Completely renovated and very clean. Nice room. Lovely, friendly staff! Really nice pool. 4th floor could use some air freshener - doesn’t smell so great from the elevator to the room

The property is clean and the beds are comfy. We were very disappointed in the free breakfast. The same options offered every day with no biscuits or bacon. Our floor and room smelled like drywall dust. The pool needs some work. The staff made up for the downfalls. A very nice Manager and her family had just moved to the area. Great customer service!

Incorrect billing for Expedia reservation cost. Check out cost was corrected but not submitted to cc. Original incorrect has not been corrected. Slabs on roof unsecure and if they drop will land in pool. Pool tiles are breaking off inside pool hazard to bare feet. corrected. No credit to

The place was very clean and nice. When I seen the photos online before booking I was a little skeptical but when we arrived everything looked so much better than the pictures. Staff at check in were very friendly. My only complaint would be getting woke up early by the construction they were doing to the outside of the place but that was just more motivation to get up and get ready to drive to the beach sooner.

The only problem I had was the pool wasn't available. We were looking forwards to having a pool.

The only disappointment was the fitness room was close.

Checked in to hotel and went up to change so kids could go to the pool. Immediately it felt as if they had the heat blowing through the vents in the hallways, and the lights were very dim. Went back down to the pool and got in and the pool was DIGUSTING. Got back out and went back to the room to shower and miraculously the key stopped working (wasn’t even 20 mins from when we initially went into the room). Went back to the front desk and was told someone would come up to look. Stood at my room for about 10 mins waiting for someone, sweating in the hot hallway with my kids, to the point where we decided to go wait in the air conditioned lobby. Eventually went back to the desk to ask when someone was going up to check on my door and she stated she “thought I was waiting for something else” and printed me another key. Went back up and got to my room to shower in which the bathroom was also dirty. The shower wasn’t fully cleaned and had dirt and looked like mildew around the trims of the shower, so me and my kids did a quick shower with our shoes on. Meanwhile my mom called to speak to a manager in which she informed her the pool was out of service and had been for a while, though there was no signs posted nor were we informed. In fact there were other people swimming in the pool when we got there. She was told the manager was busy but would call me to speak with me directly. Packed our things back up and checked out immediately. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Breakfast biscuits and sausage were good. The cheese omelets were very blah. When i arrived for checkin at 3pm there was a sign saying the wait at counter, staff was helping another guest. I waited for 14 minutes and then saw the maintenace man. He went and got the desk cleark. As I was xhexked in the clerk told me there is a $150.00 damage deposit due in addition to the room charge amount stated online. I wasnt happy about it but was told if i wanted to chexk im the $150.00 depoait was required. They said it wouls be returned 5 to 7 days after i check out. The room was nice, mosern with vinyl plank flooring. The floors were a bit sirrt and sticky. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy. When i checked out at 6:30am, i had to wake the front desk cleark who was asleep. Parking was easy, location is good. Overall, id give it a 6 out of 10 rating.

Below IHG standards. Extremely limited breakfast options, limited housekeeping, limited staffing. Room was clean, but A/C condensation leaked on the floor constant, TV did not work properly (we were in and out too much that we didn't worry about it, just left TV off and put towel under A/C). Pool area was unkept, weeds growing, broken furniture, no towels. Pool itself was clean and water was great. When asking for towels for the pool, we were told to go to housekeeping ourselves to find some. Staff was friendly and nice, just few and far in between, possibly new and learning? Just not the experience I'm used to when staying in an IHG property.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but we were very disappointed in our stay. Hair all over the bathroom floor, most of the outdoor doors didn’t work properly. Breakfast buffet was a joke, 8 people waiting to use one microwave. Definitely would not recommend. Cleanliness was a 2/10.

Customer service was great. Surprisingly the room was spacious and very clean. Parking lot was overall dirty filled with trash and feces. Never saw anyone maintained the driveway and the landscape. Lighting on the lot was horrible so i never felt safe. Overall appearance was poor since it was adjacent to several restaurants and fast food. So all the dumpsters and garbage stunk up the vicinity. Breakfast was really horrible. The service and the room was their saving grace.

Great location near restaurants and the shopping outlet. The lobby and rooms were nicely updated and decorated. However, it was not clean. The refrigerator and cabinet had mold on it as if it had not been wiped down in a while. The bathroom floor had apparently not been swept/mopped because there was hair all over the floor. If the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned the bedroom floor probably wasn't either.

There are too many things to list here but I'll name a few. Door had trouble opening and shutting besides being very loose when closed. Crud stuck to the floor in the entrance and bathroom inside the room. Active leaks on the first floor with a trash can catching the water leaking out of open ceiling. Many others. Easy to walk to a couple restaurants and the grocery store though.

This was a fantastic hotel! It deserves a much higher rating than what is listed. It’s very close to the beach and everything else! Tons of food choices within walking distance. It was SUPER clean! You can tell that the housekeeping staff takes pride in their work because it was very well taken care of. The front desk staff was also excellent! They were very friendly and gave us great tips! The price was really low for a 3 night stay. The king room had a nice kitchen type area with separate counter space, sink, fridge and microwave. It was perfect for making lunches before heading out to the beach. Bathroom was also super clean and the hot water was instantaneous! Breakfast choices seem very limited but we didn’t come here for the breakfast! With what you are saving from other establishments you can easily grab breakfast anywhere you want. It seems they were in the process of renovating some rooms and switching to become an IHG hotel. We couldn’t tell at all that there was any work going on. From our room on the second floor we didn’t hear a thing. We will most certainly be staying here again in the future!

