My room was fine, check in was easy, the desk clerk was efficient. That's the good stuff. I was there with family for a birthday party. You have a pretty much non-functioning water park. The slide was closed, the fountains in the small pool non working. Hot tub covered over. What the heck? The words WATER PARK are painted on the wall. If it isn't a water park anymore, then remove the slide and other parts that aren't functioning. In my room, I was unable to shower, the water was barely warm. the same trying to wash at the sink. Barely warm water. Noise in the hall (slamming doors and conversation) from midnight to 2 prevented my sleeping. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I departed earlier than it started. I was glad to have the coffee maker in my room.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the pool was fun (wished the slide was open…the kids would have had a blast! Check in took a while due to booking 3 rooms and staff having to manually put the credit card on each room. Otherwise it was good. Staff did a good job of running off loitering people from the parking lot.
