No hot water for the shower. People (non guest) constantly loitering in the parking lot and near the entrances. A couple times the security door was left propped open.

It was actually terrible. For one thing the elevators were broke meaning I had to take 3 flight of stairs which isn't a big deal except for the door closest to my room the handle is broken so you either had to put the rug where the door wouldn't shut or go in through the other door at the other end. I saw a few bugs one came out of the microwave after I cooked my phone so I threw it away. I stepped in dog crap 2 days in a row and the second day it was on both shoes bc instead of guests walking their dogs to the dog park they let them crap all out by the sidewalk where guests are parked including my truck and it's everywhere. I'm very very upset. And they have no breakfast or drinks nothing. 1 roll of toilet paper.

When i check in the clerk inform me that elevator wasn't working. 2. Made to room the linens was dirty. 3. There was no remote to tv. 4. Had go get clean sheet and girl handed 3 different remote and pack batteries. I woke up and there was roaches crawling around. Finally event i was leaving the hotel and they didn't have clerk at the window. So i left my key card so they know chekout. Some guy walk on thought he was already staying at the hotel. So o decided check to see if ly key card was still at window the fiy took my card and went through the door. I call the hotel immediately to inform them of the situation. The girl answered she told me she wasn't on the property but ahe appeared. She claim she was calling cop and said the cop eas pulling up. But when i left on ly uber we road around the property and there was cop. . I am not sure if the guy went in my room or roaming the property.. i felt like they didn't take the seriously.. i will never stay here again.. Mot trying bring roaches to my residence

The staff was polite. The manager/owner was professional and extremely helpful. Good guy. Room was clean and bigger than we expected. On-site actual laundromat, app controlled.

My experience at WoodSpring Suites was very disappointing. The manager displayed a poor attitude and was dismissive when I raised concerns, which set a negative tone for the stay. Staff also knocked on my door and woke me up without reason, which was disruptive and unprofessional. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get proper rest. Guests frequently smoke right in front of the entrance, forcing you to walk through clouds of smoke just to get inside the building, which is unpleasant and unhealthy. On top of this, the room was not thoroughly cleaned, and the overall environment did not feel welcoming. For the price, the level of service and comfort fell far below expectations. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be staying again.

Everything was fine but like to have coffee in room

Maid service every 2 weeks and smells like cigarettes and weed. Noisy especially at night and no customer service from the front desk. Pillows are flat and you have to beg for new towels! Never going back there ever again!!! For that price I would have thought maybe you would have a better experience with a coffee maker and breakfast in the morning!

I liked the darkness of the room we stayed in and the ease of check in. We didn't like the fact that there was no breakfast or blow dryer.

Elevator keeps on breaking down, some rooms shower / warm water is not working, some small cockroach can be seen as you darken the room

Roaches in the room I had, which made it hard to try and sleep when it stormed the rain was pouring through the window into the AC unit dogs shouldn’t be allowed due to the excessive barking and dog hair pushed into the corners of room…. And someone knocking on the door in the middle of the morning is very unnecessary especially when you’re sleeping that pissed me off!!!! Outdated everything, only thing that was decent and clean was the laundry room…. The mattress was horrible I woke up with bad back pain…… There’s your review

Floor was not clean. There are a lot of roaches everywhere!

The outside looks nice but when you get to the room it’s trash. Roach infestation is so bad there were new born roaches all under the bed I wish I could link the video here for you all to see. Book at your own risk. I didn’t even stay the whole night as soon as I saw them I left.

From the front entrance it smelled like Marijuana smoke to the elevator to the 2nd floor There was a few roaches i spotted crawling on the wall by the bed,couldnt get comfortable due to that

Roaches, not clean

Roaches everywhere! Dog pee in the lobby, they first checked me into a room that wasn’t even cleaned yet. Then when they moved me into a new room I saw one giant roach the first night and the 2nd night there were many baby roaches. The fridge was covered in this nasty brown gunk. The staff was very very friendly but they need to do something about the bugs

"Roach Haven" - Scheduled for 3 nights at Woodspring-Denton. Saw a roach day one & reported it to front desk (clerk said she'd tell the manager). I asked if they had any spray and was told no. This didn't seem logical to me if you know, you have roaches. A few more roaches began to show themselves. Day two, spoke to the mgr that morning to confirm the incident at which time he logged it in a book and indicated pest control would be out that day. I asked a different clerk for some insect spray ... she gave me a can of spray (hmmm ... very odd since I was told they didn't have any the day before). I sprayed the room. Pest control didn't make it out until the next morning at 8:20. They sprayed and the roach fest(ival) was on ... as the insecticide drove more of them out of hiding. This made for an edgy time ... the pinnacle of which was when a roach crawled on one of us that night as we were sleeping. Shaking my head. Throwing up my hands.

