Being dog friendly and very clean were standouts for sure ! The staff and rooms and dining area so clean and well air conditioned. Always someone to assist ar the front desk and havimg laundry facilities a huge plus. Nice size pool very clean and outdoor view from pool makes an enjoyable atmosphere. . I highly recommend staying here

This was a gift. I called the hotel directly to make sure all was well beforehand, the desk clerk confirmed everything was good and ready. It was not. The recipients of my gift arrived and found the pool and hot tub (which was my only amenity requirement) were both out!!! Infuriating!!!! Just ruined the whole surprise. It isn't clear why my submission isn't being accepted. There are no prices or rates listed, nor is there any profanity or personal information here. I've given the truth of the matter and people have a right to know.

The hotel was clean and very well kept even as they were replacing the carpet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not pleasant was the large portable dehumidifier in the pool area. It was very loud and made it hard to relax in the hot tube.

It was very clean and updated. I would suggest that the paper plates for breakfast be more substantial. They were so thin that it was hard to carry food back to table. The breakfast was very good. We have stayed there many times and will continue to do so. Prices were very reasonable.

Everything was great about our stay (this is our second time). The only thing we didn't like, was that the tile in the entry way and bathroom was not swept (or mopped) prior to our stay. There's was hair on the floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness in other areas.

Booked a room last night for me, my wife and my daughter. I was awoken by my lady at 1 A.M. because she had bites all over her body from a bed bug. I packed all of our belongings and immediately left the property. Towels and bed fittings had stains on them! Don't recommend staying here!

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and pleasant. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I think the heat didn’t work. No matter what we set the thermostat on, it never got very warm. No extra blankets…

They're in the middle of remodeling some rooms. Our family stayed in a newly remodeled room. It didn't appear the furniture was new though. First floor hall had furniture stacked outside the rooms. Our room was clean. I liked that some pillows were firm and some soft. The bathroom setup is a little small. The staff was very friendly at check in and checkout. It was nice of them to have togo breakfast bags for those of us they knew were checking out before breakfast time.

The staff at this hotel were nothing shy of amazing!!! So friendly and welcoming. We were in town for a speed skate meet and breakfast wasn't going start before our skaters had to leave so the staff had grab and go breakfast for them ready at 6am. So accommodating and sweet. Will definitely stay again just because of the hospitality

Every aspect of this hotel was on point during our stay. The front desk staff was genuine; it was very clear she took pride in her work and wanted us to have a comfortable stay. We traveled with a sports team and had to check out before breakfast was served; they made us little to-go breakfast bags and had them sitting on the counter for us when we checked out. Seriously, wow. Rooms were clean, pool was tidy (and always had towels!), staff was friendly and we will make sure we stay at this hotel next time we are in Anderson.

The front desk had about 5 of my reservations messed up. It seemed that most of my Expedia changes that were confirmed with the hotel days prior did not get changed in their system. We had to call multiple times to get it all worked out with the front desk- then with them arguing that I had canceled my bookings. Definitely will not be staying at this location again.

The staff which served us was very good. There just was not enough staff to handle the quantity of people that stayed at the hotel the night we did. The desk clerk in the morning was having to help out in the kitchen and also serve the front desk. NOT possible.

While the hotel was under going renovation the work did not interfere with the aesthetic of the visit. Staff was warm and welcoming. The room was well put together, clean and well,maintained . There was a good assortment provided in the morning at breakfast with both warm foods and plenty of cold cereal, fruit and yogurt. I would definitely stay here again, it was very convenient for a downtown evening concert.

Service was exceptional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great... home cooked by one lady and she has a daily menu... you don't have a choice of everything but you will get eggs and ham/bacon/sausage every morning with specialties like Biscuits and Gravy one day then French Toast the next etc. It's very good and she's also incredibly nice too so tip her well. I was very pleased with my stay. Recommended.

2-night stay for family visit Site is always a solid venue - updates are evident since the last visit - carpet, fixtures, etc. Breakfast - setup & offerings - are still one of the best that I see in my travels. Definitely will revisit this site in the future.
