Pésimo valet parking…perdieron mis llaves y tardaron 1 hora en buscarlas!!…y a la llegada solo una persona recibiendo los autos…aparte se desapareció mucho tiempo y la fila ya daba la vuelta al hotel…sus toallas dan pena de lo viejas…se sale mucho el agua de la regadera y su aire acondicionado no sirve de repente se sube o se baja y te quema o te congela…le súper urge un gerente que esté al pendiente
