The room was ok a little runner down, but beds were clean and. Comfortable. The front desk was ok, had problems with parking pass. Other than that it was ok I would give it a 3

Everything was great other than the loud noises from outside. People in hallways and people outside in the streets. Seemed like we were close to. Club or a festival.

Our stay at the crowne plaza was anything but pleasant. Had issues right from check in...the rooms were ok but walls were dirty, water damage in bedroom and mold in bathroom. Our room had 2 beds with one of the beds having a broken bedspring and extremely uncomfortable to even attempt sleeping in.

We had a 6 am flight. We stayed at the hotel the night before, and everything went smoothly -- checking in an out in minutes, efficient shuttle. Fresh bottled water in the room. Much better than the hotel we stay at in Brooklyn at twice the price.
