Breakfast was never ready by 6am. The rooms could use a lot more attention when cleaning, carpets need to be cleaned. The tables were always dirty when we went down for breakfast with one person trying to do breakfast and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, other than the man at the front desk who was sleeping instead of helping set up for breakfast. The pool and gym could use a lot of work, they seemed to be in the middle of updating and moving things around but that should be noted until all amenities are available for use.

Three night stay. There's a fine line between staying open when a total remodel is being done. Lobby almost unusable. Breakfast.... continental. Vending..not usable. Back door propped open with two rocks...unsafe! Once renovation is finished it will be a very nice hotel once again. Our room was clean and renovated but a very strong smell. Until everything is finished I couldn't recommend this hotel. Staff did accommodate as good as they could.

I booked 5 rooms myself and directed family and friends there. No one told us the Elevator was out for a week! I had to move 2 over 80s ladies, but got no help. Had to be a royal pain to get help. Still got heckled by the rest at the wedding. Ruined the vibe!. Ruined the vibe! Luckily I made a joke of it during the toast and it worked. But shame on you all for not being proactive and acting like there was nothing you could do. Walk up the stairs 89 year old grandma. I am not talking about the staff they did wonders, once I stood firm. I am talking to the manager and owner. Shameful.

We actually loved the room. Very spacious and comfortable for our family. The issue was the pool. It had not been cleaned and was not ready for use. This was a big disappointment to our kids. There was trash, dirt and leaves in the pool. Room was great! Pool was bad.

The staff was excellent. They are being put in a difficult situation at the moment because they are remodeling. It was like we were walking through a war zone to get to our room. We went to eat and came back a little late, probably around 10, and there wasn't any parking in the front so we parked in the back. We tried every door all around the building and none would open with our room card so we had to walk around to the front. I'm not trying to be too critical but a heads up on the construction would have been nice.

The property was under construction. Our room was complete- it was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Construction was in the breakfast area and hallways. Also, limited parking in the front, so frequently had to park in the back, but it wasn’t clear how to get in the building from the rear and needed to walk all the way around which was uncomfortable at night. I think it will be great when complete, but the price was too high for the amount of construction going on.

The property was in the perfect location for my visit but it's under heavy renovation right now all floors, I stayed 2 days 09/02 - 09/04/24 during the day I couldn't stay in the room louds sanding noise, slamming of doors from them going in and out of the rooms and there's were no mention of this during my reservation this was not good because it raining badly my 2nd day and I couldn't chill in my room also there was no retribution for my inconvenience just a reminder it was booked by a 3rd party it should have been on their site ........ book at your own risk!

The guest rooms were fine; right what you would expect for a Hampton level hotel. The halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in days, the exercise room was closed for repairs, and the ice ma hine was broken. I little more effort to keep e erything in fip top shape would go a long way!

Keyless entry did not work. Room was not clean. Shower had dirt, hair and was stained. Door locking mechanism was loose and did not secure door properly. Had to use own tools and try to fix. Jammed chair in front of door to keep secured. Remote was sticky. Floor/ carpet was not vacuumed. Dirt was on it.

This hotel gets a lot of traffic, with the amount of traffic comes a responsibility to ensure high levels of cleanliness. Lobby, elevator and our room had a mild odor. The room, bathroom bed (sheets) and sofas didn’t give you a sanitary feel. Housekeeping only comes every other day. We lysol-ed all surfaces, bed and bathroom Probably won’t stay here again. Parking is ok, well lit, not sure if security guarded. AC was ok not great. I prefer it comfortable cool.

The carpet was soaked in half the room, and therefore so were my daughter’s socks. It reeked of mildew accordingly. The curtains were dirty and stained. The walls near the sink were dirty and stained, and the pillow were flat. Would never stay here again.

The hot water didn’t work in the shower, the air didn’t properly work. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. Overall, not a good experience. I would not recommend.

The bathroom was not very clean but the beds were comfortable and clean. The night staff were welcoming and friendly, the day staff made me wait 15 minutes in an empty lobby to check out. The cars from the highway were really loud.

