Super 8 by Wyndham College Park/Atlanta Airport West

The good. Stayed at deluxe rooms, they are nice and renovated, spacious and clean. The bad. Parking was full. The front guy said because of aiport parking during holiday. Didnt understood that. You should have enough parking. Door lock didnt feel secure enough.

Close to airport. Overall a little rough around the edges. Dirty, dark, lobby has no amenities. Seems to be in a bad neighborhood, the uber guy that picked us up was laughing at us for staying there. They have lights pointing right to the windows which made it very bright when trying to sleep.

Renovations currently happening in one area of hotel, but that was not the cause of the general unkempt feeling of building, or the filth of the room. Found a “cleaning person” in room on arrival with door locked with the swing bar, 2 hours after check-in time; it seemed they were simply hanging out in room. Shower drain clogged with an abundance of hair and matter, dental floss in toilet (so not even flushed by “cleaning person”) and a few other things that generally would be caught by a real cleaning crew, like major stains on the walls. I took the place as a cut-rate hotel for a quick overnight stay, no expectations of luxury, just bare bone accommodation, however, basic cleaning is expected at any place accepting money. No concern from front desk when deficiencies pointed out. Don’t turn off TV, the signal will be lost and need re-established. Right off if highway and Tesla destination charger just a quarter mile away at a vegan friendly (Indian food inspired) restaurant.

The place is supposedly under revocation. The whole front of the complex was shut down and windows covered with brown paper. The office was in a motel room in the back. The driveway had glass all over it . Trash all around. The room was not that clean. I found a full pudding cup on the floor between the nightstand and the bed. One towel , no washcloth. Bugs flying around the mirror. Fleas or bugs that size running on the sink. No cups, tissues or ice. The microwave didn’t work and the mini fridge was pretty warm. The TV was on when I got in the room, but in the morning when you press the remote it said no service. The curtains where VERY WRINKLED.They had the nerve to charge a $50.00 deposit. They should have paid me $50.00 to stay there!

Property being refurbished. Our room was nice and updated but areas were very down. Also our door did not properly shut. Locked but caused much worrying.

The worst hotel I've ever visited in my life. Since you arrive, it looks like an abandoned hotel, almost in ruins. I don't know how it can be on the Expedia platform. I spent two hours at the airport waiting for the airport shuttle because I called the hotel twice and they told me that they were already on their way to pick me up. Then I arrived by Uber and when I arrived I could see that their two shutter vans are destroyed they are in front of the hotel, it looks like a junk yard. The hotel is very bad. Check-in is done in a room, garbage and debris everywhere. It has no lighting. There is no control of who enters, on several occasions I saw people (homeless) from the street inside the hotel. The dirty room, with a bad smell, full of insects. In the bed there was a small insect that was itchy, I have stings all over my body. Terrible customer service. Expidia should send an inspector to that hotel so they can see that what I am saying is true. It was a torture instead of vacation.

Do not believe the photos. Its ahalf abandoned, dilapdated hovel. Seemed like a flop house for unhoused locals. Crazy people wandering around shouting at each other. Their office is a filthy repurposed motel room filled with boxes of random crap. The room was in need of repair, the sheets werebstained and the tv didnt even turn on. Avoid.

The room was decent for the money, but everything else around it was terrible. Major construction, road to the Hotel was busted up, pool was filled in, WIFI was barely usable.. Some guy knocking on my door at 2am wanting a cigarette. I left after 1 night of a 4 night stay.

They had roaches in the room, it was hair on the wall still in the bathroom, fridge had hair in it and it was left over ashes and Bobby pins in the room don’t stay no where on old national

Unclean. Noisy. Overcharged my card because deposit wasn’t returned.

Bedsheets were stained with semen, blood, etc. Bathrooms where dirty, moulds everywhere.

I wander if expedia did inspection of this hotel facility before allowing it on their platform. The Hotel room smells very bad. The Bathroom is dirty. In conclusion, i will not wish a stay in this hotel for my enemy . Because of the smell in the room, i would have left the money i paid and go to another hotel if i had extra budget. Finally, Because of this negative experience, i don't think i will ever book hotel on expedia again

The sheets was filthy with nasty like bloodstains. First I was giving a room key for 242 in which the room was dirty trashed and hadn’t been cleaned yet then I was giving a key for 244 in which the room was dirty filthy had blood stains on the sheets and just wasn’t right at all. I feel as though I should be able to get a refund or a complimentary room for what I had to deal with and go through.. Thank you

It was dirty, it felt like they probably ain’t clean anything before we arrived, the bathroom was nasty it had pee stains and the shower was sooooo dirty, the sheets on the bed were dusty, thank god we brought our own clean sheets. The door also looked sketchy like it didn’t close all the way it was just a weird experience overall, I’ve been to different super 8’s and those were all clean this one was just dirty.

