First of all it might be located inside Birmingham airport if you want a taxi or Uber or bolt to pick you up or drop you there forget it they ain’t coming. Don’t stop outside you will get a ticket of £100 the car park is £55 per night the rooms are so basic I’m surprised there was a bed in there it’s beyond budget and quite frankly for £20 more I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel would I recommend this hotel no staff are friendly but it’s totally inconvenient and overpriced

While this hotel is minutes walk from the airport there is no parking even for pickup and drop off. The rooms are compact. One bed, one bench. The toilet is so small you cant open your legs but the shower was hot and good water pressure. There are only 2 elevators which make it difficult to get up to your room. We arrived just before a mega crowd arrived. The line for reception was out the door and around the building. Not ideal if it is raining or blowing a gale. The food in the restaurant are at airport prices so come prepared. That being said, the room served its purpose of letting us rest being continuing on our journey.

The rooms are a great option for an overnight stay before flying, the rooms are clean and tidy. However they are very basic and small/poorly designed. Bathroom design is wasted space. Don’t like that you have to go to the first floor for tea & coffee instead of having it to use at your leisure, in your room. TV is tiny. The bed was comfy but no extra pillows. The staff were slow at the restaurant and breakfast was very expensive if you don’t pre book it.

Went to NEC for a concert and wasn't expecting much from this budget hotel. So I was very surprised how nice the lounge area was! Staff couldn't have been friendlier and the room was small and basic but warm and comfortable with a good shower. It was also very clean. We had a great sleep and an excellent quality breakfast. Great stay and happy to recommend this Ibis Budget Hotel.

Stopped at the hotel prior to a flight the following morning. The bunk bed bedding was in poor condition covered in stains. I had to queue to get replacement bedding. Fryers were not working so not much food choice plus tables were left untidy. The queue to the bar was very slow indeed. Otherwise it was ok. Helpful staff that sorted the bedding issue however no apology was given.

Room was covered in hair up in the bunk bed. We had a disability room and was no lock on the bathroom. We didn’t need a disabled room, and was awkward to shower a child in. The bunk bed was not made up, so when asked at reception, we were given laundry packs and had to make the bed ourselves.

1st room was so dirty that I asked to be moved to another - not what you really want to do when you check in at 1am. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned - visible brown marks and the bin hasn’t even been emptied. :-(

The room was not great. The toilet was tiny, sink was in the main room, the shower light only came on with the main lights so it was difficult to shower while not waking my spouse up. The bunk bed was positioned so I banged my head several times, and the bedside shelves were tiny. The blind did not have a cord attached so could not be retracted.

Tiny room just about big enough for 1 person with 2 or 3 coat hangers, bed was ok, shower was small and cramped, all in all it was pretty basic and the price reflects the convenience of being next door to the airport not the quality of the hotel.

Excellent budget location for access to Birmingham airport, AirRail to train station, NEC and Resorts World. Good size room, comfortable bed, nice compact shower. Nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Blackout blind in room a bit awkward and fiddly to open. No plug socket next to bed.

Checked in online prior to our 03.30 am arrival. Key wasn’t ready & check in took 15 mins. Next morning tea & coffee facilities on the 1st floor was trashed with no stock. Had to get a staff member to replenish. We were on the 8th floor which meant the tea was cold after waiting for the lift & going from floor 1 to 8. Why not have tea & coffee on all floors & someone to check them!

The staff on were absolutely superb and went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. A special mention is due to Kiera for her incredible kindness. The property is superbly located for the airport which made travelling solo with a toddler much easier after a flight cancellation. To say that the hotel must be very busy most of the time, the staff treat you as if you matter and are not simply another quick visiting guest.

O had to proof each time what my room number was and my name because each time coming in and out of the airport i had to get the card reactivated and it was a pain so it needs to be better organised on that sense.

Very welcoming at Reception, we had a couple of problems with the room which they sorted out very quickly. Very impressed with them both. The hotel is very convenient for the Terminals at Birmingham airport even more so if you have an early flight

We checked in after a late flight. Having the 24 hour reception was great but the receptionist was a bit unfriendly and gave no info at all, just passed us the key and left us to it hardly spoke.

This hotel is very convenient for the very early flights from Birmingham Airport as you can walk direct to the terminal in about 2 mins. From alarm at 2.50am to beers in the lounge was under 30 mins.

The property is very close to the airport and to the train station. The staff was very nice especially the Filipina receptionist. The food was actually good, we were surprised by that. We slept well, I find the bed comfortable.

For an overnight stay before an early flight, the Ibis Budget at Birmingham Airport really ticked the boxes and was literally across the road from our Maple valet parking drop off. It's not luxurious but perfectly adequate. Then a three minute walk to the terminal the following morning. Great stuff!

The room was as expected as we have stayed here before. However, we had a meal in the restaurant and I can only say it was horrible. Will not be eating here again simply because it was very expensive and didn’t live up to any expectations i had.

I booked for BHM airport as I had a ridiculously early flight. I was surprised at how pleasant it was especially the bar area which was lively with good service and friendly staff. The room was fine basic but had towels and soaps. The tv didn’t work but I wasn’t that bothered.

The rooms are a great option for an overnight stay before flying, the rooms are clean and tidy. However they are very basic and small/poorly designed. Bathroom design is wasted space. Don’t like that you have to go to the first floor for tea & coffee instead of having it to use at your leisure, in your room. TV is tiny. The bed was comfy but no extra pillows. The staff were slow at the restaurant and breakfast was very expensive if you don’t pre book it.

Went to NEC for a concert and wasn't expecting much from this budget hotel. So I was very surprised how nice the lounge area was! Staff couldn't have been friendlier and the room was small and basic but warm and comfortable with a good shower. It was also very clean. We had a great sleep and an excellent quality breakfast. Great stay and happy to recommend this Ibis Budget Hotel.

This a budget hotel but NOT budget prices. My room was £119 for one night. Room 430 smelt of sewerage and was moved room. Basic room with double bed and bunk bed above it. Toilet is in a cupboard and shower is a plastic pod. Really horrible. I travel a lot and one of the worst hotels ve stayed in. Staff were lovely but hotel is basic as hell and based on a 'get them in and out model'. Bar food was horrid - chicken ceasar salad with a breaded chicken burger slapped on top of it - couldn't check out quick enough

Excellent budget location for access to Birmingham airport, AirRail to train station, NEC and Resorts World. Good size room, comfortable bed, nice compact shower. Nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Blackout blind in room a bit awkward and fiddly to open. No plug socket next to bed.

The shower pressure was excellent. The rooms definately budget but just what you need for a night before early flight. Restaurant bar area on site good. And parking opposite (at a charge)

Hotel was nice and clean. We booked a triple room for the night before our flight but the room wasn’t really big enough/suitable for 3 adults. One of the beds was a bunk bed and also the shower cubicle was straight out of the bedroom area so no privacy/room for getting dried.
