Upset because we specifically picked this property due to the indoor pool. Then got there and the pool was closed. They said we could use the pool at next door property, but it rained all weekend and they had an outdoor pool. There was no ice in the ice machine. I will not book this hotel again. Nor will I recommend it to others.

Overall the Hotel was nice and clean, unfortunately the Pool was not operating and I had a child with me looking forward to using it, furthermore, the shower curtain pole in our room was broken and the shower curtain would not close making the bathroom floor wet and slippery. Lastly, the toilet was not flushing properly.

We were told that the hotel had changed owners. The laundry room & ice maker were non-operational. We were told by one female worker at the front desk that we could get more towels once the dryer was done. However, when we came down after 10 pm, a male front desk clerk in his 20s was at the front desk. He told us there weren't any towels. We explained his co-worker from earlier said there were. Another guest came looking for towel and was told there were towels once they dried in the dryer. The front desk clerk then told us to check at noon the next day. He was playing loud rap music. He didn't check for the towels till after the second guest. The dumpster outside in the parking lot was unkempt. We did enjoy the pool which was open till midnight. Housekeeping was very helpful.

The pictures were definitely old or fake. We picked this location for the indoor pool but it was not in working condition but the whole 1st floor reeked of chlorine. The breakfast choices were very limited. It lacks effort and shows the corners that they cut in efforts to save money. Every time we pulled in the parking lot it was always a car or two parked with someone seating in there as if they were making drug transactions. Hotel was definitely not what I thought it would be. The good thing was that both employees that we interacted with were pleasant!

It was a nice stay for weekend, the pool was closed, i was overcharged a couple of times. Breakfast wasn’t that pleasing but decent room could be a little bit nicer.

I stayed one night in this hotel (thank God). It smelled horrible. Staff did not have manors or any kind of professionalism so to in their approach on the phone or in person. Rooms were dirty (curtains, bath tubs, sheets. I used my own blankets and sheets. The “breakfast” was pitiful and at weird hours. The $100 deposit was never disclosed until I arrived and it was more than my stay there, and even the front desk seemed afraid to bring it up because even they know it’s ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

Discusses to the max! bed bugs, ants all on the restroom crawling all over the walls , stains on sheets. Worse part no manager available on the property. Guy at the counter just said I’ll make a report didn’t apologize about the horrible stay nor did he try and make it right.

Breakfast was served late on weekends and no coffee available in the morning. So I didn’t get to eat. My room key didn’t work the second night. So I had to stay in line and wait 45 minutes for the new arriving guest to get a new card. Therefore list another hour of sleep. The cleaning crew left a bunch of hair in the tub and sink. Absolutely disgusting. I suspected they were using my room to take showers and wash their hair. Also all the caps were missing from my hair products. They were probably using them too. My laptop was unbuckled and appeared to be removed when I returned. Probably looking for money. Lucky they didn’t steal my laptop. They switched towels the 2nd night from full bath towels to medium used hair towels that were so thin , you could see through them. Therefore, they didn’t dry me off very well. I have photos of all the long hair left in the tub and sink. I’m sure they were using my room to use the shower and sink as I have short hair that doesn’t fall out. Also , shady characters hang out in the parking lot late at night and early in the morning. I saw a car missing tires and up on a tripod. So park at your own risk.

We booked a three night stay through Expedia as a bundle booking in March 2025. This hotel has no name as advertised outside the building. Unclean/sticky floor all over including elevator floors. Inside our room no TV, no towels. Sticky bathroom counter top, sticky bathroom floor. Carpet feels yucky. And worst of all, multiple bed bugs crawling at night Ruined our night of sleep and ruined our plan next day due to no sleep. Then requested to check out next morning after “one night stay” with no sleep and requested full refund, was denied. Even partial refund was not granted. Email follow ups and requests to speak to upper management were ignored totally. We ended up threw away some of our clothes. Came home did crazy clean up including luggage. Worst hotel experience in life! Do not stay in this hotel!

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room looked okay at first glance, but later that night I discovered cockroaches crawling around – on the floor, near the bed, and even in the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting and made me feel very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep properly knowing there were bugs everywhere. I informed the front desk, but they didn’t seem very surprised or concerned, and didn’t offer any real solution besides a half-hearted apology. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they fix their pest problem. Definitely not worth the money.

The room, particularly the bathroom was run down.Dripping tub faucet, slow drain in sink, and toilet that required 2 flushes to go down. The bathtub had area that were chipped. Just gross. The tv had a gray shadow in the center distorting the picture. Room had a musty smell. Would not recommend.

Liked the silence/privacy, the bed and staff from receptionist to the maids they greet you and respectful and also I loved the coffee. Didnt like I couldn't connect the WIFI to my laptop and from my week only one day there was breakfast, not just coffee but... glad the coffee made my mornings go greater. The AC filter may need some replacement because sometimes smell like humidity/dirt.

The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. The fan in the window a/c unit, squeaked all the time! The traffic noise was so loud, we thought the window was open and it was actually closed! No remote for the TV, and when we asked the front desk for a remote, they said we had to wait until the next day for maintenance to fix it! The next day, with a different person on the front desk, that person immediately brought us one! Overall, it wasn’t very clean and I wouldn’t recommend staying in this place.

I came here about 10 weeks ago, right after Sonesta took over. They have done substantial improvements in rooms, toiletries, etc. Very impressed. Also try to get rooms not facing the interstte. Can get kind of noisy with traffic.

Noisy during night because it is close to I-10, one-way main entrance you have to getting into the hotel by taking a U turn at a far-far-away intersection if you head to south from 6. The thick lady at front desk is not nice, fairly rude. The rest of them are just fine.

We left an electric in the room and the receptionist was kind enough to let us go back up for it. The breakfast was a little sad. The front sign being out made it a little hard to see the turn off from the frontage road.

Thé outside of the property seemed a little run down. We weren’t sure if we were at the right place because of the signage. In fact, I don’t recall seeing a sign with the hotel name. The decor inside was typical but comfortable and it was very clean. For the price I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. Lots of space to park, very clean room. There is no shops nearby, and it’s one way road there and it’s kind of easy to miss your turn to the hotel cause there is no signs on this hotel, that was the only inconvenient thing there, but I liked my stay there a lot.

Check in was easy. They take a $100 deposit but get it back at check out if it’s cash. Was told at check in breakfast was from 6-9am but when we came out at 7am there was no breakfast and the lady at the front desk was very rude about it and just shrugged us off and was like “oh well” move on attitude but that’s why we booked the place. It looked like an amazing breakfast especially for a family of three that’s been on the road for several days. Very disappointed with the attitude of the check out lady and having to go out and fork out more money on breakfast when we planned it out to eat at the hotel.

Room was in good condition. But, the breakfast was very very poor. No protein like eggs, sausages were provided. When asked, they said they provide protein only on Fridays. Also, the shower knob was not staying at right force and temperature. It was very difficult to reach desired temperature of water.

Decent hotel but they seem to have a problem with a homeless populous outside in the wooded area. They come in and eat breakfast unchecked. So much so that the food they eat isnt even replaced. Once yogurt is gone it isnt replaced. I think they only put out 6 for the day. Breakfast was a bummer but the staff and my stay were great otherwise.
