Cet établissement nommé "hotel" n'a vraiment que le nom, il s'agit en réalité d'un airbnb. L'accès est facile et la localisation idéale, mais les chambres n'ont même pas de produits de toilette. Au vu du prix cela pourrait être amélioré.

-great hotel room -bathroom shower was great, and everything was clean -all the essentials that were giving such a hair dryer,tv, kettle, microwave worked perfectly -bed is very comfortable but could use more pillows for people that want them. -no washing up liquid to wash dishes (which I think should be giving in the room. Not asking for anything expensive just something to wash dishes with) -no details on how to use areas of the room such as fans (fan did not work ,air con which didn’t work after trying to turn on -not great on replying to messages on the app -no details on how to get into room -no details on free internet

フロントが無いホテルです。膝が悪いので、低層階のリクエストが出来ているのは確認済みなのに3階でした。 チェックインの為のメールが当日の夜しか届きませんでした。エレベーターが無く、スーツケースを持って上がるのに30分以上かかりました。 チェックインメールの前に電気点検のお知らせメールが来て、勝手に部屋に入るから了承してくれとのこと。 いや、その前に部屋はどこなの？ じゃあ、タオルを交換してって返信しました。タオルはそのままでした。 電気点検の後、シャワーが出なくなっていました。 シャワー無しで体だけキッチンで拭いてチェックアウトしました。 もう2度と利用しないと思います。

The price was really low and the room was ...acceptable! Great location with pretty streets and good restaurants and coffee shops. Be prepared to carry baggage up a few flights of stairs, and to shower in a capsule bathroom. No human will greet you; check-in is all through key codes. Great for one night if you just need an OK place to sleep in London.

That was a small studio in a good place not far from the Hyde park, with small stove and small appliances inside + everything you need to make a breakfast or a diner. A lot of different stores and small restaurants around, really close to the subway station. But not the cleanest floor, broken toilet door lock, cracked walls and smoking neighbors. That's what you pay the low price for.

Very small room with a kitchenette and a broken TV. Only one of the five electrical outlets worked, and there was no space to leave clothes or unpack, like a wardrobe. I tried to contact them to report the kitchenette issue, but they didn't respond.

There was absolutely no communication from the host. For starters the heater itself was broken and it was very cold at night. The room is mouldy and wet. I have asked the host multiple questions and i was met with nothing. No response. I tried to call the host and got no answer. The bed is extremley close to the ceiling and the room above is so close to said ceiling that you can hear everything. Speaking of. The people staying on top were being extremly noisy from a very early hour (6-7 am). Once again tried to contact the host to ask them to turn it down and was met with no response. This room is extremly expensive for what it is and its overall a dissapointment. The only thing saving it is its location being somewhat central. If you were looking to book this room my advice is to look for something else.

La chambre était très sale. Pas isolé, vétusté, chambre dégradé. Pas de réception ni aucun contact avec personne… partie commune très très sale. Attention ils mentionnent des grands lits, ils sont en 130cm…. Très petits… Lit pas du tout confirtable. Je ne vous recommande pas cette hébergement. qualité prix médiocre

My main issue is that the wifi never worked during my whole 3 day stay despite multiple attempts to fix the issue with staff. My building manager was really friendly and tried to help, but ultimately he couldn't fix it. I asked the company for a refund to pay for an EE hotspot and the they never got back to me about it despite multiple follow-ups. I'm still waiting for Expedia to follow up on a partial refund for me. I also felt the room was misrepresented in the photos. While the pictures made it look clean and bright, the walls were incredibly dirty and scuffed. The stairs in the main area of the building were absolutely filthy. I would definitely avoid this place if possible.

Liked: It was convenient to the underground. Disliked: the place was filthy and not at all like the photos. Also, my entire family had bedbugs by the end of the trip. I would not recommend this place.

This place was utterly filthy and disgusting. The carpet in the common walkway was heavily stained. The unit itself looked nothing like the photos. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the paint, and sticky floors. We tried to get a refund from the manager, but never heard back. This place should be shut down!!!

Le rapport qualité/prix pour deux nuits OK. Mais l’appartement est situé au niveau -1, présence de l'odeur de l'humidité et d'enfermement malgré d'installation d'un déshumidificateur. Wifi fonctionne bien, la literie est bonne. Petit équipement à rajouter est nécessaire pour se sentir confortable.

