Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Burlington Elon , NC

This was the absolutel worst experience I have had and this hotel was run down and disgusting do not stay here

It’s old but not bad. Rooms are nice and big. Staff was great. Breakfast was awful.

They were still doing construction on the stairs but the noise wasn’t to extreme. We were provided a room that wasn’t fully cleaned and had food in the microwave. We reported it to the front desk and we were moved to another room which better. We noticed the new room didn’t have carpet and realized the old room had an odor. If you do stay ask for a room with no carpet. The other thing is the we had a double queen. The beds were to large for the room. I believe they were originally 2 double beds then upgraded to queens. The bedroom door couldn’t close and other bed was bumped up against the ac wall unit. I had to angle both beds inward so we could close the door and get out of the 2nd bed. Parking was ok. Food was ok. Once the upgrades to the rooms are completed it will be a decent stay. They are just in transition. One traveler to another… don’t eat at the local IHOP… just don’t!! If you feel inclined to try it look at the ceilings. Parts of the ceiling have mold by the intake vents and none of the ceiling tiles are without issues… not one single ceiling tile looks like it has ever been changed since it opened.

They were remodeling which was fine, except the workers blocked the rooms. They were also banging an hammer on Sunday evening ant 9pm. The ice machines, and vending machines everyday. Key cards stopped working 3 times. One of the two ice machines was out of order.
