Great hotel. Loved the hot tub. Wonderful staff.

My stay was phenomenal, really?I can't remember a better time.I've had at a hotel. Indoor outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Amenities were off the chain. They have a fountain machine open All day with free soda and water thenDINNER W2 ADULT DRINKS FREE BREAKFAST They put me in a room so Secluded I thought I had my own floor and that was They also arranged to let me in my room three hours early.

Wonderful stay. Youngest daughter only wanted to stay at the hotel for her birthday, and she loved the pool!

we absolutely loved the 2 nights we spent here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool and hot tub was perfect for the relaxing we needed

The staff were so great. They nice and seemed to genuinely care about the people staying with them. I did not encounter one staff member that was even lukewarm they ALL were great. Even in the middle of they when all you needed was a simple change for a dollar to do your laundry. Speaking of ...the laundry room on my floor the 5th was very clean, not even a cobweb in a ceiling corner. My only critique is the outside little on the side of the building designated for smokers and employee entrance it look like, has some spider webs and spiders. Perhaps a leaf blower once a week or even every 3 or 4 days could easily remedied that. Honestly the place was impeccably clean. The breakfast was fantastic and a great variety of things to choose from. And the evening managers special snacks great addition.

We love staying at this hotel,it’s very clean and the serve you food and drinks. We love the indoor/outdoor pool and definitely the hot tub,a great place to stay!!!!

Staff workers were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Parking was tough later in the evening. Room had no view to speak of, but no real complaints. It's a nice hotel.

Everything was excellent except fitness center. Small and elliptical need maintenance.

My truck got broken into in the parking lot. Not the first time according to the police. There is poor lighting, overgrown shrubbery and no cameras.

Property, rooms, amenities, and staff were great!! Only negative was the pool was pretty cold. There were however, 2 children in it having a blast!

This hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included, and also a meal in the evening, was provided for hotel guests. We didn't partake of the meal, as we were meeting family for a meal. They had both an indoor and outdoor pool.

Great room, very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was polite and helpful. The hot breakfast was great with sausage, eggs, and potatoes and drinks and appetizers in evening was a nice surprise.

One deficiency note was urine stains under toilet seat around the brackets.

Great stay as usual. Initially we had an issue with a foul odor in our room and the bathroom sink counter had not been cleaned well. The front desk staff was apologetic and moved us to a new room. We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and had never had this problem. Things happen. The new room was wonderful!

The sheets on the beds were not changed. We noticed on one set of sheets the next day that they had recent stains on it.

The room was somewhat clean, there was only one chair to relax in as started to set down I noticed it was filthy, not dirty, filthy, armrest almost dark brown on a green chair. Where you rest your head was the same. I called the front desk and ask them to come and look at the chair, they agreed it was bad, their excuse was the remodeling. That’s not an excuse for a nasty chair. It took a year to get that way. As I looked out the window, it was nose, prints, and fingerprints on the window. I will not stay there again !!

Loved our visit! Our room was immaculate and very spacious. Beds were so comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and very accommodating-especially the amazing folks that ran the breakfast. They made sure hot food was replenished lickety-split! Can’t say enough about the ‘kick’ back hour(s). What a tremendous perk!

This was a one-nighter for me. The staff was very professional and pleasant, room was clean and ergonomically efficient. This is a good value for the money.

The atmosphere at the happy hour buffet was like the Golden Corral. People in bathing suits and no coverups or shoes. Then back to our room and the guests next to our room left their dog and it barked nonstop for 4 hours. This was our first visit to a Drury upon a friend’s recommendation. Not a good experience…

The staff is superb. The room was very clean, but the furniture and carpet showed signs of wear.

Only problem we had was a dog barking on a non pet floor… but other then that everything was great!!

Our stay was great as always. The only issue was the mattress. It needed to be replaced.

It was really nice. In our room there was a large conference table in the 1st room, not so crazy about that , but everything els was excellent.

Property was clean and had really good up keep. However, when I checked in, I had a bad experience with the guy at the front desk. I called in earlier because I knew I would be coming in passed the check-in time, to ensure I wouldn’t have any issue with the room. The lady I spoke to lord and said I would be fine. I get there and they canceled the room, then charged me for canceling when I never canceled. When I asked the rep at the counter why I was being charged, he decided to tell me “you spoke to the call center. Whatever they told you has nothing to do with us. They can only make a note, but we still have to cancel if you don’t show up.” I was really confused because, this is all one company. You have the same policy that everyone needs to follow, if you call center rep tells me something that is your problem as a company not mine. I should pay a fee for your team’s incompetence. Regardless, I decided not to waste my breath and I spoke with the management team in the afternoon. She explained the situation, but the system still ended up charging me the regular room rate and not the rate I received through Expedia. Anyway, overall the room was clean where it counted. The bathroom was cleaner than the majority of places I’ve been and the sheets were bright white. I didn’t even need my spare sheets and comforters on this trip. Please take the time to get your on-site staff and call center staff on the same page as far as policy goes, so customers aren’t getting bad info.

The man who checked me in was rude and treated me with disrespect

When we arrived, the desk clerk told me that they had changed my king suite that I had already paid for to a double queen suite. I told him that it was unacceptable and they did give us a suite that we requested. We later had a run-in with another desk clerk who was rude and condescending. They were short-staffed and we therefore did not receive maid service until the third day, so we had to keep going to the front desk for towels. Everyone except for that one jerk was very nice and tried to accommodate us, but the staffing issue was noticeable.

Wonderful staff that care about the experience and their guests.

Enjoyed the late evening gatherings. Got to meet some interesting people. Checkin was a pleasure-awesome staff. They are always helpful with a smile.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I stay here when I have medical appointments nearby. The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful. This time, I forgot my laptop in my room when I checked out. I made a frantic call to the hotel. They found it right away, called me back with the good news, and kept it for me to come back and pick up. Much appreciated! Great location and always clean & quiet.

This was a great experience for my family. Denise was particularly nice and a pleasure to interact with from the Drury staff. This was my first time staying at a Drury Hotel and I plan to make it my favorite place to stay in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, everyone was friendly and helpful. We were two women who stayed here to be nearer to family staying in the area for Easter break. It was clean, bright and cheery. Great breakfast! Nice evening food and soda/pop. Ice water available all the time. Pool is partly inside and partly outside but our family found the temperature to be great. Great looking workout are but we did not use. We enjoyed the hot tub. Great safe area with lots of shopping areas. We will be back!

Easy access to highway. Spacious common areas. Large comfortable room. Quiet location. Well stocked breakfast options. Manager's reception was a nice touch. Need to add USB ports to rooms.

This was my second stay at Drury Burlington and I'll be back again soon! Friendly staff, great facility and convenient location to Elon University.

Location off 40 was great as well as the options around the hotel for food.

Great location! Within walking distance of many restaurants & shopping! Hot breakfast included and happy hour with heavy hor d'oeuvres. Big rooms & clean throughout the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great location for access to Elon University - and right across from the Target and all the other things we needed to get for Freshman drop off.

It is a decent budget hotel, the free breakfast was better than most. The evening reception is a nice touch

I stay at Drury Inns across the country. This one seems to have abbreviated their evening reception. Downer :(. Otherwise, same comfort and amenities relied upon at other Drury sites. Will continue to book accordingly.

It was a very nice stay. Really enjoyed the Kickback dinner and drinks and service was wonderful.

The breakfast and afternoon treats were not as good as we expected from Drury. We have stayed at many and this one was definitely a bit of disappointment related to what and how the food was served.
