3 star hotel deserves nothing more than 3 stars overall, hotel is somewhat outdated has very noisy main Ac building, staff decent not the friendliest, next time I may chose other options

yes the breakfest was excellent staff very courteous and efficient

The guests next door were listening to loud music until 3:30 am

Let's start with the good: it was quiet at night. Not near a freeway, or busy highway. The bad: the property was feeling tired, worn out, and in need of TLC. Tile grout needed to be replaced, bathroom floor was dirty, Breakfast not included, and they charged a fee to park in the parking lot. As far as the staff goes, they were friendly at check-in but when we asked if we could have a late check out, not so nice. Said the hotel was sold out and they needed to clean the room. Could not give us an extra half hour. When time came to leave the property, there wasn't a sole in the lobby and the parking lot was 95% empty. It was a Monday, the place was empty. Anyways, would have been better with updated bathrooms, include breakfast and don't charge for parking at a location where parking is plentiful.

Was so disappointed to hear no free breakfast. Ordering hot breakfast from minimal menu took a long time and was so expensive and annoying. Also room wasn’t worth it without breakfast. And dinging from elevators at 5am was absurd
