Good location, close to the interstate with lots of places to eat nearby. Clean with comfy bed. It was obvious they were renovating some rooms to better the property. We were disappointed to learn the hot tub was not working when we got there (heater broken). Adequate breakfast however no sausage or bacon provided. Carpet in the elevator was very dirty. Overall a good stay for an overnight visit.

We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Restaurants galore near by but we do not recommend walking because the hotel is located in a high traffic area. A hot breakfast and plenty of good coffee is served everyday. The hotel is somewhat dated but extremely clean. The front desk staff and breakfast chef were very friendly. We would stay again.😊

This is a good hotel for the price. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to and from the casino and horse track.

The young lady that checked us in was amazing. The rooms unfortunately did not live up to the reviews I had read before booking. The first room we were checked into was still dirty and beds were not made. The second room we got checked into the beds were made but there were still hairs all over the shower walls and floors. At this point we were so tired from traveling all day we just accepted defeat.

Very strong mold, musty smell in room. Tub had mold around spigot and hair in shower. Sink had mold around drain. Carpet was dirty. Dust ruffle and curtains very wrinkled. Would not stay here again.

Room was not clean. Crumbs on the floor, and on carpet, mini fridge was dirty. Huge stain on the comforter which was visible because the comforter cover was not fastened correctly. Just a dirty room that looked like it had not been properly cleaned.

I have stayed at this property several times before but this last visit was not so great as far as cleanliness. I addressed my issues with the front desk staff. The staff is always friendly. The hotel is very run down .

The Back door was not locked very well. I reported it twice, and the the last person stated.... It's people leaving it open with rocks.... Well that makes me feel real secure. Carpets were very dirty and had a film on them.

Breakfast is good. It is not as clean as it should be. The toilet was unclean. But the staff was quick to clean it after our report. Our first room was also very stinky. So they changed our room.

The age of this hotel is definitely showing. They do keep things very clean but not being able to see out the windows is an issue for me. They are old and inefficient and cloudy all of them!! Just a major turn off for me. Drapes are holy and need replaced as well.

My wife and I checked in on Friday April 14th at 3 pm. We booked a 2 night stay for a134.00 a night. The so called couter personal had a problem with the card machine. It should have been 313.86 for the two night stay and nothing more. Then as i was signed paper i found out they were taking out a 100.00 damage deposit. Witch i would receive back to my bank after the stay. We got down to the room the room was nice.as we were in the room i just had the feeling I needed to check my online bank account and I found out that there was 2 withdrawal from the holtel for 313.86 and the 100.00. I went down to the Clark and they said that they would fix it and it would be back in my account in an hour. I am still waiting for it to show up plus the 100.00 deposit. Word to the wize if you stay here make sure they don't get you like thy got me. Until my my bank tells me they got me for 413.86.

The refrig was not cooling when we got to our room. It was quickly replaced, with one that was working. Shower rod was loose and hanging down, Shower had good pressure, with very nice temperature.

Our visit was nice. The only issue was the lady that checked us in (name started with the A) wasn't very pleasant. Never smiled and acted like she hated her job. Other then that all the other staff were very pleasant and the property was clean.

Well i got to hotel abd waited forever to check in. I get to room and covers and sheets are so wrinkled. There is a film of dust on the table and stains all over floor. Never ever would i ever give a 8 out if 10. They are lucky if i even give a 5. Also got to hotel at 1015 pm. They put us right next to side door of which was slammed all night. There werw ppl in parking lot jamming music and smoking pot. A black guy and a half dressed lady were going in and out. I went to front desk and asked if there was a quiet hour. He says yes at 11p. I said ill wait till 11p and if not quiet i want a redund abd ill go somewhere else. He then says i dont see anyone on camera right now. I said go ahead and rewind. Then anothet couple said oh are you having same problem as us? Yeah noise control. We were on first floor and at 2am all night long someone was banging above us. Worst trip snd sleep of my life. I stay in hundreds of hotels. Honestly should be refunded for this.

The tv didn’t work. The sound was on but no picture. 2 hotel employees came into the room on Saturday to fix but couldn’t. The Sunday person said that a manager would call me Monday but I called at 4:35 after receiving no call. The manager said he would authorize a reduced rate but I needed to contact Hotels.com to have you verify with the manager that the tv didn’t work and that Hotels.cim would refund the money to may credit card. The room was fine, but the place could use a facelift in general. It was clean and quiet and comfortable. Jeremy was awesome checking us in and letting us know what was around the area. The door into the hotel near the pool was always open, anyone could have come in without a room key, even though there is a room key reader. Lot's of places to eat across the street and up the road, very convenient to get back on I-69.

The gentleman working the check in desk last evening was hilarious and polite. The woman checking us out this morning was equally so. Was able to joke and play with both folks. I enjoyed that part of it because when travelling you jusy try to be as polite as you can to everyone. Just becauee im on a trip doesnt mean they're as happy as I am because tveyre working. But they were wonderful!

Staff was great, lobby had me wondering if this place was even open. I’m sure I just came at a bad time during a floor replacement but it looked bad, very bad. 2nd floor ice and vending was non working. Breakfast bags were a joke. This stuff should be listed before bookings. If I had known I would have booked elsewhere. Or the price should reflect the conditions of things presently .

The lobby and breakfast area was under construction and there was no mention of it in the reservation through Hotels.com and no reduction in fee for not having the advertised breakfast. They had paper bags with a banana, small muffin, granola bar and a bottle of water which was very disappointing.
