The staff was nice. I booked the hotel because Hotels.com said they have a pool - the pool was closed for my entire stay. Make sure the pool is open if that’s important before you book. It also says there is a gym on the hotels.com site - I didn’t see a gym. When I checked in they said they would do room service to change the sheets and Tidy up every other day. I was there for four days - they never came to tidy up the room. I would have given less stars BUT the staff was very nice. I felt I got tricked into booking there as I was expecting to use the advertised pool.

Convenient from the interstate, easy check in withfriendlystaff, room was clean, nice pool but didn't have time to enjoy it. Elevator was down but we did get lucky to get a room on the ground floor, bathroom ceiling could definitely need some attention, slight mold and mildew even though it had an exhaust fan. Maybe people don't turn it on or it doesn't exhaust well.

Check in was very easy and quick. Breakfast offerings were good. The only drawback was the parking lot in back was a bit rough. But there was ample parking. Overall, I was very happy with this property and would recommend it as a great value.

Breakfast isn't much to speak of. Biscuits, no gravy. Cold eggs,no breakfast meat of any kind. Some apples and stale mini muffins. Instant oatmeal packets. No one servicing the area to find needed items. Cracker Barrel is just down the street! Room was clean. Pool wasn't open when we arrived late. Access door in back doesn't work with room key,lobby doors open all night,no room key needed.

The room was clean, but there was little room on the tiny bathroom sink to set your things. No safe in the room. No coffee maker in the room. Ice can only be acquired on the first floor. The entrance to the lobby is from what looks like to be a side door. No luggage carriers available.

The room was average. It was clean. The air all around the hotel had a very stale odor like old cigarette smoke. The TV in the room was small compared to the huge dresser it was over and not only was the TV itself small the actual picture was smaller than the screen and it couldn't be adjusted. The pool was very nasty it felt almost slimy and dirt ring around the pool was terrible even had please clean me scratched into the dirt caked on the side and when I stepped into the pool the drain on the bottom was sharp and almost cut my foot. The breakfast was nothing special the gravy was like glue the sausages were yellow color it was not good. I spent over $120 to stay there for one night and the other hotels around me were nicer quality at the same price so I felt like I got ripped off.

Cleanliness on everything but the floors were good. The carpets are disgusting. My feet were black from walking on the carpet to the bathroom in one trip. I stepped on a damp bath mat that my wife had previously used and noticed the black on my feet transfered to the bathmat. Then I observed in the hallway that the carpet is very dirty. If you look at the center and then along the edges you can see the thilth. Will not stay here again.

Let’s start with the good. The staff were, without exception, friendly and welcoming. Now the bad. While the hotel has been recently remodeled, much more work is needed. The shower in my room had significant amounts of mold and the caulking was failed all around. There were spots in the restroom ceiling that had obviously fallen in and were quickly and carelessly patched back up the water flow from the showerhead could best be described as a dribble at best. My shoes stuck to both the carpet in the room and the tile floor. And, worst of all, there were discomforting stains all over the sheets that I didn’t notice until the following morning. I understand low budget, no frills motels. There is a time and place for a nothing fancy but gets the job done option. Even at budget places there’s no room for mold and stained linens.

I stayed two nights in a recently remodeled room. The room was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. The TV only had one channel and there was no remote. I think the TV was setup incorrectly. I used my smartphone to watch TV. The free breakfast was OK. I wish there was water to drink, but they did not have any in the breakfast area.

Had room 222 which is on the interstate end of the building and you could definitely hear the traffic. I also travel with ear plugs though so it didn’t affect my sleep. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was OK. Coffee was good and there were fresh fruit options. My toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the shower water temperature was erratic…the faucet handle spun in a complete circle. I did advise the front desk and they were very nice and apologetic about it.

Everything was perfect in room 104. But in 312 the water completely stopped in the middle of my shower and i had shampoo in my hair. That wasnt good. But when i reserved our room i initially wanted a ground floor to begin with anyway do to my husbands hip from his hip replacement surgery.

The staff was very friendly. We were late getting there, and the staff was courteous enough to call me to check on me and when i let them know that I was running late, they said no problem and held our room for us. My husband was having problems walking and the lady staff noticed and came help me get him into the hotel.

Got here booked two rooms only had us for one,no more rooms because they were booked,so our family had to go next door,no I’m sorry we will make it up to you,no just call Expeta to take care of it,I’ called the hotel 3 times to try to book with them,but the girl that answered could not take care of it because she could not speak or understand what I needed so that’s why I went on line

The property and staff were completely acceptable. This main issue I have is there's a 100 dollar deposit. I paid through Hotels.com then was told there's a mandatory $100 deposit when I arrived. If I didn't have the money to cover it I wouldn't have been able to stay in the room I paid for. This is unacceptable...

The staff and room was exceptional. On check out my son actual left a $20 sitting on the shelf. The front desk lady that checked us out found it and brung it to us. You dont see that very often. Very pleased with this place

Nothing spectacular, but you can't expect that from a budget hotel. The room, including the bedding, towels and bathroom fixtures were clean, everything worked. The included breakfast did not include any meats, but otherwise was fine.

For the price the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The continental breakfast was great for it being a smaller hotel. The biscuits and gravy were pretty delicious as were the eggs. The staff were extremely friendly. They greet you with smiles and hellos. Any question I had was answered and I was helped. Overall I was impressed with the quality of hospitality shown at this hotel. I didn’t have high expectations but they exceeded any I did have. I’m grateful to have been a guest there. I definitely will book with them in the future if need be.

Nice to have a pool.water quality could have been improved. Nice to have breakfast, but needs to offer fresh, cold drinking water, liquid coffee creamer. The waffle making machine needs more space around it to more accessible. The table nearby needs to be moved.
