Excelente custo benefício. Apensar de não estar localizado no centro de Firenze fica ao lado da estação de trem que passa a cada 5 min e muito rápido vc está próximo as locais para visitação. Super recomendo!! Além disso o estacionamento custou 10 euros a diária, isso em Firenze ou outras cidades da Itália é muito raro

Room was very nice and modern. PROS: Bed was very comfortable. Very walkable to excellent restaurants. Quiet area. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff was friendly. CONS: Shower could have been cleaner and it did not drain well. Hurt my leg on the bed, which had a leather surround which jutted out from the mattress.

Non si può regolare la temperatura dell’ambiente dalla camera, lo fanno solo in via centralizzata. Il bar dell’hotel non da un buon servizio, non fanno panini e/o toast, in compenso si possono comprare cose da mangiare pre cucinate in maniera self service e di bassa qualità.

The location and parking makes the hotel a good choice for us. Convenient from the motorway and Pisa-Florence dual carriageway. San Donato tram stop only a few minutes walk away, so it’s handy for access to the centre (appx 10/15 mins) and also the airport on the T2 line. Well maintained hotel. Clean. Tidy. Fragrant. Good spread at the breakfast table. Attentive staff. Bar prices are reasonable for Florence. Thanks to the reception staff for quickly resolving our reservation issue. (Error @ hotels.com). The hotel needs maintenance, the tub was clogged, the bathroom glass was broken causing water to leak. The front desk staff were not as friendly as in other hotels we stayed at in Italy (mainly IHG hotels). The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendants were very nice and friendly.

Hotel bom, boa estrutura, confortável, um pouco distante do centro, mas com ponto de metrô de superfície próximo. O único inconveniente que tivemos foram os inúmeros pernilongos (black-winged stilt) no quarto que atrapalharam nossas noites lá.

The bathroom in our room leaked water like crazy - we had a massive puddle of water on the floor after a shower. We had to utilize one of our towels to try and seal the crack under the small piece of glass that acts as a barrier for the “shower” in the tub. Bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Only provided instant coffee in the rooms, not a coffee maker.

Like a previous Hilton airport hotel, the plug/drain in the bathroom sink was faulty. Since this is the second time I have had to remove the plug and put it aside so that the wash basin drains I have marked to the Hotel down accordingly. Apart from this however: Reception was more than helpful very pleasant and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was absolutely superb. I cannot recommend it enough extremely high-quality foods a very wide selection and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever eaten except Coffee. I understand why an automatic espresso machine type thing is used both at breakfast and in the foyer of the hotel but honestly the quality of the coffee was not great and the foyer machine ran out of milk. Given the high standard of the rest of the breakfast it was a letdown. The room was excellent and clean and the area is a university area so the availability of good not fancy food and a general lack of tourists rushing around is a major win for us. Since access to Florence Centre is easy and cheap I would recommend if you don’t want the full Florentine experience of pickpockets, crowds, claustrophobic, overcrowding, and tourist rip-off food! A great place to stay when visiting Florence

Was great in beginning. Allowed me to check in early. Room seemed fine. But the AC was a disaster. I did not know I needed to contact the front desk to turn on my AC. The first night was really really hot and I barely slept. The second day they came to fix it, but it did not work so they moved me to a different room on the third night. That room was much better and they upgrading me to a balcony room. No one ever notified me that I needed to let the front desk know what I wanted the temperature to be in my room. Apparently they have the main controls at the front desk. Also, the hotel is very far from the city center, so if you are looking for a place that is near the city center, and all of the attractions and restaurants you should not stay here. You can definitely grab the tram if you are in Fine and it is only a five minute walk away. I finally mastered this after the third day of staying there. It takes you directly in the city center, and also to the train station airport. The gym was nice and the room was fine, but the hotel staff did not make any apologies for the issue with the air-conditioning and my lack of sleep. Just be sure when you check into this hotel that you let them know that you want a specific Celsius reading on your air conditioner in your room or else you will be spending many hot nights and days. I did have a cocktail in the bar and the bartender was very nice and made a great drink. I did not order food from the hotel, however.

