Great stay in a relatively new hotel. Location is ideal as it is in a quieter area of Hanoi. However, it still has easy access amd very close to all parts of the city. Highly recommend.

I stayed for three nights. The staff were incredibly friendly; I especially appreciated Lucas, who always greeted me with a smile and offered a glass of cold water whenever I returned to the hotel after a day out. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

What a fantastic hotel. Service was incredible - nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was lovely. The only downside is the bedrooms are quite small

Very comfy beds, excellent staff, great breakfast, great size room for 3 people. Only drawback is that mezzanine floor room that was allocated to us didn’t have a proper window. They showed us alternative rooms but they were too tiny for 3 of us. So the staff tried their best I must admit. We decided to stay on the same floor due to the size of the room. Also we were out most of the time so it didn’t really matter. Quan the front office manager, Bobby, Drake they were all very very helpful. Excellent service from all staff. Very welcoming indeed
