Zimmergröße. Lage: in wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum. Personal beim Frühstück: sehr flott und freundlich. - Personal an der Rezeption teilweise (nicht alle) unfreundlich und man scheint schon mit einer Frage zu nerven. - Preis ziemlich hoch. Für das Parken kommen dann nochmal 28€/Tag obendrauf.

Overall, our stay was good. However, it would have been better if I didn't have to prove to the front desk clerk when checking out that I paid for parking by showing my credit card record. They should have it in their own records.

Nice hotel, stayed for conference in Vienna and it is right on the metro line so you can go into Vienna city easily. I had breakfast included- there was cereal, breads, cold meats and a hot buffet of sausage, scrambled egg, beans etc. All i would say is that it does get busy for breakfast so tables were short and some items needed refilling but that's not the fault of the hotel it's just something as a guest you need to bear in mind. I also had lunch here when i arrived and the club sandwich was very nice. The room has a small fridge which i kept some small bits of food in, there is a spar a very short walk so you can grab some deli bits as you need. All in all a practical hotel for my trip to Vienna, thank you.

Please do not book any advance lunch or dinner. Not a good experience. Made advance payment for 5 meals. Hotel insisted only 3 coupons showing in their system. It turned out more expensive by pre booking meals. Good breakfast.

The room was good and clean. Great with a mini fridge, a kettle and some coffee and tea. The room was a little bit too small for a family. Pillows too hard and difficult to sleep on. What we didn’t like was the bathroom doors opening from the bedroom. Every time you wanted to go in, the lights shine right into the room. Parking garage was not connected to the hotel, which wasn’t good for us with small kids and luggage to carry. Check in was from 3pm, even then our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait a little longer, not good with small children and since we had been travelling since morning.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig und ist bei Anfahrt mit der U-Bahn schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Leider haben der Teppich des Zimmers und einige Sessel im Restaurant schon sehr gelitten. Das kommt gar nicht gut. Das Frühstücksangebot war OK. Das Personal ist aber zu der Stoßzeit ca. ab 8:45 bis 9:45 sehr unter Druck, so dass nicht immer alles glatt läuft.

Wir hatten Zimmer als Familie mit 2 kleinen Zimmern, ohne Frühstück, denn 27€ pro Erwachsenen war uns einfach zu teuer, dafür,dass wir beide wenig frühstücken. Die Reinigung des Zimmers lies statk zu wünschen übrig, in 3 Tagen wurde der Müll nur 1x geleert und auch nur 1x gesaugt (was bei Sand aus den Gummistiefeln schon am Tag davor nötig gewesen wäre). Nach Toilettenpapier mussten wir auch selbst fragen. Dafür hatten wir täglich frische Duschhandtücher für die Kinder, die ihre aber gar nicht benutzt hatten. Also auf ganzer Linie Unfug. Der Standort war gut, um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden.

Location was pretty good - very close to RingStrasse - so it made getting around town very convenient. Rooms were quite small (especially with sleeper sofa pulled out for kids). Also the air conditioning didn't get quite as cold as we prefer so we were really hot in the room. Our room wasn't ready until 5 pm, which was especially disappointing given that we had taken a red eye and were waiting for a room since arriving 8:30 in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were great.

I wouldn't stay here again. I didn't sleep well, the heat control was either off or warm/hot even when it was off it was too warm. Opening the balcony door cooled it down but the road noise was too loud to keep it open. The room seemed like it was designed by someone who didn't have much experience, first the sink or to be more accurate a tap with a drainage hole, a completely useless idea. The shower was an overhead one or one attached to the wall, but was mounted at waist height so it wasn't possible to have a normal shower without holding it. The shampoo and shower gel was above shoulder height, who thought that was a good idea? It made it really awkward to dispense. This is a family hotel so be prepared for loud children in the morning going to breakfast, or if your unlucky children in the next room, who were noisy until after midnight. A complaint the next day to reception and all was quiet the next night so at least they acted on feedback. Another room had room service and the tray with half eaten food was outside in the evening and still there the next day at 10.30 when I checked out. I've stayed in other accor hotels and they were much better.

Manager was very rude, we landed at 1200pm got to the hotel and they made us wait until 3:00 to get the room. We had 3 children with us. The waiter was also very rude. We decided not to eat at the hotel.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Kalabalıktan uzak ama metroya 2 dk, turistik merkeze 10 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otelin çevresinde kahvaltı ve yemek için güzel bir kaç Cafe ve restoran vardı. 3 gece konaklayacağımız için 4 kişi tek odada konakladık. Odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi. WC nin banyodan ayrı olması iyi oldu. Biri banyo yaparken diğerleri WC yi kullanabildi. Oda temizdi. Kahvaltı otelde yapmadık o yüzden bilmiyorum. Bir daha gelirsek yine burada konaklamayı tercih ederim.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, being near both Karlsplatz and Stephansplatz, two prime areas for sightseeing. The tram (U1) station is just 3-5 minutes away from the hotel, making it super easy to get to Karlsplatz/Stephansplatz in about 5 minutes. It's also conveniently close to the main train station. The hotel has a lovely restaurant called "Family and Friends," where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The area around the hotel was quiet, and I felt safe even late at night (around 11 PM), which as a woman, was very reassuring. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna.