The staff was great, they did nothing wrong. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with allergies or sensitivities. The rooms smell very musty and it seems like they tried to mask the smell with air fresheners, which I am allergic to. The first room we had smelled musty so we asked to change rooms. The front desk staff was very accommodating. The smell in the 2nd room was even worse. My parents also had a room so I checked theirs out and it was also very smelly. We gave up and stayed in the second room, which smelled like must, air fresheners and chemical adhesives. I wasn't able to sleep well because of this. Now I am home and don't have time to do laundry. The smell from the hotel is in my pajamas and on the pillow I brought with me. It's not great. Other than that, the hotel was fine. I'm just very sensitice/allergic to smells so it wasn't good for me.

We had an awful smell in our room that was very difficult to endure. We were given a room spray that worked for 5 minutes. Also only one outlet in our room was working. Employees were nice.In any other situation we would have canceled but all other hotels in the area were booked.

The hotel is being renovated. I was lucky to score one of the renovated king suites, and let me tell you the room was enormous and beautiful. The staff were all super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for anybody staying in the Mansfield area.

I had a large room on the first floor, it was clean and the TV is huge but housekeeping started really early on a Sunday and loudly came in and out of rooms and nearby supply areas; the loud sounds of doors shutting (sometimes slamming shut) was constant. I ended up getting dressed, packed and checked out by 8 am; I couldn’t stand the noise any longer. There are signs notifying guests that the property was under construction, but it’s definitely noticeable. The furniture didn’t match (I had a yellow lamp, red chair, and a blue side table, while the rest of the room decor is gray and white with brown furniture). The gym was inaccessible, there are rolled up rugs stored to the sides and corners. Ice machine was broken on the first floor. The layout of the bathroom is not good with an extremely high vanity and the shower knob set-up (when you start the shower you get drenched (I was clothed) and there’s no where to put a soap bar that I brought to use. I did like the lotion and soap pumps provided at the sink.

The front desk service was friendly and courteous, at check in and check out. The room was pretty dated (room smelled strongly of plaster when we walked in, window shades were broken, pillows were very lumpy and unshaped, no lightbulb in lamp, toilet paper holder on wall broken, shower curtain too short for tub). Breakfast was good and a luggage cart was available at checkin and checkout.

The room was fine. The ac was so loud and even though there was a thermostat on the wall it wasn't connected. The lamps were not plugged in so took a minute to figure that out. The remote for the TV was broken. There was a used caprisun under one of the side tables. We asked for an additional pillow and was told no we couldn't have one. I have stayed here before but probably wouldn't again.

We were in town for one night with our 3 kids under 10 for a series of hockey games. Had a queen suite on the first floor. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was one of the poorer stays we’ve had at a hotel. First off, our room never fully cooled and the entire building was extremely humid and smelled of mildew. We arrived to check in at 2:45 and were told our room wouldn’t be ready for at least 30 minutes. The upholstery on the pull out couch in our room looked and felt grimy and dirty. A host of raisins fell out of the pullout when we opened it. Barely any water pressure in the shower. When someone went number 2 in the morning, the toilet would not flush. We couldn’t get the tank to fill with water. At breakfast, the cooler that milk and yogurt was kept in did not reach a food safe temperature and one of the small milks we opened had curdled despite not yet being out of date. The gravy for biscuits and gravy was also kept warm in a crock pot which I thought was a bit unprofessional.

We had a great time. The room was large great for my son and his friend to play there video games. They love the room. The room was clean but it can use some repairs. The sliding door did not stay closed to the bath we used shoe to keep it closed and the toliet paper rack was coming off the wall. Overall the stay was great. The staff was very friendly.

The gentleman that checked me in was extremely friendly and engaging. The young lady that checked me out was very polite and even offered to make me a “to go” breakfast bag since I didn’t have time to eat. Very comfortable, clean, and a quiet room.

