1 Star (would give 0 if I could) This was one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy from the moment we walked in. There were visible liquid stains and substances dripping down the headboard. The loveseat had white stains all over it. There was ketchup smeared on the walls and floor. The bedding was stained and clearly not properly cleaned. The bathroom smelled strongly like sewage. This wasn’t just “a little dirty” — this was unsanitary and unacceptable. It felt like the room had not been cleaned at all before our arrival. Or ever for that matter! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values basic cleanliness. I took video but it doesn’t allow me to upload. But i attached pics hopefully that is helpful! I’m honestly questioning how this place is allowed to operate under these conditions.

The staff was very nice at check-in. When getting into the room, the hallways were dim, unclean, and loud music was playing that you could hear throughout the hallway once inside the room there was urine in the toilet. The floors were dirty. The bed was not made, and the lamp shade was broken when attempting to call the front desk about these conditions the phone didn’t work as well.

The hotel needs an update especially the hallways but more importantly everything on the bed needs to be washed. The bed skirt had white stains, the soap dish in the shower looked like they painted over mold, the tv kept flickering going out, they didn’t have the complimentary hand soap, the iron board was broke, and the beds were super small. The cleaning lady was nice but I will never go back.

The room was dingy, dirty, had poor lighting, and had roaches. I checked out Sunday Morning. Will Not Stay There Again and Will Not Recommend it to Anyone. I didn’t see the roaches until Sunday Morning. Have stayed here on previous occasions in the past so I was Surprised at how bad it was. On a scale of 0 to 10 with 0 being the worse and 10 being Excellent. I would give it -25.