The room decor was very nice! We had a very nice stay!

My stay was amazing I have 4 kids and we were all comfortable. The room was spacious and had alot of nice amenities. Our cable did go out on the tv but due to Andre and the staff they were amazing and had accommodated us and kept us updated until they solved the problem. The pool was amazing for the kids they had it all to their selfs. Breakfast was out of this world plenty of options to choose from. Rate this hotel 9/10 definitely recommend to stay.

I stayed with my mom and sister. The room size was good, check in was pretty quick. The sheets could be softer, but otherwise a good stay close to everything. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

The room looked recently updated & was spacious with a modern decor. We stayed in the king suite & had a nice kitchen area, walk in shower, large desk/ work area, sofa sleeper & comfy bed. The floor was newer, but it was dirty, so had to wear socks or shoes. Continental breakfast was basic with cereal, muffins, fruit, etc. Cose to shopping, dining & the beach which was perfect. There was some inside construction going on at the time we stayed, updating rooms, but we were not close to it so no noise. Front desk very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed the property, it was clean and didn't have a foul smell, however the AC was not working properly. We had to turn it down to like 65-67 degrees for it to get cold in the room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful especially the lady at the front desk. No breakfast selection the next day so we just checked out of our rooms.

They offer breakfast, but a cold breakfast. It's not a proper breakfast. High humidity in the rooms. Partly that's why the air conditioner year water on the floor. This was a problem in several rooms. The customer service was still good, the hotel was so clean.

AC not working properly, temperature in our room was uncomfortable. After we purchased two box fans desk clerk told me I could have asked for fans at the desk.

The staff was so nice and helpful, the room was clean and great size for all us. Would absolutely come back!

We checked in couple hours early and had to pay extra for that but just checkin in took about 50 mins.

We had the pleasure staying at this hotel and I have to say this has been the most beautiful experience. The rooms and hotel overall is very clean. We have to express our gratitude to the front desk and housekeeping. Especially to Miranda, Natasha and Everet. These 3 ladies are holding it down always very polite, hands on, professional, funny to chat with and always ready to help wherever they can. A huge shout out to the housekeeping team as well. They were very welcoming and assisted us with our laundry and any cleaning requests. We really loved and enjoyed staying at this hotel! They made us feel like family!!! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Front desk clerk when we checked in was excellent. He was facing upset customers, was short staffed, handling multiple jobs. He kept his composure. He did not allow the customers to rattle him.

On site fees was 1 1/2 times the nightly fee and not returned for 7-10 days after departure.. way to excessive! Mgmt was not cordial and explained fee was because they had rooms destroyed recently.. this should not be everyone’s fault.. 50 dollar incidental ok but not 250 on a 180 room… you will not get good quality people to stay here with a policy as such.. we will go elsewhere.

I waited for 14 minutes and then saw the maintenace man. He went and got the desk cleark. As I was xhexked in the clerk told me there is a $150.00 damage deposit due in addition to the room charge amount stated online. I wasnt happy about it but was told if i wanted to chexk im the $150.00 depoait was required. They said it wouls be returned 5 to 7 days after i check out. The room was nice, mosern with vinyl plank flooring. The floors were a bit sirrt and sticky. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy. When i checked out at 6:30am, i had to wake the front desk cleark who was asleep. Parking was easy, location is good. Overall, id give it a 6 out of 10 rating.

I had an excellent check in experience. The staff member was so friendly, helpful, and professional. And the room and property were awesome. It’s in the best location too.

Housekeeping was not provided during an11 night stay. The room keys would deactivate each day despite keeping them away from my wallet and cell phone. The property is right next door to a water treatment/sewage facility. The beach is at least a mile walk away. One of the front desk employees was nasty and hostile on one of the many nights when I had to get my key card reactivated. She refused to reactivate the cards and said the manager could deal with me the next day! I luckily was able to check out five nights early and salvage my winter trip...

I stayed at Ararya twice for a few days. Both times the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. You can also reach the beach by car in a few minutes. There are many restaurant options within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, parking was convenient, and it was only a short 3-5 minute drive to the ocean. We loved the hotel's amenities and service, and the location was perfect for our needs. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with family or friends.

To say that this hotel offers "breakfast" is a stretch of the truth. For my three-day stay the milk and yogurt containers were all frozen solid. The cereal "bowls" hold about 1/2 cup of dry cereal. There is a Dunkin just next door - plan to eat breakfast there or somewhere else. The price was good for the summer beach season. Housekeeping brought fresh towels the first day, but I never saw them the second day.

I would not recommend this hotel for a couple of reasons 1. Breakfast was absolutely terrible - I have stayed at multiple budget hotels but never had such a bad breakfast experience. Most days there was no cream for coffee or milk for cereals and they did not stock the very limited breakfast items until I asked them too 2. There was interior work going on in the hotel and I should have been informed about at the time of booking which I was not aware. 3. Room cleaning only happened when I requested for it Positives 1. Location is good with everything near by 2. The lady at the reception gave me an extended stay room since it was available without additional charge. 2.

Very close to the mall and outlets as well as the beach. Only thing that i suggest for this place to be better is a hot breakfast. i got a little tired of eating a bagel or frozen waffle lol. Otherwise awesome stay!