When we finally got into the room the floors were sticky and dirty, the trash hadn’t been taken out, the Tv did not work and the dresser was broken. We saw a handful of roaches during our stay as well.

The check-in was OK. The place looks nice from the outside but the inside was run down & stunk. The elevator was dirty & the smell from pot/cigarettes was apparent. I booked a Non Smoking Room but it apparently had been smoked in & stunk! Horrible cleaning job, they made the bed & replaced the towels & that's about it. They left a used bar of soap in the bathroom floor with some trash. The floor has probably never ever been mopped. We noticed that right off the bat because our shoes seemed greasy underneath when we walked in. It was more apparent when I jumped in the shower from walking from my bed barefooted and saw all the dirt come off my feet in the shower. The room had No Trash can anywhere. I talked with management twice about bring us a trash can. And they promised twice to get us one, it Never happened! They beds are hard as a rock too. I won't ever stay at this hotel again.

When we arrived, there was nobody at the front desk. There was a sign directing people to use the phone to call for assistance, but the phone was broken. The key-accessed door to enter the building was not operating properly. The hallways leading to the room smelled like urine. The room was not clean - there was a roach in the room and there was some hair on the counter and in the sink. After all of this, we did not feel safe staying in that hotel.

My check in was badly mishandled, the property is in disrepair, & the safety of the area is questionable. I called to request a very late check-in & was told it would be no problem. I arrived in the wee hours as planned, & was told that my reservation had been canceled...because I arrived late. There was nothing that could be done & I was denied my reserved room. After several minutes of pleading with Angela not to send my family, with 3 young kids, out into the cold night with nowhere to sleep, she found a way around their terrible system to get us our room, so kudos to her for that. I really appreciated her extra effort and it's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2. The room was very small; the kitchen very small and cheap. The bathtub leaked non-stop, a steady stream. There was no way to run only the bath and not the shower. The areas around the bathtub were water damaged & rotten. The furnishings were cheap & outdated, paint was chipped, and the beds were super hard & uncomfortable. There was a constant supply of "interesting" characters hanging around the outside of the hotel, usually smoking, at all hours, and the hallways reeked of marijuana. After 2 nights here, I switched my family over to Staybridge Suites & the difference was night and day! The price is very similar, but Staybridge is really nice, excellent staff, excellent room with a separate living area, soft, wonderful, comfy beds, nice kitchen with utensils & necessities included. It's amazing!

Check in is advertised at 3pm. We had to wait until after 4pm as they were still cleaning rooms. The TV didn’t work. However, for the low price, the room and amenities are totally worth it if you plan to just stay overnight or weekend. Had a full kitchen, toilet and shower have good water pressure. It’s a clean hotel.

The elevator was broken. The rooms were not like the pictures. The bed was not queen as listed in the description at check out. The gym did not look like the pictures

The girls at the front desk were so nice and they answered all my questions that I needed answered very helpful. I really have enjoyed it. The first night was kind of hard because I could hear the traffic from the interstate but the second night I kind a tuned it out so it was OK hi I really enjoyed it the room was great. It’s like having your own little apartment. No one bothers you.

