I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton. The hotel was new, modern, and the lobby was decorated for the holidays! The room was a good size and easy to share with my sister. The beds were so comfortable, and I loved the blackout curtains to get a great night's sleep. The staff was so kind. Brenda made the breakfast buffet area a nice place to dine. Donetta at the front desk was oh so sweet, and made the check-in so simple. What we all loved the most was the common area in the lobby around the front desk. Wine, Beer, RTD, snacks galore, pizza, ice cream, even popcorn. We played games and laughed all night long. You can even enjoy a game of pool. It's the best place to stay when you are away from home.

Well designed lobby that has everything you need, including a big open work space with lots of seating. They even have a Peloton bike in what is one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing even close to a complaint I have is parking. There's probably just enough spots for each room to have one vehicle in the lot but when there are several big commercial trucks parked across 5 or 6 spots it's very difficult to park. First night I had to park outside of the hotel's lot for this reason. I understand there's a balance to everything and that folks who are traveling with the big trucks also need a place to sleep but maybe just a one car per spot or one, maybe two per room sort of system would prevent a lot of this.

Let me start out by saying, we did enjoy our stay and I would likely stay again. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was great, and we especially loved the lobby. It was a cozy and fun place to hang out. They even had a pool table along with giant checkers to play. With that said, there were a couple of things that were minor inconveniences. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, the beds were uncomfortable, the walls were thin, and I wish there was outside seating so you could enjoy the warm sun. Overall, I wouldn’t let those things stop us from staying again.

New property with all of the amenities I needed. The staff was really well trained, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, shop had anything I'd need, used business computer which was fast. If I travel again to Burlington, I will definitely be staying here.

We had a quick, overnight stay. The room was comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed the pool table in the lobby. Even the 4 legged family member was treated very well with friendly staff and even a treat.

Overall the hotel was clean. Two points though. There were hairs on the rim of the tub. The dryer is kept in a bag. How often is that cleaned? Breakfast was mediocre. The pancake maker did not work. There was no half and half. I think the eggs tasted like they were made from powdered eggs. The sausage was not good. The bed was wonderful. I could not figure out how to get the hand held shower wand to work.

The staff was very helpful and friendly upon check-in. The overall feel of the place was nice, however, I discovered that my sheets had not been laundered. There was a stain on the sheets. I'm still waiting to hear from someone after I left a message and mentioned this to the front desk this morning. So not overly impressed.

Bro when I checked into the room, both bed had hair on them and then on top of it, I called to switch rooms and they said they didn't have any so instead of having someone come and switch sheets and pillow covers out, they made me do it. If I wanted to change my own sheets and make my own bed I would've just done it myself.

Good assortment of snack and drink options. Lobby was kept very clean. However, rooms have constant-on air units, which I found to be noisy and sleep disruptive. I would prefer the option to disable this feature.

I’d never been to a Tru by Hilton before and wanted to know how it was different. It’s a very neat idea. Very basic amenities with modern, fun decor. It just wasn’t my thing because I prefer all the comforts, lol, but It did the trick for the night I needed. Staff was great and check in/out was a breeze.

I would have given our stay a 5 star, however, the only reason why I didn't was because the bed mattress was a cheap and very hard mattress. Other than that, everything else was great. The woman who checked us in that evening, I want to say her name was Amina, was great. Wonderful customer service and cordial.

The staff could not have been nicer. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and have never been greeted by someone so friendly. Later, I had a small issue with the room. I called the front desk and the attendant (a different person - also delightful) had it sorted in under 5 minutes. Truly exceptional. The hotel is nice, clean, and as good as any Fairfield, Holiday Inn Express, etc. But the team is just GREAT.

It was a busy weekend at the hotel and the manager called me ahead of time to let me know they didn't have any more 2 queen rooms available (even though that's what I booked), she offered us 2 king rooms for no extra charge instead. Great, but there was some confusion with another employee about this when we arrived, as it was late and the manager had left, but all worked out in the end. Would stay again.

I loved my stay and the property… only thing is the Affordable Suites that’s below the property is a drug trashiest place which lost of crime happen… and then the moonshiner Z Bar beside the property is trashy , maybe gate off the property and make the guest feel a little safer…

We had a lovely stay at the Tru by Hilton Burlington. The atmosphere is family-oriented and the staff were all welcoming and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. We would be happy to stay with them again.
