There was a bunch of beetles in the bathroom, the carpet was stained and had rips. The room smelled moist and damp. The AC kept turning hot. The ice machine in the 1st floor didn't work. The staff was very nice though.

I had to go back to the review score I had seen before I booked this stay. It was 7.8/10. I want to believe these were actual guests that stayed in this hotel. That being said my disappointment was palpable. The hotel is so dated and old. It’s not clean and had a smell just on entry. The staff who checked us in was not welcoming at all. The paint was basically chipped in so many places, the carpet in the room was sticky, the breakfast was very very average. Very. It wasn’t great. The elevator has the loudest creaking noises just going up one floor. I had to go and get Lysol to spray down on every inch of the room, bed, bathroom. To make matters worse we found food that had been left behind in the fridge and later there was a roach in our room. I have photos. We chose this because we have had great experiences with the hotels in the choice hotels line but this was embarrassing. It showed that there was no care about the state of this hotel. If you just need a night to lay your head and leave that’s all. Anything more please book another hotel. Location is fantastic. There’s a Walmart and H-E-B within 3-6 minute drive. It was also close to the event we came in for. Parking was available. Walls are thin but I didn’t mind the noise from the children in the rooms next to us. The bed was comfortable.This is a poorly maintained hotel. Definitely won’t be trying this again.

I didnt like the fact that the property is under construction. That wasnt noted when i booked the room. We called for more towels and there wasnt an attendant at the desk. The room that we were given was right next to the construction area. The front desk personnel was not friendly. What i did like was the young lady who worked in the area with the continental breakfast she was super nice. Very pleasant!

The hotel is very basic. No frills, just a place to sleep. They are currently changing the carpet on half the rooms in every floor so large plastic sheets are hanging from the ceiling that blocks off the rooms being worked on.

Overall my stay was good. Check in and room cleanliness was great. The hotel was under renovation while I was there which made it look a little uncomfortable. The elevator made noises and felt like it needed to be serviced. Breakfast could have been a little better but served its purpose for me that morning.

My stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites was pleasant. The hotel was clean and very quiet, and my room was neat and dust-free. The only issue I noticed was that the bathroom didn’t have a place to hang bath towels. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the coffee was excellent, and the dining area was spotless and well organized. I will return.

Unfortunately we have stayed here multiple times. We did arrive late so didn’t do our usual inspections. The next morning we found blood on the sheets we had just slept on. Tried talking to front desk but they were away during checkout. Sent the picture to someone on the cleaning staff but the hotel never reached out. Extremely disappointed.

The hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip, the staff was friendly and the hotel was generally well kept. The main complaint is the room smelled like cigarettes when we first walked into it. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she said “We have a strict no smoking policy” I said I knew that, but the room still smelled of smoke. It didn’t seem to be as noticeable when we remained in the room for a period of time (I guess because we got used to the smell), but each time we left and returned, it smelled just as strongly as the initial time. To be fair, we did not request room service, but the receptionist didn’t seem overly concerned since “we have a strict no smoking policy” seemed to be her best line of defense.

Location was convenient to restaurants & stores if needed. Staff was friendly & helpful. As for the room, the AC didn’t work well & it was very humid in the room every night we came in even though we’d set it to a comfortable temp each day. Also, the bed was pretty hard & not very comfortable so it made for some sore days for this 40 something couple. In addition, the bath didn’t drain well so there was standing water every time we showered. Overall, just an ok place to stay. It served its purpose for our quick trip but probably won’t return.

The room was very clean, and the price was very good. The room blackout curtains didn't quite close easily to keep out light. The breakfast was acceptable, but not among the best hotel breakfasts I've had. My room faced the highway, and got noise from there. All in all, I would stay there again when I return to the DFW area.

The toilet tank did not fill. We had to take lid off to fix so toilet would fill to flush. I asked for towels and they took my towels and left me without. Very noisy! Thin walls. Plumber came and said nothing wrong with toilet. It worked a few more times and then broke again.

Our AC made this awful noise every time it kicked on. The hotel had a bad smell throughout. Breakfast wasn’t edible and there were no options. This stay should not have cost me $170. There were no hooks in the bathroom and no shower dispensers.

We did not end up being able to come stay here because my dad passed away and in my brain fog and shock I forgot to cancel my reservation in time. We booked this through hotels.com and they let us know it was up to the property whether they would refund our money or not. We were extremely surprised and even more grateful that they quickly refunded 100% of our stay within 24 hours. The management of this hotel really showed True Heart and compassion and we will be forever grateful and are definitely raving fans.

Thw o ly issue i had is towels have to be turned in ti get new ones and the evening lady was rather rude about it . Had kid standing outside shower waiting and had ti go back up to get towels to get her one. Asked housekeeping that morning they said they cant give me any which is the simplest way to trade towels.

Staff was especially accommodating in getting us in 2 hours early on our check in. Very helpful as we were attending our grandson’s funeral, and we were wanting to spend as much time as possible before the service. This early check in allowed us that. (Thank you Melissa)

I’ve just had a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. I explained to the male front desk clerk while checking in that I would need additional pillows to sleep sitting more upright due to surgery. He refused to give me more than 2. I tried to sleep sitting up in chair for the night because with 2 additional pillows a wedge cannot be made. The next morning there was a very nice female, she was working front desk, breakfast and laundry by herself. She was great and gave me additional pillows so I could elevate myself into a wedge and sleep in the bed. The hotel itself is old, it appears clean but is run down. The breakfast is terrible.

Check-In process was slow. We were the only ones checking in at 2:00a and even left a message via the app and still took longer than normal. We were very tired after 10 hours of driving. Could have been more efficient. Room was very musty and the smell was not pleasant

Great location, we were there for my daughter who was giving birth, the hotel was not to far from the hospital and HEB and several restaurants are nearby. The hotel did have a weird smell in the hallways and restrooms needed updated but other then that it was good for the price.