I liked that you are able to cook

My bedroom flooded because of the ac first night and there was never anyone in the office to do anything about it so we felt with having our luggage soaked everything

Check in starts at 15:00h. I arrived at 15:40 and A. told me there were no rooms available. I told her I had booked a room for 2 nights. “Oh,” she said. She said she’d get 1 ready for me. I asked how long, she refused to answer. I pressed and she said 45 min., and would phone me when ready. I did not get a call. I called 2 hrs later and the room was finally ready. The guests in the adjacent room kept me up until 2:00, not because they were especially loud but because the walls are so thin they amplified their voices. The bath valve was rigged to prevent turning past halfway, so there was not enough hot water to heat the shower water. So I had to bathe in cold water. The hall was active and loud until the wee hours and bright lights illuminated the room from both the hall and the window. I stuffed toilet paper in my ears and the door’s peephole, and covered my eyes with a black shirt. I asked A. at the front desk for a blanket. She said No. Straight up. Rude. I ran the heater until it was warm enough to not be cold under a sheet then ran the fan to keep the air moving and for white noise. Unless you’re the kind that can sleep through a war, I recommend finding another place to stay.

Check in at 5 was told room wasnt ready but will be real quick. Came back at 1030pm and still not ready or clean yet.

Checked in. The hotel was “overbooked”. Really? That is a legitimate excuse now? I booked queen size beds. Was told only full size beds available. Take it or leave it. The clerk was taking a personal call while attending to my business. I will never stay at this property again.

There were several cockroaches in the room. Live and dead ones. What worse were when I approached the front desk area lady and she responded with little or nor concern whatsoever “oh really well lol at it”. She said it without even look at the customers as if it’s a common thing that she dealt with all the time. Horrific experience. This place needs a good deep clean up. I would love and more than happy to send in pictures and videos that I recorded so to prove that I am not lying here.

Never have I had the worst experience. They did not honor my reservation. I told that they did not have a reservation. That their computer was slow. No one to let me in. Stranded alone in a town I had never been in. At 2:30 in the morning. Bill was $78.38. My first time using expedia.

I booked online for a Saturday stay. When I arrived I was told that there were no clean rooms available and it would be a 3 hour wait before I could even check in. The attendant was very rude about it, and treated me like an inconvenience because they were very poorly prepared on a weekend when they know they will be busy.

Couldn’t find reservation. Blamed everything on a 55 room reservation by a large company. Found us a room but it was dirty and the bed had been slept in. Clerk said she’d clean it for us after she finished her cigarette. Requested a refund and found a room elsewhere.

Poor service. We waited over half an hour to be let in. The receptionist wasn't...simply the worst place. Never recommended.

We checked in and the pictures looked nothing like the rooms! The room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in 2 years there was bed bugs on the window shades and roaches crawling all over the floor. I went to the front desk to get a new room and she gave me two more room and both were infested with roaches. When we arrived our key fob would not work to lock the car and had trouble starting the car so i changed the battery at walmart it worked perfect when i got back to the hotel it would not work again so i loaded my family up and in the car in the hotel parking lot looking up new hotels someone tried to break into our car with us sitting in it. The crowd that was in this hotel staying is very sketchy i did not feel safe leaving my wife and children in this hotel alone it seemed as if this was a crackhead hotel or some sort of half way house.

I chose not to stay after seeing the front, the room and the loitering in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe.

Safe location very quite.

Typical of low-priced rooms - lots of folks wandering around smoking and chattering and getting high. But it was clean and affordable and didn’t feel unsafe or anything.

The room was not clean at all. But you get what you pay for. The area and outside of the hotel were not a safe area in my opinion. For me it was fine but I wouldn’t recommend that you stay there with your children. One female outside the hotel told me that she was almost kidnapped by several men the night before.

Nice room with kitchenette, very nice bed, and for an extended stay, rather quiet. Some concerns with car security - people in and out of parking lot. Room key kept losing charge and had to be redone several times.

The room that we stayed in was very smelly. The restroom door handle was broken. The property is in a convenient location close to highway! Gentlemen on desk was very polite and had great customer service!!

I liked that you are able to cook

There were roaches, people entered the room without knocking, and you better bring toilet paper because if you are there less than 3 weeks they charge for a second roll! One week doesn’t qualify you for a second roll of toilet paper which is the lowest single ply you can get. Also you better bring your own dishes and pots and pans because they don’t provide them with their full kitchen.

It was nice , good walking trails and breakfast was great .

My kids stayed there and every time we went to visit them it smelled like marijuana really bad!! And the full kitchen is just a 2 burner cook top and a full size refrigerator the is no oven to bake anything.
