Grounds were littered, elevator broken, every single person in line behind me came back 2 to 3 times with room issues. Door jams are broken on many doors. The first person that checked me in had a blunt on the counter. No towels, no blankets... the second person Donna was helpful and refunded room right away as there was a child in our room. We just couldnt stay.

Check-in with a reservation took over 1 hours. LOTS of paperwork and a $100 security deposit was required that should be refunded in 3 days...I hope. Room was clean but smelled strongly of a disinfectant that my husband and I both had allergic reaction to. Room had a refrigerator, stove, and microwave but no coffeepot - the only thing we wanted. Also no coffee in the lobby. We also had 1 set of towels for 2 people and couldn't get another because they "were out". Some windows in other units were broken. Definitely don't advise staying here

Room drenched w/ bleach. We had to keep the door open to dry the floors/bathroom. Faucets rusty/old. Staircase was full of trash/dirty, condom on 2cd floor staircase, guy on a bike on 2cd floor staring at us. We stayed there only to sleep & use the bathroom. We left early & came back late. Room just need to be updated w/ faucets, bed, sheets

Very run down, no garbage can in room , faucets all leaked and had no handles, fridge froze food. People approaching me for battery cables and assisting them. Normally I would help but the whole vibe of the place is unsafe. Stairwells had garbage in them but they were well lit. Would never stay here again and would not recommend it.

Parking lot was dirty in unsafe conditions. People getting high, probation officers looking for people , and woke up to a vandalized car. Room was not clean and very outdated. We only had one towel for two occupants. No trash can. Bed was horrible, springs were broken and there were holes in the bed. This motel needs improvement in safety and cleanliness.

Front desk was not staffed for checking in at 4 pm. Had to wait an hour, and then there was no apology. The staff were way more interested in talking to each other than trying to satisfy the line of people they had kept waiting (in the heat) or even make eye contact with them. A/C was broken in several rooms (though mine worked). No ice machine. My door had clearly been broken into before, although the lock seemed to be functional and secure. Location was convenient (access from highway and access to stores). Bed was comfortable and clean. Relatively low cost.

The hotel was filthy and the room was nasty mold and dirt on all the base boards. I had to ask for towels and the only way I could get one was to turn in the ones I didn’t have.

Crackhead village, nothing like the pictures do not be deceived, smells like raid in the room , didn’t have blankets just a thin sheet , door lock broken , door frame bracketed like cops kicked it in , looks like a homeless village out back , just all in all the worst place ever don’t know how the city lets it stay open they need to shut it down , knock it down and rebuild

It was an AWFUL PLACE. ROACHES. DIRTY TOILET WAS RUNNING ALL NIGHT LONG. THE BED WAS UNEVEN. THE REMOTE DID NOT WORK. PEOPLE STOOD OUTSIDE SMOKING AND DRINKING UNTIL 4am or later. It was AWFUL !!! This hotel should be $40 or less

The curtains look like somebody's brain splattered all over them when I went to close them I also checked the bed for bed bugs were none but the mattress no bed bug protector no protectors on the pillow cases and all they give you is a they did a flat and thin Hospital blanket bathroom was horrific urine hair kitchen was ridiculous to homeless love better than that was the drip Place were disgusting there was trash in the trash can when we got there

The front desk is not accessible. A 9 year old child using a sliding window will help check you in if you're able to find the window. The entire place is absolutely filthy, however the bedding, toilet, sink and tub were clean. . The stair trail is not conneceted

Room was freezing because the heater never worked. Thin blankets on the bed so needless to say didn't sleep much. No hot water in the shower it was Luke warm at best. I understand the property is going thru renovations for new ownership but these are things that management should not rent a room like this.