The hotel overall was comfortable but the customer service was poor beyond measure. The breakfast attendant was helpful. But checkin was horrendous it was awful the customer service we waited 2hrs to get checked in. There was issues with 3rd party etc. overall that was understandable but it was no sense of remorse for taking long with trying to figure out the system. The lady was training at the desk was awful. She didn’t offer a cup of water for inconvenience. Next morning upon check out. I expressed to front desk my experience and she happed to be a manager. She apologized. Offered snacks she was nice! Morning shift was nice evening check in time needs more training.

Attendant on duty @ check out when I arrived was not present at front desk. I arrived at 1am, rang the front door bell 5 times before she showed up to open the door. She was very rude, and did not apologize for not answering in a timely manner. Will not stay here again.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Daysia at front desk was absolutely wonderful. Went personally to our room ahead of us to make sure we had a king bed and walk in shower.The suite is well designed and moderately priced. We would definitely stay here again!

Arrived at 3pm for check-in, room not clean or ready. In town for business, meetings from 330p-1am, asked if they could store my suitcase til I returned to check into room. The ONLY reason I marked down on property condition and facilities is because when we stayed they were doing renovations and part of the hotel was under construction. Tho I will say you never heard them banging or anything like that. Once the renovations are complete this will be an even better hotel to choose. Everything thing looked beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We got charged TWICE for our two night stay. After the first night the room was so terrible we asked to be relocated to a different room for our second night. instead of just simply moving us rooms, they canceled our reservation and created a new one. Then charging us AGAIN for our stay. When we then tried to leave a day early due to all of this, they o let refunded HALF of the additional charge. So all in all, we payed an initial $359 for two nights and then was charged an additional $356 for NO reason because of mismanagement. We then talked to front desk again when these charges were noticed and finally were able to speak on the phone with the manager after 30 minutes who STILL ended charging us an additional 194. The room was dirty, the people above us kept us up until 4 am, and car lights shined in the see through drapes the entire night because there were no block out curtains. We are still trying to get our money back that they scammed us out of. Do not stay here.

The property was under construction. Our room was complete- it was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Construction was in the breakfast area and hallways. Also, limited parking in the front, so frequently had to park in the back, but it wasn’t clear how to get in the building from the rear and needed to walk all the way around which was uncomfortable at night. I think it will be great when complete, but the price was too high for the amount of construction going on.

The front desk staff is resistant to coming out of the back to perform basic functions like checking guests in and out. This is in a good area. However, I have stayed at the hotel next door many times before and it beats this one hands down on front desk staff help and politeness and the noise from the highway is not as loud at the other hotel (highway noise was terrible here). The property is under construction. It is terrible to look at and not up to Hampton standards. The dining area is terrible to look at and the food was substandard. I couldn’t cut the sausage and the bananas were extremely ripe, brown in fact. My fire alarm was not even plugged in.

Checking in was amazing. Nikolas was so accommodating. The room Did have a weird smell. Almost chemical but everything else was fine. It wa Late So we did not bring it to anyone’s attentions but the room across from us has the same issue. Breakfast was also great.

Stay was a mandated stay away from home for soon to be ex to move her stuff out. Not a happy trip. Enjoyed breakfast early everyday. Excellent experience. Most impressive was the cleanliness of the rooms, lobby, and breakfast buffet areas. Coffee is available as of 4am for us early-risers, and the breakfast buffet selection was terrific. Would definitely stay there again.

Where do I start? The room had a bad smell, the hot water was lukewarm at best, bathroom wasn't cleaned well, and the breakfast was anything but fresh. I've stayed at several Hampton Inns and have enjoyed my stay....this was not a pleasant stay for me and my family.

As a longtime Hampton Inn fan, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. When I checked in the desk clerk held my license and stared at me..I asked what? He said just noticing how Beautiful I was! He asked if my husband was with me?when I said No he said I must be brave traveling alone. He asked how old I was and then said " so you are all alone?" I told him No. Im visiting my daughter that works for the Mansfield Police Department. Then asked him if I was going to be safe here? He said YES, because I met the right person. Felt like I was being targeted for kidnapping 😞 I was paranoid the entire night. Put furniture in front of door, double locked And had husband on speaker while I took a shower I even turned air conditioner off because it was noisy and I wanted to be able to hear if someone tried to get in my room. I had a very unreastful night
