No matter what room you are assigned, you can pull right up to your door, even on the second floor! They have designed a driveway to go up to the second level, so no stairs. As a person with a disability, I REALLY appreciated this! Everything was wonderful, except the bed; the mattress was way too soft and my back was a wreck the next morning. Otherwise, great stay!

The property is very old; needs renovation. No handicap ramps or parking accessible to my room. Very high steps into room and curb from parking lot onto sidewalk. The carpet should have been replaced years ago. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to leave a day early and had already paid.

I used to live in the area, so I knew exactly what to expect. This is an older motel, but it's kept up fine and I could see ongoing maintenance (not noisy or intrusive). My only problem was that the hot water for showering was spotty in the evenings. The laundry room and ample parking was a big plus.

Great stay. Parking for the office is very limited and I believe a restaurant is coming beside the office so it will be taking up all the parking. If you use a card to do the deposit it takes about 1-2 weeks to get your money back so keep that in mind. It was a great location and very private. The pool was fantastic.

The room was awful. Musty smell came from significant leak in bathroom tub. We found a rusty broom in the room when we entered - making us wonder if they even used a vacuum. Wet towels from previous guests were in the bathroom. Would not have stayed if we didn't know everything else in town was booked for parents weekend.

I stayed here for two nights. It was convenient for what I was in the area for but not my ideal choice. There were bugs everywhere out side of the room and subsequently they made their way into the room! I had to clean everything before we could settle down after a long day which made for an exhausting night. Even the bath tub had huge bugs in it. I understand the area we’re in is mostly mountains but this was careless on the housekeeping part. Also my room was not cleaned during my stay which was weird being as this wasn’t a full to capacity hotel.

Tv didn’t work in the first room so we had to carry our stuff to another room. The second room didn’t have a functioning toilet. Also, there were some creepy people staying at the hotel. The WiFi also didn’t work. Room also had a gross stain on the curtain—not very clean.

Very run down, lamps and exhaust fan rusty and dirty, carpet in room was "sticky", trash was not emptied and full of other people's trash and beer cans.. when I told front desk they did not come empty trash...this is a low end motel at best.

Bed was off the frame - put it back on. Old place that needs a facelift. Not very busy, so I can see why continental breakfast was lacking. No meat or eggs on offer. Lots of noise from highway - motel really close. Toilet had a slow leak that whistled sometimes - reported to desk when we checked out. The place suited our needs at the time. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff is awesome. The property is old and in need of update. VERY uncomfortable beds and I would recommend disinfecting the room before sitting things down. A bit pricey for the stay considering the buildings condition and the rooms in general.

Elderly hotel has deferred maintenance issues ;[ ie, needs upgrade mattress; ours was lumpy ,the blanket has been fried in a dryer was crispy! & needs new tile in the bathroom, ours was cracked . Needs a taller toilet, hardly anyone is a 5 ft tall adult anymore]. In our sink area the wall behind the TV IS HAZARDOUS if you turn too quick; you bang into it. OTHERWISE THE CARPET , THE SHEETS THE COVERLET; THE ROOM WAS CLEAN

Spent one night here while visiting Bedford. Terry at the front desk was very helpful when I needed to print D-Day tickets. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is meager but enough to get by on. Plenty of places to eat and shop within 10 miles. There was some traffic noise since it sits right off a divided highway. Some u-turns are required when entering and exiting the property depending on your direction of travel. My only real complaint was that we had a nonsmoking room which had clearly been used for smoking. We remedied this by buying a candle at the DG a short distance away. I would recommend and stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms and they both smelled horrible. It smelled like smoke and pee. The curtains were dirty. It looked like it had blood stains on them. There was only 2 towels in both rooms for 3 people in each rooms. I was charged a deposit that was not told about which caused my account to go into overdraft. This was a terrible experience and I would never stay there again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

There were ants and termites in our rooms. The bathroom was not clean. I had to clean it once I checked in. The rooms were overcharged for the condition of the hotel. This property never needs to be sold at the price we paid. Also, the card that was used was charged a second time after we checked out.

Plaster facade outside was peeling off. Hotel seemed old and dated. Room A/C was noisy. The free breakfast was minimal/mediocre at best frankly. Bed was comfortable but it is always nice to get a few different pillows of differing stiffness. These were very stiff and gave me a neck ache during the night. Hotel room keys did not work reliably at first but the desk fixed them when asked. I probably would NOT stay there again unless there were significant upgrades and changes.