The room was filthy the tub had mold all over it the curtains had some many holes in this they should have been trown away a long time ago the door was rotting at the bottom no free breakfast it was so bad i checked out within 2 hours what discussing hotel ill never book a room there again

Room had holes barely patched over, bugs in bathroom, bed bowing in the middle like it was broken causing us to fall into the middle of the bed, floor dirty. Floor tiles were popping when stepped on due to poor insulation. Trim was extremely dirty, especially behind the door. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet had patches where the "paint" was just falling off. We were only given 2 towels, 1 of them was a small body towel and the other was a hand towel.

Roaches, dimly lit, broken refrigerator, stained curtains had to use chair to block door. Mold in carpet and chairs

The room was very nice remodeled with a large size mini refrigerator with freezer section n the refrigerator section much bigger that normal fridge Bed comfortable...overall nice big room for the price.

The room was outdated. The bed was comfortable, but that’s about it’s the sink was clogged. The water pressure was low. It took three weeks to get my deposit back. I only ended up a staying one if the two nights I reserved.

Property was clean when we got there, it smelled strongly of cleaner. It was good for the price we paid. It is slightly inconvenient to get in/out of the entrance to the parking lot as the road has a median right in front of entrance way, isn’t too bad once you get it figured out. It is very convenient that there is a Waffle House really close by to grab a bite to eat. Although if you are a light sleeper I do not recommend staying here as we could very loudly hear the planes flying overhead. Overall 3/5 stars.

The door did'nt work and that i found to be dangerous. The t.v. didn't work:( and there was no mirror in the bathroom just peices of a broken one left where the mirror should be.

We were informed these were the absolute last two rooms available. - A security deposit of $50/per room was required at time of check-in that's not mentioned in the confirmations/receipts on Hotels.com, it is buried under an "expand here" section on the Motel's info page. These deposits aren't showing as 'pending' like deposits usually do, they were posted like debit purchases immediately. I'm currently working on trying to get these back, but I'm fearful they're just gone. - The rooms were NOT cleaned. The beds were, but a previous visitor's trash was still in the trash can and in one of the drawers of my room in particular, as well as clothing items and a dozen or so dead flies/gnats. The furniture was all completely damaged and covered in scratches and years worth of wear-and-tear. Makes me wonder what they even do with the deposits. - Not entirely sure what was wrong with the A/C, but it IMMEDIATELY made my entire nose/throat burn as soon as it came on. Best I can describe it is like being maced (if you've ever accidentally inhaled the smoke from peppers while cooking, THAT kind of burn). It's now four days later and I STILL have a cough from it.

The WIFI connection was terrible!

Everything was Old and cracked maintanance less, abandoned, very dirty chair, i was stayed because the price and dont have more option, but otherwise i would NEVER come back to this place. NEVER! Oh and the bed was TERRIBLE, very bad quality mattress it sinks horrible,

Very helpful staff, had to stay an additional 24 hrs.due to airlines canceling an incoming flight. I needed to move to a double room. The staff got me a room ready first thing and moved me that morning. Very smooth transition. Stress free while I waited for brother to finally make it to Atlanta

Immediately upon checkin we noticed the door was disgusting. The bed was wet and floors were covered in dirt/debris. The wall had a black soot covering, pillows were yellow, light switch had a dark film and the room stunk really bad. We immediately went to front desk thinking it was a mistake and we were accidentally given a room that had not yet been cleaned. The man at the front desk yelled at us and told us we must have gotten the room dirty even though he knew he had just given us the key 10 minutes prior. He was completely unprofessional and very rude. He would not allow us to switch rooms nor give us a refund. He was very confrontational and we left.

Staff was very nice and helpful

Check-in we crazy. Didn't have my room got to the 3rd floor and the key didn't work. So three flights of stairs I'll go back down with luggage. Then I get into a room that was dirty TV don't work didn't have a phone. As for help they say they were going to fix it but nothing. Worst place ever

The price is reasonable for what the hotel can offer, but is not safe...especially for the room that face the highway. Bad experience in general.

Overall the stay was decent. The doors not properly closing had me nervous but the room was as advertised otherwise and it was thankfully safe and quiet despite the area so I'm very grateful for that concern. Would likely stay there again.

It was convenient to the airport. There is a lot of transients that seem to be there with some of them up through the night. Some slamming of doors and walking heavy upstairs. Kids were up later at night running around on the balconies too. It worked for us because we needed a place to relax and get showers during our flight holdover. The bed is very comfortable. The linens are older, but definitely clean. The room was clean. The staff were very polite and respectful. Quick check-in. Good shampoo & soap provided. There are numerous cameras around the parking lot. Staff do monitor those cameras. TV in the room did not work. Not something that was a concern for us personally. Left early, so no info on breakfast.

The traffic around the property is terrible

Road access interesting but not a real problem.

My stay was very peaceful. The staff was always available to answer questions and if i needed anything it was right their. I cant wait till the new office opens and to enjoy the breakfast
