Great location at the bottom of Bermondsey street, close to good cafes and bars and restaurants. Lovely big apartment and amazingly quiet for its location.

Had a very good family stay here. Good value for money and acceptable location once we got our bearings. Not too far from London bridge. Glad we were supplied with fans during hot stay. Good shop and food options nearby. Lots of noise from passing ambulances due to hospital nearby but couldn't be helped. Would recommend and stay again

The apartment is conveniently located with good access to public transport and London’s main sights, making it a good base for exploring the city. Check-in was straightforward, and communication with the hosts was generally ok. The apartment was very warm during the summer. Fans were provided, but opening the windows to cool the rooms wasn’t a practical option because of the heavy road noise outside, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Unfortunately, our stay was then significantly affected by a mouse that appeared on the bed one night while I was in it. This understandably made our family very anxious and affected our sleep for the remainder of our stay. After we reported the incident, no offer was made to relocate us or otherwise help us for the remainder of our stay. The hosts later advised that they could not find any signs of mice and that they would continue to monitor the property. However, the incident itself was not resolved for us, and no compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered despite the significant impact it had on our stay. The location is the property’s strongest point, but unfortunately the very warm apartment, the mouse incident, and the lack of a satisfactory resolution meant the stay fell well below our expectations.

Lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance. Space is sparse on amenities, don’t plan on cooking, no air conditioning so do not recommend for summer visits.

Location was great. Near Bermonsdy which has a bunch of great restaurants, etc. Apartment was clean outside of normal rental wear and tear, beds were comfy, bathrooms stocked. Couple things to note, bedrooms overlook Tower Road. So it can be noisy at night. The windows closed block a decent amount of the noise and it is London so you know it’s going to be a bit noisy at night. However the big thing is there is no AC. We were there during a really hot spell in July and it was almost impossible to sleep because of the heat. I’m sure it’s fine most of the time but it was enough to ensure I always book places with AC going forward for summer holidays. There was also very minimal water pressure. Maybe this was just our unit. Would I stay here again? No. But if you’re there during off summer you’ll probably enjoy it.
