What a great hotel! It was clean, quiet, funky, and a perfect place to stay while in Denver! Staff was responsive and super helpful, and having free parking was the cherry on top! We will be back!

The hotel was fun and the decorations were very whimsical. Our unit was large, very comfortable, and the vibrating adjustible bed was great after a long day of sightseeing. They provided snacks. The roof terrace was a bonus for lounging at night.

Room was nicely appointed, and was a good location for walking to various activities. Good neighborhood, and we enjoyed how easy it was to walk to 16th street mall, and was also nice to have FREE parking.

If you're looking for a cool boutique hotel in this part of Denver this is the place for you. Brand new, great condition, reasonable price plus free parking right next to the building. Easy walk to good restaurants, very safe even at night. The self check-in went very smoothly. All the furnishings are carefully chosen and each room is unique so take your time to see what's available. I stayed in the Story room which was a loft style space with a spiral staircase going from the downstairs living room/kitchen area to the bed upstairs. There's also access to a shared space on the upper floor with a full kitchen and patio. The owner is very nice and introduced himself. Going to remember this for future stays in Denver!

What a great idea for a hotel. Got to meet the owner and he set me up with nearby restaurants and everything I needed. The hotel is brand new and off the chart cool. I am used to staying at expensive hotels but I will be back to this gem next year. And by the way while staying there, go visit the US Mint which is about 2 minutes away. Rooms are soundproof, and everything you need is right there. I initially that that having an automated hotel would be odd, but it worked out perfectly. The owner is always around and a great guy. And finally, think about the concept of free parking downtown in Denver-- don't just think about it-enjoy it here.

The room had a fun vibe, snacks in the lobby were yummy, and free parking with a pleasant walk to DCPA, dinner and coffee was great. Room got very warm, especially the sleeping loft, despite our efforts to adjust the thermostat. Still a very good stay!

Place was cute, area was pretty far from most restaurants and bars. Property itself was nice and clean. I️ was unable to get ahold of any property managers when needed. Also, they have automatic soap dispensers in the bathrooms that did not work so I️ kind of had to just stick my hand in a vat of soap?

I was so impressed with the cleanliness, layout, and use of space! And I loved a keycode to get in the building, hallway, and room. It felt safe, yet no need to pack a room key. I'll stay again!

Great room and ambiance I would’ve given it a 5 stars but when my code wasn’t working it took them 4 hours to finally answer my call for help. Please have someone readily available for situations like this. Also there was no hand soap machine that worked so I had to go out to buy some.

I understand (and appreciate) the model of having no employees on site, but as a result I was left to put up with things that didn't work. There was no body wash in the shower, for instance (I used the hand soap), and I could not get two of the three remotes to work (including the one controlling the room temperature).

Room was perfect. From the decor, to the cleanliness, and everything the little hotel had to offer. It will be the only place I choose to stay at for my next trip to Denver. I felt safe and locked in through every door. Great first experience in Denver and that was also due to my hotel of choice :)

This place was adorable! And extremely nice and comfortable. I stayed in the Love Suit, which was a little loft. The bed was insanely comfy and I wish I could have stayed in it for days. The little kitchen had everything you could need and was so cute. My ONLY complaint was that the water temp in the shower was sort of whack. It took 10-15 minutes for the water to stop being freezing cold but then after the water was running for a while there was no way for me to cool it down. Idk why that would be but honestly it was more funny than anything else.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Check-in was seamless, the room décor was very fun, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well. I needed to contact the manager after realizing I’d made a mistake with my reservation, and he was responsive, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. I also ran into a staff member on-site, and she was just as lovely and welcoming. Excellent customer service all around. And the free parking makes this place an exceptional value!

Very nice property with off street parking! Cute room with a comfy zero- gravity massaging bed. Very secure. I'd highly recommend staying here. Much more cozy than an average hotel room. Even has a little kitchenette!

Convenient location. A lot of attention to detail. Very nice room, cool paintings and very comfy bed. They provided eye masks and ear plugs, which made sense because the walls were thin but did not bother us, there was not a lot of movement at night. Parking was simple to get to as well. Overall very happy with the stay!

