The property is about a 10/15 minute walk to Nanjing Rd / People’s Square . Checkin was easy and we received a free upgrade with an amazing view . The property was equipped with all the necessary amenities , daily house keeping, free bottled water as well as a washing machine which was very convenient. There is also a small convenience store located by the entrance of the building. Vivien ( the host ) was very efficient and quick to reply to all requests, she also arranged our airport transfer . We will definitely stay here again in the future .

This is an apartment hotel in a good location between the Peoples Park and the Bund. Midway between three metro stations, about 10-15 min from each. Hotel is modern but slightly jaded, but still good value, quiet, comfortable and convenient. The duty managers both went out of their way to help us. Aldi supermarket nearby max 10 min walk.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly courteous, polite, and welcoming. I was also very impressed with the housekeeping, as the room was thoroughly cleaned daily. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and professional experience.
