the location was perfectly in the central of everything. Got upgraded to a higher floor with a city view but the windows were quite dirty from the outside. We were told the roof bar was closed during our stay quiet disappointing, this was the reason I booked this hotel because of the night view from the roof top.

家族4人で宿泊させて頂きました。立地: 豫園エリアまで徒歩圏内、メトロまで徒歩2分程度の場所で便利でした。施設: エアコンの調整が簡単で快適プールも快適に使えロッカールームが有り便利でした。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しく頂けます。部屋も綺麗で私が宿泊した部屋からは上海タワー付近のビル群が見れて最高でした。また上海に行く時は宿泊したいホテルです。

Easy to walk to The Bund and Yu Gardens. Clean and comfortable rooms. The winner with this hotel is the view from the roof top bar. Spectacular. The bar itself is separate to the hotel so no charing to your room and service was hit and miss but the view made up for it.

中秋時段到訪上海5天中午到達酒店前台同事已經說可以安排入住不用等再因為expedia member 訂房，酒店送我們一盒自家的月餅，比一般送生果盤這次中秋遊不在家也很應節幫忙打掃房間的Housekeeping同事很細心，出門遇見時說上海天氣熱出門旅遊多給我們兩枝水因為連住5天包早餐的關係，餐廳有兩位可愛的小職員已經認得我倆，會點頭打招呼又主動帶我們到窗邊位置，欣欣上海的風景房間整體都光鮮舒服最滿意的是空氣清新機到最後一天它繼續運作並亮起更換過濾所以覺得房間一直有淨化感覺很好唯獨有小小減分的地方... 房間廁所的抽風系統只有聲但不太有作用另外是樓層電梯位置，小鳥擺設被破壞了明明記得自己選擇了禁煙樓層但出房間後電梯位置到第4-5天的時候特別覺得煙味很重不過這點酒店控制不了房客有點被動

O quarto era espaçoso e a cama muito boa. COntudo, o quarto estava extremamente abafado. O ar não podia ser ligado e o prédio todo e vidro virou uma estufa. Tabto os quarto quanto os corredores com cheiro de mofo. Horrível!

We stayed in the hotel 12 years ago when the kids were little. This year we brought them back, and we fully enjoyed it the same way we did 12 years ago! This hotel has a very special place in our heart. The location of this property is fantastic. It is near shops, restaurants, walking distance to Yu Gardens, Nanjing Road and an easy taxi to all the other areas. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful and professional! We had a seamless check-in and check out. The bell service and concierge helped us with ordering taxis and storing our luggage. Breakfast buffet staff were friendly and accommodating. We used the pool one evening, and again, staff was very nice. Our room #719 had the perfect view of the tops of Yu Gardens and the lights of some of The Bund buildings! Housekeeping was very thorough and attentive, always replenish water bottle and towel. They checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything including laundry service. We even experienced a mishap where we accidentally left credit cards in the taxi on our way to the airport. We called the hotel and worked specifically with Zoey Hu at the front desk who was able to recover the credit cards from the taxi driver. What would have been a very stressful situation, Zoey Hu went well above and beyond to save our day. Top notch service!! Thank you, Zoey Hu!!!! I've stayed at this hotel in 2019 and I'm so glad that we chose to stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, my stay started off on a disappointing note—the check-in agent failed to notify me when my room was ready, which caused some unnecessary waiting and confusion. Ich bin seit nunmehr 20 Jahren regelmäßig in diesem Hotel und leider hat es sukzessive immer mehr nachgelassen. Das Personal ist größtenteils nicht in der Lage auf englisch zu kommunizieren, was bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel im touristischen Zentrum Shanghais doch sehr enttäuschend ist. Ich war auf dem executive Floor untergebracht, Zimmer 1702 und es hat extrem modrig gerochen. Als wenn nach einem Wasserschaden das Wasser zu lange in den Teppichen geblieben ist. Berufsbedingt musste ich meine Reise abkürzen, jedoch war das Hotel nicht bereit die Rechnung anzupassen bzw. eine Gutschrift für einen späteren Aufenthalt zu gewähren. Bei einem so langjährigen Gast hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet. Ein Lob für die Guest Service Dame, Hanne Ferolino, sie hat zumindest bei der Kommunikation geholfen. Das Management hat auf jeden Fall Nachholbedarf in Punkto westlicher Kundenbetreuung.

Overall a very satisfying stay. Very convenient location to everything and a subway station close by. Breakfast was good with variety of options. Front office staff was very helpful and even packed a breakfast on the day we were leaving as we had a very early train journey. Room was cleaned very well and cleaner did an excellent job. Only negative was the room view as we were not on a high enough floor to get a good view. We could only see the street and building next to us.

Food at the hotel's breakfast buffet was not hot. It looks like management made the decision to bring in food from a kitchen outside of the hotel (to avoid having their own kitchen in the hotel making breakfast). Also, none of the food was covered by a lid to keep the food warm. So the food cooled rapidly. Most of the breakfast food was barely warm and borderline cold by the time it was served to customers. Skip the breakfast if you want want hot food that is cooked on-site. And the location was just ok. It is close to the Yu Garden so that is nice. But there is pretty much nothing else in the area. Once you visit the Yu Garden, there is no reason to stay at this hotel.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren immer wieder Gast in diesem Hotel und war stets sehr zufrieden. Nach der Corona Pandemie hat das Hotel extrem nachgelassen. Ich war jetzt im Dezember 23 und im Januar 24 wieder Gast im Hotel und die Erfahrung war leider beide Male schlecht! Als Club / Business Floor Gast erwartet man das man guten Service bekommt. Ein internationales 5 Sterne Hotel mit nur sehr schlecht bzw. garnicht englisch sprechendem Personal ist eine Katastrophe. Das Speiseangebot ist jetzt auf chinesische Kunden ausgerichtet, sprich das western breakfast ist kläglich und obendrein nicht frisch. Ich konnte es kaum glauben, Käse & Wurst waren alt und angelaufen. Sehr sehr schade, denn die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und offensichtlich gibt es ein management Problem.