This visit was great, the front desk was immensely helpful with navigating and making reservations. We had an issue with the wifi and instead of brushing us off they had a tech come into assist. The beds were very comfy! The only downside was the walls are fairly thin so you can hear everything.. if you know what I mean.. Other than that it was a great stay and good value for your money!

The hotel was in a good location, easy walking to the train going downtown Florence. The staff was helpful on getting train tickets to Venice. The room was nice except the first night the air conditioner did not work and the next day had to transfer to another room which was inconvienent.

You can definitely grab the tram if you are in Fine and it is only a five minute walk away. I finally mastered this after the third day of staying there. It takes you directly in the city center, and also to the train station airport. The gym was nice and the room was fine, but the hotel staff did not make any apologies for the issue with the air-conditioning and my lack of sleep. Just be sure when you check into this hotel that you let them know that you want a specific Celsius reading on your air conditioner in your room or else you will be spending many hot nights and days. I did have a cocktail in the bar and the bartender was very nice and made a great drink. I did not order food from the hotel, however.

I can’t fault our stay at all. Staff were friendly and very helpful organising us a breakfast box for a very early tour. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. A member of staff even made us a fresh squeezed orange juice. The hotel itself was incredibly close to a tram which provided excellent transport links. A great stay, would recommend.

The hotel needs maintenance, the tub was clogged, the bathroom glass was broken causing water to leak. The front desk staff were not as friendly as in other hotels we stayed at in Italy (mainly IHG hotels). The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendants were very nice and friendly.

Great hotel near Florence airport for early morning flights. Tomasso was super checking us in and we received our room earlier than promised. Also “Bosa” ( that was her nickname I think) was an excellent server in the restaurant for a quick dinner for an early night. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety and fresh.

The rooms were comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Close to the airport. 15 euros by taxi. The tram to central Florence is close by. There is a wonderful park across the street for walking , strolling and jogging. There is also a mall close by with excellent shops. We highly recommend this Hilton location.

The experience at the restaurant was pretty bad. Before we ordered, we were told there were 4 menu items that they could not offer due to lack of ingredients. We ordered a pasta that should have had various seafood. We receive, after a long wait, a pasta with no seafood, only olives and a red sauce that tasted bad. The server indicated they did not have the ingredients. The staff failed to tell us this before we received the item. The server was clearly overwhelmed. People sat down but left because they could not get waited on. The bartender was helping run food but he too having a hard time. We had to get up to ask for the bill and no one ever offered dessert or came back to check on our table.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Florence Novoli for an overnight before an early flight. It was well located; there was a metro station very close by for a quick jaunt into the heart of Florence for the afternoon and a short drive to the airport for our early morning flight. The biggest surprise was dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu provided plenty of options and the food was delicious and nicely presented.

Like a previous Hilton airport hotel, the plug/drain in the bathroom sink was faulty. Since this is the second time I have had to remove the plug and put it aside so that the wash basin drains I have marked to the Hotel down accordingly. Apart from this however: Reception was more than helpful very pleasant and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was absolutely superb. I cannot recommend it enough extremely high-quality foods a very wide selection and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever eaten except Coffee. I understand why an automatic espresso machine type thing is used both at breakfast and in the foyer of the hotel but honestly the quality of the coffee was not great and the foyer machine ran out of milk. Given the high standard of the rest of the breakfast it was a letdown. The room was excellent and clean and the area is a university area so the availability of good not fancy food and a general lack of tourists rushing around is a major win for us. Since access to Florence Centre is easy and cheap I would recommend if you don’t want the full Florentine experience of pickpockets, crowds, claustrophobic, overcrowding, and tourist rip-off food! A great place to stay when visiting Florence
