I called the hotel, they just wished me a better next half of our vacation. We could not get to the hotel and we never received any refund or accommodations for what we went through that evening. Very, very disappointed with this treatment and will not be recommending to anyone else.

The staff was fantastic! The front desk was very helpful when I called to inquire about something, very helpful at checkin and check out. We also had trouble getting the door to the pool area to open with our keycard and housekeeping was there and was adamant about helping us get in. When she couldn’t get it, she got another staff member to assist who eventually got it to work. The lady covering the breakfast area was also helpful. We appreciated the excellent customer service we received!

The hotel itself was super nice. The pool area was clean and warm. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room was very clean. The only complaint i have was the evening woman at the front desk was super rude. Anything you asked her was like you were the biggest inconvenience

I would strongly recommend this hotel who travel to the area. It was one of the best places we stayed. The most spacious one with the price and we got two rooms connected. Also it provided the best free breakfast considering the price.

Everything was clean but dated. The door was hard to open but room was huge. The pillows and bed were super uncomfortable for me. Also there was a unique perfume smell in the hall that wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast was awful. Food was not great and the eggs were like cement