Por donde empiezo?... Para empezar el lugar no es cómodo, no hay donde poner tu maleta, se ofrece para 3 personas pero caben 2 apenas, hay una cama matrimonial con un colchón muy blando y un sillón individual qué se convierte en la cama más incomoda que haz conocido, el piso estaba grasoso, pegajoso, se sentía sucio, la alfombra de las escaleras sucia, había insectos y nos mordieron, nuestros vecinos fumando dentro de la habitación y se pasaba todo el humo, un escándalo terrible hasta las 4am que no se podía dormir, se escucha todos los pasos y murmullos. Es muy fácil entrar a la propiedad pero no hay nadie a quien hacerle llegar los comentarios, definitivamente si eres una pareja joven de amigos lo recomiendo por la ubicación y el costo, en mi caso no lo recomiendo porque viajé con mi esposa y mi padre, como podrás imaginar no fué nada agradable la experiencia y levantaré una reclamación.

Pros: - Good central location - Lots of amenities and restaurants around - Room was clean, provided extra bedding - Bathroom clean - Provided ample cups and cutlery Cons - Provided no information regarding the check-in process, I had to escalate through Expedia to get some details. No information was shared with me until an hour before check-in - No reception AND no customer service available. Was told to message through Expedia but none of my messages were responded. Tried calling the numver provided but no-one answered my calls. - Wifi provided didn't work. Had to go hunting around the property to find a Wifi box that worked - Ceiling for the double bed is INCREDIBLY low, basically have to crawl to and from bed Overall, if you're desperate and need somewhere last, which was the case for me, then this is somewhat passable if you have no issues. The lack of customer service is incredibly concerning so book with caution.

La stanza era molto diversa dalle foto e si trovava nel seminterrato, con una finestra impossibile da aprire, visto che dava su una corte minuscola dove tutti potevano vederti. The property lacks a front desk, and they failed to respond to any emails or phone calls before checking in. To make matters worse, the room didn’t match the advertised pictures. It’s a complete scam. The worst part is the infestation of bugs. There are so many of them, and they bite all over my body. This facility should be shut down immediately.

There was absolutely no communication from the host. For starters the heater itself was broken and it was very cold at night. The room is mouldy and wet. I have asked the host multiple questions and i was met with nothing. No response. I tried to call the host and got no answer. The bed is extremley close to the ceiling and the room above is so close to said ceiling that you can hear everything. Speaking of. The people staying on top were being extremly noisy from a very early hour (6-7 am). Once again tried to contact the host to ask them to turn it down and was met with no response. This room is extremly expensive for what it is and its overall a dissapointment. The only thing saving it is its location being somewhat central. If you were looking to book this room my advice is to look for something else.

My main issue is that the wifi never worked during my whole 3 day stay despite multiple attempts to fix the issue with staff. My building manager was really friendly and tried to help, but ultimately he couldn't fix it. I asked the company for a refund to pay for an EE hotspot and the they never got back to me about it despite multiple follow-ups. I'm still waiting for Expedia to follow up on a partial refund for me. I also felt the room was misrepresented in the photos. While the pictures made it look clean and bright, the walls were incredibly dirty and scuffed. The stairs in the main area of the building were absolutely filthy. I would definitely avoid this place if possible.

-great hotel room -bathroom shower was great, and everything was clean -all the essentials that were giving such a hair dryer,tv, kettle, microwave worked perfectly -bed is very comfortable but could use more pillows for people that want them. -no washing up liquid to wash dishes (which I think should be giving in the room. Not asking for anything expensive just something to wash dishes with) -no details on how to use areas of the room such as fans (fan did not work ,air con which didn’t work after trying to turn on -not great on replying to messages on the app -no details on how to get into room -no details on free internet

That was a small studio in a good place not far from the Hyde park, with small stove and small appliances inside + everything you need to make a breakfast or a diner. A lot of different stores and small restaurants around, really close to the subway station. But not the cleanest floor, broken toilet door lock, cracked walls and smoking neighbors. That's what you pay the low price for.

The room was to small, the shower was so bad and the humid was terrible, no AC and a fan that did very little. The were cracks in the wall and not enough pillows. Over all a very bad hotel, I’m sure they have nicer rooms but you should not have too pay much more for it.