The location was amazing! Room was good but we had issues with the heat and AC so we sent a text, and within 20 minutes we were in a new room down the hall! The owner or manager was great and accomodated us without any other issues. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Didn't know what I was getting into booking this hotel just two weeks before a work conference I had to attend in Denver, but it was a delightful surprise to stay at such a kooky, warm place even though I was visiting on a work budget period the loft is very comfortable and cozy, and the decorations are a very nice touch. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I appreciated the massaging feature. The only thing I would say is be very careful with the stairs to the loft bedroom, that's a hard fall if you miss a step.

I had a lovely stay here! As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. I felt like I was staying in an artist’s apartment rather than a standard, boring hotel, complete with kitchenette amenities, a record player, and an anti-gravity bed. Anton, one of the owners, was especially helpful and kind to me. For the artsy aesthetic, convenient location, and easy communication, the price was great! If I ever visit Denver again, I will come back here!

I was greeted at the door by the owner/manager, who was very nice. I had a question or two about the place and he answered satisfactorily. The hotel is very new and modern and hip. Excellent facilities in the room.

Eclectic, artistic place with great style and comfortable rooms. The upstairs suites have open air decks with city views, great to hang out. Close to everything downtown, especially arts and theater districts. They're just getting started so there were a few things that were still buggy, but well worth the stay, and I'd stay here again!

Rooms are cute and unique, but the area around it felt wildly unsafe. It’s not well lit, and it’s a pretty much a ghost town around it. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel super safe.

Room was nicely appointed, and was a good location for walking to various activities. Good neighborhood, and we enjoyed how easy it was to walk to 16th street mall, and was also nice to have FREE parking.

If you're looking for a cool boutique hotel in this part of Denver this is the place for you. Brand new, great condition, reasonable price plus free parking right next to the building. Easy walk to good restaurants, very safe even at night. The self check-in went very smoothly. All the furnishings are carefully chosen and each room is unique so take your time to see what's available. I stayed in the Story room which was a loft style space with a spiral staircase going from the downstairs living room/kitchen area to the bed upstairs. There's also access to a shared space on the upper floor with a full kitchen and patio. The owner is very nice and introduced himself. Going to remember this for future stays in Denver!

Great place for our stay in Denver. Free Parking a big perk and a short walk to the Convention Center where the event we were there for was. Owner was very responsive as well!

The room had a fun vibe, snacks in the lobby were yummy, and free parking with a pleasant walk to DCPA, dinner and coffee was great. Room got very warm, especially the sleeping loft, despite our efforts to adjust the thermostat. Still a very good stay!

A lovely hotel room set up like an apartment. Ultra-comfortable adjustable bed in the loft. The walls are a little thin, but the owner, A., preemptively provided ear plugs and a sleep mask. Great kitchen set-up with a microwave, mini fridge, hot plate, coffee maker with k-cups, and all the kitchen utelsils and dishes you need. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was fun and the decorations were very whimsical. Our unit was large, very comfortable, and the vibrating adjustible bed was great after a long day of sightseeing. They provided snacks. The roof terrace was a bonus for lounging at night.

Absolute adorable! Charming and unique. No staff but love the easy contactless check in. This place is new, stocked with everything you need, and zero gravity bed and rainfall shower = the best! Wish we were staying longer.

Very nice property with off street parking! Cute room with a comfy zero- gravity massaging bed. Very secure. I'd highly recommend staying here. Much more cozy than an average hotel room. Even has a little kitchenette!

Not well stocked, though—there was one coffee pod the day I checked in. I asked for more and was told they’d restock the room, but no one did. I took a few from the common area, but that supply was low, too. The concept for this hotel is great, but more attention to detail would make the experience excellent.

Lucky to have stayed here. Someone did a lot of work to make a big little experience for the guests. I would say if you have a hard time with stairs the spiral staircase to the loft may not work for you, but it worked for me, so cool.
