Econo Lodge Fredericksburg

The room carpet was dirty and the only chair was stained. We could not get the tv to turn on. But, the major problem, which we did not discover until late, was that the spigot in the bathtub would NOT turn on. So, no bath or shower. There was mold around the base of the bathtub. We only stayed one night so it could not be remedied before we left. When I explained to the staff, she said she would look into it. Please note: we were not expecting a 4 star hotel. We just wanted a clean, USABLE, room. It was room 134 if anyone cares.

Older place but nice. Well kept up

I believe the staff is trying hard but the rooms my cousin and I occupied were in urgent need of maintenance. The shower faucets in both rooms required a very hard pull to operate. One of these days a water pipe will give way. I believe replacing the cartridge in the faucet will fix the problem.

Nice place

Breakfast menu was all store bought items. Nothing fresh. Hot water ran for a couple of minutes before it got cold. Called front desk and they said when there are a lot of guest it goes out quickly. Never had this happen at a hotel EVER. And we have stayed at many, many hotels of all different stars levels.