I made choice of this place due to price and it looked clean online. I was told room was smoke free. Upon arrival, my first room smelled like a bar room. Total smell of smoke, the paint job was horrible, the furniture looked as though it was 3 years old. Not impressed at all. I asked for a different room. Room number 2, oh it gets better, not. Room number two had no working hot water for the shower. I reported it and said I do not want to switch again, it was just rediculous. So I basically took sink sponge baths my remaining days. I could not believe that I had to go to office and turn in dirty towels and ask for more. There were trash bags in the hallways of which people left. You also had to take care of own trash into a dumpster. The place should be condemned. And there also were so bugs crawling around the rooms that I noticed. It was a horrible experience.

Do not book here. If you turn up with a confirmed booking they may not honor it as they will sell the room to anyone that comes in off the street. Terrible service and a shocking business practice.

Staff is always friendly and helpful even though it’s a rougher type neighborhood. Rooms are always clean. Definitely worth the visit. Sarah at the front desk is amazing always willing to help super friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible experience. There was roaches in the bathroom. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. We got locked out of our room from 3am-7am. The key did not work and the front desk was closed. There is no after hour number. The “emergency phone” did not work. We had to wait outside in the cold for 4 hours because our belongings were in the room.

Absolute worst experience ever. My daughter tried to check in at 4pm & they had 0 rooms ready. He told her one would be ready in 3 hours & they'd call us. She had to walk around a new city for 5 hours until I finally called them, because he forgot to call us.She finally goes back to get the key and he gave away our room with 2 beds that we paid for 5 hours earlier. Now I have nowhere to sleep when I get there. Manager isn't there and they have no other rooms.He said they HOPE we will get the correct room in the morning and he THINKS we will be comp'd for that night. Hope? Think? There were active deals going on in the hallways there are children running around no supervision and the adults are smoking things that do not smell like cigarettes. No soap in the bathroom there was mold in the cupboards the floors were very dirty. I left after 1st night. I took photos as documentation. Would NEVER recommend this property. The one staff member at the desk was very nice though.

Upon entering their parking lot, men in “wife beater” T-shirts were standing around. As I left the parking lot, I had to wait for a woman dressed like a hooker to walk past, and then had to hesitate to turn left as a police car was driving into the motel.

Went to Arizona and booked a room here. Don’t let the pictures deceive you, this is the last place you want to end up at. As we were pulling up to the location, we couldn’t see the lobby entrance, it was covered by a couple who was out from with a lot of their belonging. When we walked into the lobby, we paid the $100 deductible, we had a bad feeling about the place, decided to keep going since we had a concert in a few hours. We got a room in the 3rd floor on the other side of the building, we parked and saw many people who looked homeless surrounding the area, some men with their room open, others looking at us from above, we smelled this strong urine smell and the place was really run down. We did not even walk into it because we felt so unsafe, we drove back to the lobby stating our concerns and we got back our deductible and we were promised a refund. It’s been two weeks, no refund, I had to contact Expedia and until today I haven’t heard back from the property. Don’t stay here unless you want to be surrounded by homeless, strong Urine smell, filth.

I'm from out of town and it is an unsafe area. Very dirty outside. All of the pavement is stained with some form of grease. Standing water in the bathroom. I left the lights on at night to keep any bugs away and slept in my clothes. People screaming next door. I won't even ask why some doors are left open at night. All you can expect for $60/night.

The only good is the Staff. The stairwell smells like piss, roaches everywhere, crackheads surround the place at night and the walls are super thin. I could hear the other room clearly. At one point, I was being followed by a guy in a bike from the main road to the parking lot. I got out and starred at him to see what he wanted to do but he took off. I do not recommend at all. Not even for an emergency. I reserved for a week, I only stayed two days.

Front desk was not staffed for checking in at 4 pm. Had to wait an hour, and then there was no apology. The staff were way more interested in talking to each other than trying to satisfy the line of people they had kept waiting (in the heat) or even make eye contact with them. A/C was broken in several rooms (though mine worked). No ice machine. My door had clearly been broken into before, although the lock seemed to be functional and secure. Location was convenient (access from highway and access to stores). Bed was comfortable and clean. Relatively low cost.
